| Posted: 22 Apr 2019 02:53 AM PDT Which of these would be optimal choice? Assassin and Chieftain at least should be able to clear all content, right? Which is cheaper? What are thoughts on Cyclone Berserker? I'm assuming I'd have to be using some sort of warcry with Berserker, which is okay. Currently I'm not very "rich" as I just have a bit over exalt to get one going. Would like some input from people who have some experience! :) [link] [comments]  | ||
| Summoner Cyclone Templar - being to squishy problem? Posted: 22 Apr 2019 03:40 AM PDT So, I'm kinda new to PoE. I decided to go towards Templar as my first hero bcs of a similarities to my fav DnD class, which is Cleric. But damn, I've strayed away from typical cleric. At the beginning I decided to go for a smite/tectonic slam build with shield and club. And then I discovered cyclone. And zombies. And skellies. And now I'm just this beardy figet spinner with 2 swords, heaps of zombies, skellies and sentinels of purity, carving my way through maps. I've put lifesteal on kill and multistrike on smite, life per kill on cyclone and consecrated path and damn. It's nice and efficient, but I don't know if I did something wrong for I got 69 lvl and 1.5k life. I don't know if it's a small number or big, but I often get 1-shot by bosses multiple times and it's pretty annoying. I decided to go with armour, but to that point I haven't encountered any unique armour with good armour rate, and I'm to poor to buy something (I've got like, 4-5 chaos orbs in stock now). If anyone has any advice, should I put some points in life/armour instead of ability DMG or dying couple of times at boss fights is something of a natural thing for a newbies like me? Am trying out my first DoT build and would like to have some feedback on how do I scale this to make it viable? seem to have no damage to bosses and survival is not the best too. I know my gear has is far from end game but due to limited resources (approx 5ex) I will need some advice on the best bang for buck in making this work.
