    Some people may know manni (https://www.twitch.tv/manni2) from his runs with his group for 1st 100 in trade leagues but after a 2nd(?) place this league he went to SSF for a different mission - collecting all the uniques. His adventure so far is nothing but amazing, sitting at 942 out of possible 988 uniques. https://ladder.cld.moe/ for the unique ladder and https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/comoestoy/stashes for his stash, number is slightly different because he uses some of the uniques like Badge of the Brotherhood.

    A lot of his stuff is absolutely insane, like having nearly completed every delve drop. There is only a R-R-R Precursor's emblem on his list missing. He killed a ton of bosses, delved to depth >2000 and is still not done. For people who don't know the ring: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Precursor%27s_Emblem There are quite a few possibilities and parts. He basically found every single unique you can farm as a world drop, the rest is just really rare boss/gated drops like Eternity Shroud from Uber Elder, Garb of the Ephemeral from Cortex, some stuff like 1 specific element of gloves from Pale Court and more tough drops. The worst thing is Metamorph, it just doesn't drop after tons and tons of tries. Fury Walve? Astral Projector? Warrior's Legacy? Mother's Embrace? Nope. slipperyjim got only 3 in 576 kills... Next on the list are like a 100 blighted maps.

    Lots of people try to get the "holy grail" and complete all the uniques, having such a high number in a single league is nothing but insane.

    I have more than a decent PC and I know that my hardware isnt the issue as all other games, even with higher specs run without a slightest problem for me.

    I wouldn't care much as I mostly play trade leagues so couple deaths here and there...well, I'll catch it up. Joining the gauntlet opened my eyes on this problem again - it happens to me EVERY single time that conqueror spawns.

    I remove my shader cache once in a while, I run PC diagnostics, I re-install poe every league to be sure that I wont have any major issues...and they are still here.

    Any idea of fix ? (dont get me wrong, it's not a flame post - I geniually don't know how to play HC like that and idk what to do)

    Edit : Just to add on - I do not have stability issues 'in general'. My game runs 60 FPS EXCEPT the moment that conquerors spawn.

    What if Bex has thrown us for a complete loop and the "well" is a gravity well, the hype boat (ship?) isn't the kind we're thinking of. The "full circle" is the above flying saucer space ship hidden under the ocean, visible in the Act 6 Brine King's Reef overland map (its even taken out some of the coast line in an unnatural smooth curve that matches the edge of the Saucer) and we are going full D&D Spelljammer?

    Remember Bex said Chris Wilson exclaimed something like:

    "WTF lasers?"

    We've already made the connection to Tsoatha, a lovecraft inspired name if there ever was one. Much of the games lore is structured like a Lovecraft Dream cycle, a type of mixed genre story Lovecraft is famous for. Dream cycles often intermingled space travel with fantasy, technology with magic in a way that was steampunk long before that term was coined.

    And now for the capper: His Dream cycles have featured sentient Cats

    Isn't High Templar Venarius technically the final boss of Path of Exile?

    While working under Venarius, Valdo Caesarius discovered the Elder and created the Atlas.

    Venarius tortured Valdo and threatened to kill his daughter, Zana Caesarius, if he didn't reveal to him the secrets of the Atlas.

    Valdo revealed to Venarius the location of the Elder's prison, and Venarius released the Elder.

    The Shaper (Valdo) was created, and the Elder was freed and subsequently enslaved the Shaper, which lead to the creation of "Uber Elder".

    High Templar Venarius - also known as Cavas, Forgotten Spirit - was presumed to have been killed by the Elder. However, he survived, but lost all of his memories. This lead to the creation of the Distant Memories and the Cortex.

    Because of Venarius's actions, the Shaper and the Atlas were created, and the Elder was freed. Based on this, is it not fair to say that the Cortex is the final fight of Path of Exile, at least lore-wise?

    The final boss of the campaign is Kitava but the real conclusion to the story is destroying what remains of Venarius in the Cortex after all the atrocities he committed while leading the Templars.

    Retiring PoE Scammer tells all.

    Hi r/pathofexile, I have been scamming Sirus and other content since Metamorph, and have yet to be caught. I have to leave for military service and will be missing the foreseeable leagues so I figured I would share everything I do to not be caught, and what you can do to catch people like me.

    First, I would like to start off by talking about starting my scam and how it progressed.

    I started in week 2 of Metamorph when I was playing a meta Necro. While I spamming trade/global 820 with my "I will carry your Sirus for free so I can get my End Game Grinds progression" message, a Woke GMP dropped, and I realized no one would know if I took it. So I did. Then, in a later one, an Awakener's Orb dropped, and I took it too. I started just taking anything if it could not be proven whether or not it was stolen. I would call people in for their own kill credit, which was no big deal back then, because there was no loot protection, by stalling in the fight for a meteor to be called down, then tell them to come.

    After around 3 weeks of this, my first Savior dropped. I was star struck as I didn't know how to scam it, so I let the guy have it. I then talked with my friends who know I scam, and we came up with a strategy of bringing an unidentified Crown of the Inward Eye and dropping it in place of the sword. A few weeks after that, a repeat 'customer' complained that it felt like Sirus never dropped gems for him. So I brought this up to my group, and we came to the conclusion of buying woke gems worth 20c-1ex, and drop them from time to time for carries, so they feel as if they're getting slightly better than average drops from him. In Metamorph, I scammed around 400 ex worth of items. I didn't keep track then.

    Moving to Delirium was a major hick-up. They made it so boss loot drops allocated to the map owner if they were in the instance. So, if I called someone in for credit, they would get their drops, and I couldn't take my pick. For this, I would literally roll a d20 before each carry, and if it was a 15-20, I would fail to call them in before Sirus was dead, and then see the loot and have the option to steal. The other 75% would get an honest carry. This really slowed down my profit per Sirus carry, so it's time for innovation. I made a forum reputation thread. These mean nothing. If someone posts, "Hey, this guy is a scammer," I can report that post for naming and shaming, and the post will be removed. I then realized I was competing with the other 100 guys on the forums doing free Sirus carries, so I started self-bumping to always be at the top of the list. Right now, my rep thread has 75%+ of the bumps being from my main account, but it makes it seem, at first glance, that business is popping with me. This strategy brought more and more gullible people to me who didn't even think to ask about getting called in for kill credit for loot safety reasons. There hasn't been any more need for innovation since then.

    Now, how to know if:

    1. If someone is a scammer.

    2. If you just got scammed.

    ​

    First, it's absolutely best to find a guildmate or friend who can do your carries, as any random can always scam you, but if you have to rely on a stranger:

    There are a couple of steps to take when picking your free or paid carry:

    ​

    1. Rep Thread

    Ask for a rep thread, and look to see if people are linking items. This isn't fool proof, but if its full of just self-bumping or people just saying thank you, or even worse, just linking basic loot. These are red flags. You can also ask if they have reputation in a discord server like Forbidden Trove.

    ​

    1. Kill Credit

    Ask to be called in for kill credit. If they ask why, or hassle you, tell them you want EGG credit to get 40/40. If that's not good enough for them, that's another red flag. If they agree to you being called in, jump in roughly 3 or 4 minutes after they start. This gets you the loot, credit, and any Sirus carry worth their salt can do it with 6 man life on 1 portal, so this shouldn't lose the run.

    1. Stream

    It's 2020, people should always be willing to stream on Discord or Twitch. If they don't want to stream, that's another red flag. A stream doesn't stop blatant scammers, but it gives you a timing on when you should jump in. You can then enter the portal when Sirus is around 15% or 20% life left. Add another 10% life if your carry is a Slayer.

    1. Live Search

    Use the official trade website to search your carry by account name to see if they're listing awakened gems and awakener's orbs. The trade site also has a live search feature which can notify you when an item that meets your specifications is posted. You can use this to set a live search for someone you might want to use as a carry. If you get a notification that they listed an Awakener's Orb or woke gems within a couple minutes of your carry, you just got scammed.

    1. Challenge Progress Lie Detector

    When I advertise in global, I beg to kill people's Sirus for EGG progress. If you see this being spammed, you can add them as a friend to get their account name. You then look them up on the forums, and you can see what their league progress is. You want to go to the End Game Grind challenge and see if they have gotten their 50-100 Sirus kills depending on the league. If someone lies about this, they can also lie about stealing your loot. It is possible to hide this, but by default its public information.

    Finally, for Harvest league, I kept track of everything I scammed, I didn't have much time to play Harvest, but I got my league goal of 36. This was one of my least profitable leagues in terms of scamming but here is the data on just how profitable it can be. I listed each item at the price it was at the time it dropped, which is why the data isn't especially clean.

    A side hustle, I ran was carry Cortex for people, but I had saved my unidentified scepters and gloves to replace people's Bottled Faith. Doing other people's Cortex, I was 60% for getting faiths.
