    No specific screenshot, but sometimes I just find the visibility of fights in general is becoming worse each league.

    I know this is a common complaints, but it really does feel like every new leagues, we are introduced to new many mechanics that makes it really hard for players to see the fights clearly, with so many enemies on screen and skill effects going off everywhere, from both players and enemies, and this is not even accounting for group gameplay that exacerbates this issues. And then we got metamorph encounters which is challenging and rewarding, and that's great, but also has an element of difficulty that feels really unfair, which is making the enemy spawn black tar every so often, and the enemy themselves don't stand out from the ground. Throw in their adds, it just becomes a clusterfuck of a fight from visibility perspective. Sirus previously has issues with storm, hard to see ground degens and what not, which they has fixed but that's just a small part of the game. Just in general, visibility is everywhere, from just mapping (when your maps is juiced, hoo boy) and delving. I know it's intentional delve is dark, has damaging darkness mechanic, that's fine but I'm talking regular encounter at the nodes. Just so many effects, both on ground or occasional terrain effect like hurricanes, and of course player and enemies skill.

    Anyway, you get my point. It's not easy to point out a solution to this, but I just want to put this out there and hope GGG somehow sees this and think of something. When I play other ARPG, I rarely have this kind of problem, even Diablo 3, I find that I could see most individual enemies fine even in dense rifts, their effects are noticeable, so it's usually fair if I die there, but in PoE, it's too hard to see things coming at your way, and that does not feel fair. A combination of off-screening + crazy skill effects and environment visibility = frustration to the max.

    Also on the sidenote, I play mines/traps/totem/minion often and brand next, not necessarily because I find their playstyle the most enjoyable but because these archetypes makes it so that even if I can't see shit, at least they can. Fortunately metamorphs has the mini-icon on the map so you could see where the boss is but eventually that only applies to metamorphs.

    If you guys remember the Sirus Encounter which was introduced in Metamorph, you had to run an arbitrary amount of maps to spawn the four Conquerors - and this four times. But not only that, you also had to spawn them 2 additional times for finally encountering the boss. The most effective technique for that was chaining white tier maps of the affected area which was the most brainless thing I ever did.

    Now, with the new Uberelder which is introduced with the new Bestiary League, you also have to run a certain amount of maps for him to spawn. But once he does, you can clearly make progression by running adjacent guardian maps. Once you did all four, you have to do the same with the Elder Guardians. This is finally a challenging content worth running and it doesn't make you tired.

    Thanks GGG once more for learning from previous mistakes. I'm looking forward to this pattern when adding new content again.

    Sidekick v0.3.0-beta released!

    Hello again,

    Thanks to the great support of the community, especially the contributors ♥, Sidekick is growing quickly.

    It only took one week to improve Sidekick to the point of being able to price check almost every item and currencies (there still are some exceptions).

    A lot of features have been added, if you're curious about the details see the changelog.

    Here's a quick overview:

    • Now supports all Path of Exile languages! (if you encounter a bug, please report it here)
    • Ctrl+Scroll wheel navigates between your stash tabs
    • F5 goes to your hideout
    • Alt+W - Open the Wiki page for an item
    • Added support for Fragment, Gems (with level+exp), Prophecies, Maps (with tier), etc.
    • Overlay is now draggable, useful if you want to alt-tab and compare results in your browser
    • Added support for all influences when pricing items
    • Basic rare item support has been improved

    More features are coming.

    Anyone else sick and tired of the unveiling RNG?

    Just a rant about unveiling items. Every league there is always some mod that I need but won't drop and eventually have to trust a stranger to craft.

    Last league, I really wanted Gravicius' % life as extra energy shield craft. Except I failed to rng him into the syndicate board and it took 5 days of removing someone from the syndicate to only get Guff/Vagan instead of him. Then it took a weekend of using up all the dailies and running maps and over 12 kalandra crafts just for him to rng body armour and rng his veiled mod.

    It's tiring and frustrating. This league I also wanted this same mod, but once again he's not on the syndicate board. In the end, I went to the forums, and just trusted a random stranger to craft the mod for me and gave him a tip for being helpful.

    I've brought a decent staff for 3 exalts 2 weeks ago, it's almost ready to use. Except I don't have a rank 3 quality mod to use to 6 link it. I also need the rank 3 spell damage + non chaos as extra chaos mod, and it that fled's elemental as chaos mod. Today after using up 2 weeks + mapping worth of betrayal dailies I finally got a rank 3 quality mod, accuracy and then the next map I got the rank 3 int + quality mod. Spell damage + non chaos as extra chaos has been stuck at rank 2 75% complete. It that fled refuses to spawn on my board as well.

    Anyways I'm just ranting. Always something like this for me every league whether it be trigger socketed skills when u use any skill or getting 40% chaos multi for my ed character 2 leagues ago. I really don't want to trust strangers to craft an item for me, I rather "SSF" find it and abuse kalandra crafts but it's still so frustrating not having it unlocked.

    It's the #1 thing I hate about this game. Trading sucks, having to trust strangers with gear to do anything like double corrupt, vorici white bench. I really wish GGG makes it easier to obtain or make it less scammy. I've also tried to get double corrupts temples to sell to others but I've only managed once in my first league as a noob and never rnged it again.
