- So let’s say my lightning resist is over capped at 75% (110%) - when my resistances get reduced by an enemy, does it pull from the 75 or the 110? Does the overcapped amount matter at all?

| GGG Unbanned my scammer, who then scammed other people, they are still not banned. Posted: 26 Feb 2021 12:30 AM PST So over a year ago I got scammed by THIS GUY saying they would do a craft for me, then they ran away with my item. I was obviously upset at the time but it was a valuable lesson to me to never trust anyone on POE. After being scammed I sent emails to GGG support reporting the scammer, getting the same bland response back from support LINK. The next day on the GGG forum I noticed my scammer had made a post saying they were banned and questioning the decision located here FORUM LINK. After seeing this I felt the situation was rectified and I felt a sense of justice had been done, I was happy with GGG. But today upon randomly looking at my old reddit posts I clicked on their account name and found out that not only had they been unbanned but they are also playing in ritual league. Furthermore they scammed at least 2 other people in TFT Blacklist: Blacklist Post I don't know why I am making this post, its kind of a venting post mixed with a PSA that GGG will unban scammers and continue to allow them to operate even after multiple scams. even though their support email says a different thing. | The vast majority of unique items need buffs/reworks. Posted: 26 Feb 2021 12:23 AM PST Unique items were slowly outclassed patch by patch, be it direct nerfs, influences, new crafting methods, but Harvest crafting + Maven's orb were the real nails to the coffin. In the end game, unique items are used only if they provide a mechanic that bends the game rules, like Shav's + Prism Guardian allowing you to go Low Life, Essence Worm for MoM builds, or HH for zoomers. While some would say this is fine because unique items being just stat sticks are boring, I still wish we had uniques that could compete with rares, and that more uniques were reworked to provide a fun mechanic that allows us to build around them. | Posted: 26 Feb 2021 06:35 AM PST Does anyone else have this problem / a solution? Everytime I try to login after launching it says my PoE is out of date and then a download starts when I exit out of PoE. It's a short download but takes a couple minutes and then PoE works fine for that play session. It happens when I don't play for awhile with my computer on or if I turn my comp off it'll also happen the next time I start it up. Anyone else having this issue or have a fix? Thanks in advance. EDIT: It appears if you just spam connect it works - some people in the thread recommended it and I've since tried it. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Really disappointed there are no performance fixes in the next patch Posted: 25 Feb 2021 03:42 PM PST I can't afford to upgrade my pc and I have no idea if I will even be able to play the next league if performance continues to deteriorate at this rate. Just this league my average fps has much been: 1st patch (ritual release): stable 50, 20 fps lower than last league but at least its stable outside of valdos harbingers and delirium. 2nd patch: 15, 20 fps at best. Valdos harbingers almost guaranteed my game to crash. Completely unplayable. 3rd (current) patch: 30-40 fps depending on how long I've played. Start of my session after work I can get a decently stable 40+ fps, 4 hours later it's barely 30. 6 hours later it's unplayable. Restart pc every day to get a few hours of good playtime. Of course just buying a new pc would help but my current financial situation doesn't allow it. But it also doesn't make sense that a game this ugly (no offence) requires better hardware than most games out there. What poe needs is something like the reborn update in Dota 2 years back, where they changed to source 2. I know people will say it'll get fixed in Poe2, but honestly I don't have much faith left. For the first time ever I'm thinking of quitting the league, not because I'm bored but because of the awful performance I'm having. [link] [comments]  | ||

SSF Posted: 26 Feb 2021 12:16 PM PST So in the time I been farming Ejoris for 1 warcry medium cluster (6 passive would be fine) I have formed a HH from ancient orbs, a pride impale precision multi watcher's eye, a paradoxica (decent rolls) around 2k alts, 14 exalts, a ryslathas, okay curse/mark rings from harvest spam, and I can't get a 1c warcry cluster. I have run every demo contract lol 75+ I can, I have run countless delirium orbs, I have 7 unique clusters (all trash for me but still) and I can't get this one jewel. I can't think of anymore ways to farm for it and my eyes are bleeding now haha. [link] [comments]  | ||
