And the main reason for that is the fact that I love playing bow builds and every time I go back to the new league I feel like I'm playing the same exact build over and over with the same skill gems with replacing the active skill and it plays very similar to my last with some added or subtracted strength. My first question is does anyone else feel this way and think something need to be done much like the spell casting rework and the melee update I feel like bow builds are kinda being left behind. And I apologize if this is a regular topic. And also I have branched off to spectral throw builds and other things amongst that what builds would you recommend for a avid bow player that I may be missing. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Looking for CI/LL energy shield build Posted: 10 Oct 2019 03:45 AM PDT Hello everyone, I've tried a decent amount of builds since the start of blight and none of them seem tanky enough as i die all the time, I'd like for the first time to try an energy shield build to see if it could solve my problems. If possible, I'd like to avoid summoners and mines builds I spent some time on the forum and poeninja looking for builds but most of the ones i found interesting are not being updated anymore / are outdated or in the case of poeninja, went for life and has 3-4k life. I'd love to read suggestions regarding builds that goes energy shield and has both decent clear speed and single target dps, While i'm not expecting anything doing dozens of millions, I'd like something that can bring me to shaper for the first time :c [link] [comments]  | ||

| Indigon mana sustain (Bodyswap update) Posted: 09 Oct 2019 06:55 PM PDT So its done. I actually invested time and currency into making the indigon bodyswap necromancer. The concept itself works fine. As long as I scale corpse explosions and use a high level desecrate the damage is nothing to worry about. Cast speed is a bit low atm but ramps up thanks to corpse pact. But here is where the problems begin. As soon as I get to reasonable damage and cast speed numbers we enter mana cost ranges of 2k per skill use and I cant sustain that. With my current investment I only have like 3K and even with a lot more investment on gear I cant see myself getting to a comfortable 6k. A Mana recovery rate belt helped a lot, the amount of flask effectiveness I have is also fine, but how on earth am I supposed to sustain this much mana at such a ridiculous speed? | Elementalist golemancer build help Posted: 09 Oct 2019 09:06 PM PDT Hello, i just started playing PoE a few weeks ago and am still getting my head around the passive tree - i've been told to follow a premade build as it'll make things easier for a newcomer like me. I am playing an elementalist and wanting to summon golems in the future because i heard they provide a lot of good buffs and are strong. I was originally following Mathil's elementalist golem build for 3.8 but now at level 31 i realised that i dont want to go melee like he does in his guide and would rather play as a ranged spellcaster that summons golems. I mainly use lighting spells (arc and orb of storms). Can you please recommend a build to follow that combines being a spellcaster and golemancer and is still strong? (Im prepared to respec some of my passives ive invested up to now to fit the build) I like flashy spells that can hit multiple targets like arc. Thank you :) [link] [comments]  | ||
| My turn for a "what build should I run next?" post? Posted: 09 Oct 2019 09:37 AM PDT So I've run ED Contagion trickster the past 2 leagues because it's just absolutely amazing. I love Chaos DoT builds. This league I started with Ele Hit Deadeye (it was a rough start). And I kinda burned out on that character. I recently got a GC Miner up to 65 because I'm teaching some new friends how to play but I ended up hating it. Mines still just feel clunky to me. I either wanna give Soulrend a try (I have the cat mtx and haven't used it yet) or I wanna try a Jugg and facetank bosses. I saw a few people play Soulrend on a Guardian. I was thinking about giving that a try, but think I'd rather just make a jugg. Probably Molten Strike or Consecrated Path. I really don't enjoy strike skills. I hate how they attack twice. It feels weird to me. Any suggestions for Juggs that can really get beefy? [link] [comments]  | ||
| What should I prioritize next for my HoWA WS Jugg? Posted: 09 Oct 2019 01:52 PM PDT I am currently running a HoWA Wild Stike Jugg I have about 10ex saved up and wondering what i should use it on next. I was Either thinking on getting a clarity watchers eye and some better boots or waiting a little bit longer to get an Atziri's Reflection. It is my first time running a HoWA build so maybe there is a glaring issue that I'm not seeing. Thanks (Note I know my fire res isn't maxed on here. I am in the process of fixing that issue.
