| Posted: 01 Mar 2020 12:31 AM PST Hi all, basically I'm at a loss for what I wanna do, I've tried a lot of characters out over the last couple years and struggling to find that build that I want to take into the next League, starting out in trade league and hoping to get to atleast T15s and enjoy some bossing content, primarily I have focussed on Glads due to the block scaling being amazing, any suggestions? | Posted: 01 Mar 2020 02:42 AM PST I always wanted to do a cold dmg summoner. I am not a theory crafter though. I might try in 3.10 with the new animate weapon. Besides Hatred (yes I know is less dmg) and Grip of the Councile Gloves what else should I have? Will Corpse Pact (necro node) be useful? How about the Stormwall Royal Staff (chill attackers on block)? But will I dont think I will be able to use blade skills with it :( later edit: bladefall? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 29 Feb 2020 09:00 PM PST I'm wanting to do pure phys impale cyclone as my league starter unless it gets nerfed too hard. I'm getting a lot of mixed answers as for the ascendancy. I'd like to do dual wield swords. I've been told that slayer is the best Jack-of-all trades, and that champion has the best potential damage, but doesn't have the same quality of life and that slayer is just the better option. | Scaling damage on CoC shock nova build Posted: 29 Feb 2020 05:01 PM PST Hi, I'm looking to start next league with this build I made - Cyclone CoC shock nova, and am wondering how else would I scale up my damage, also wondering if I should go inquisitor but assassin seems like an easier way to start a league with a CoC build. The shock nova has the nova and ring part to it which hit at the same time if mob is in the middle of it. The dps calculation would be something like: ring+nova x cyclone attack rate which is around 6 times per second. First time I'm making a build so I'm not expecting it to be perfect. | Impale Champion levelling help needed Posted: 29 Feb 2020 03:51 PM PST Planning on playing an Impale Cyclone Champion next league unless it gets gutted super hard. Probably gonna level with Bladestorm before transitioning to Cyclone but Im having trouble deciding what ascendancy notables I should grab first and what support gems. Is it worth to invest into Impale during the levelling phase by using Impale support and getting Impale nodes on the passive tree or would it be better to use other support gems such as Rage, Melee Phys, etc? Posted: 29 Feb 2020 10:57 AM PST I was thinking of going either Ice Nova Guardian or Hiero next league typical pledge of hands build but while researching some ED builds I saw that it looks fairly easy to convert one of the above trees to grab chaos nodes for ED. It might even be easy to swap the builds back and forth since all of them take more mana nodes and ES nodes than specifically tree based damage. Is ED going to be as strong potentially as pledge of hands ice nova? Obviously in the beginning I wont have access to pledge of hands so I just dont know how the build is without it while ED seems less specific gear reliant. [link] [comments]  | ||

He's tired of dying again and again but rather give the game up than reading guides. I was thinking summon might help mitigate damage from himself. | I want to play kinetic bolt in delirium.. but Posted: 29 Feb 2020 04:50 AM PST So I took it upon myself to homebrew builds for the past few leagues part metamorph where I decided to go with tarke's suggestion of ignite burning arrow raider. Which absolutely sucked ass fyi and ruined my motivation to play the league. The homebrews were okay but couldnt do well past yellow maps either. So enter kinetic bolt. Something new and exciting that has no guides about it. Currently I really want to play it but Ive become extremely averse over homebrewing due to the lack of success it has had (the process is fun, results are really depressing). Should I just hope and wait that someone picks it up before launch and makes some pobs and item suggestions or is it possible that I could just adapt some other spells build to kinetic bolt and surf with that?
