| Can we get an update on tab auto-sort? Posted: 11 Aug 2020 11:48 AM PDT We were told we would "hopefully" see this feature before 3.12. Is there any possibility of that? On track for 3.12? Is it still in development or has it been scrapped? I may be in the minority here, but tab auto-sorting is probably the most exciting potential PoE addition I've heard about in years. Sorting items into 10 different tabs after mapping is one of the biggest pains in the game for a lot of us. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Our D&D DM has been playing a lot of PoE lately Posted: 11 Aug 2020 12:01 PM PDT Figured I would share an entertaining story from a D&D campaign that a friend of mine has been running for the past year. So during our last session, we ventured into a forest to hunt some cultists, and along the way we came across a small pool of water with a bunch of junk gear floating in it. I dipped my crowbar into the water a faerie thing appeared... She told us her name was Alva, and this was her domain, and that she liked to keep it clean, but sometimes people would come and throw crap into her pond because they think that by putting their gear in it it will bless it somehow. She also mentioned wanting some stones from an elemental, so we went and fought some elementals nearby (and almost died because nobody can make strength saving throws apparently), brought a stone back, and offered to clean up all the junk gear from her pond. She was thankful, and explained that the pond actually CAN empower items, but only with her approval. But there's a caveat, it also has just as much chance to make an item worse. Then it all made sense that the DM had named her Alva. It was basically a pond that let us corrupt items! So we were all allowed to place one item in the pond if we wanted to, and we had to roll a d20 to determine what the result was. I was super hype so I tossed my studded leather into it and rolled a nat 20, so now I have a +1 studded leather. Our Paladin put in a bag of ball bearings, because he's obsessed with ball bearings, and they ended up becoming poison ball bearings. The Druid put in her helmet, which let her cast the Light cantrip once per day, and also got a good roll, so now it lets you cast Daylight once per day. Sorcerer threw in his fine clothes, and got an okay roll, and they turned into fine clothes with lightning bolts on them. Then comes our fighter, Mr Torgue, who was torn between putting in his Fishing Rod, which he won from a fishing contest with an NPC named Krill Millson, or Powdy, his pet powder keg that has googly eyes and a big smile. He eventually settled on the powder keg, but ended up rolling very poorly. It wouldn't be a true corruption pond if nothing bad ever happened, right? Powdy no longer has any explosive potential, and the googly eye smile is now a sad face. RIP Powdy, Sacrificed at Alva's pond. [link] [comments]  | ||

The only thing that really nags me is owning some old MTX that I never use because they belong to an ancient PoE and are simply dated by today's standard. For instance, I'm looking at the Sovereign Weapon Effect. It came with a $220 USD supporter pack, and used to be really nice by old standards.. Nowadays it's simply a small blur with subtle green sparkles. It's WAY less visually appealing than newer $15 USD effects. Not only weapon effects, but also character effects and even pets. Take the above example of the Sovereign Pack's Gold Gargoyle. You can't even see it, it's very small and dull. I'd love to see GGG taking a step back to revisit all this old MTX that many of us hoard, and make them come back to life again. As I said before, it's well known new MTX and loot boxes are a good part of GGG's revenue, but I think players happiness and satisfaction might go a long way. [link] [comments]  | ||

Also how are the best chinese players doing, is there some real contender for the win ? How do they perceive this race ? Does they curse steelmage for his RNG as much as i do ? | Does anyone else wish you could auto plant T2,T3,T4 Seeds? Posted: 11 Aug 2020 12:21 AM PDT I'm loving harvest as it's the first time i've ever been able to craft my own gear. I'm buying the bases i need and learning what i can remove and add and how to do it. I'm currently in lockdown for another 5 weeks so i've got lots of time to play which i'm not complaining about. The only thing apart from building my garden that i'm struggling with is it's such a pain that i have to manually plant T2+ seeds and can't just click a button to fill the garden with T2 etc.. it would make things so much easier. I don't know about anyone else but i struggle to see individual spots that seeds can be planted and find myself missing a slot here and there... [link] [comments]  | ||
