    Uber Elder SSFHC "speed"run - 28 hours 30 mins

    A few leagues back (I think Betrayal?) Nugiyen did some Uber Elder SSFHC speedruns (start from scratch) and it was very fun to watch. AFAIK he didn't finish the runs but I had a go at it and managed in 28 hours. I made a lot of mistakes but had decent map luck. I think 20 hours should be possible in SSF. Just posting in case someone else wants to attempt it :)

    17 h - lvl 90 - t14 map dropped

    21 h - lvl 92 - t15 shaper orb - uber lab done

    25 h - lvl 93 - red elder spawned

    26 h - lvl 93 - red elder killed

    26 h 40 min -lvl 93 - shaper

    28 h 30min - uber dead :)

    The problem with this run is that if you space it out over several days you get new master missions. Free zanas for t16 are very strong.

    I skipped all Blights except when I was running very low on chaos and alchs. I did all Delves but my map tiers were higher than delve so it didn't pay off. Total waste of time for this run. I tried to do betrayal to get harbinger orbs but didn't manage to get a single one. This alone should improve time a lot. Alvas temples were crucial for map sustain.

    My final Atlas Bonus was 67. I started in one corner of the atlas and did not leave that quadrant until I hit red tiers. Then I completed as many white and yellow tiers as I could. But still only had the red maps in that quadrant active. Just to make pushing elder around easier.

    Act 9 Ruler of Highgate quest should give different rewards

    When completed this quest, I thought it would be like the bandit quest in Act 2 and give different reward depending on who you choose to rule Highgate. Turned out both give the same. It's a shame. This would be a nice if they change the quest to be like the bandit so your choice actually matters.

    hey,

    I learned what I could from posts\videos about leagues and still confused on what happens once they end.

    I'd like to always play in where most players play server-wise (league or non-league servers... whatever it may be).

    Does this mean I need to constantly start over with new character once league ends?

    don't I get to keep my items?

    Should you ALWAYS go crit for melee now?

    So, now that accuracy is more accessible and Resolute Technique is really only needed for more niche builds, should you always go crit? If so, how much of a focus should we have in it?

    I'm asking because there seems to be 2 options. You either go crit and then you get crit chance and crit multiplier nodes on the tree and scale that up.

    Or you "go crit", but you only see it as free occasional damage, and so you ignore crit nodes on the tree and go for regular damage nodes.

    It feels like nobody goes for the second option. And so I ask myself the question stated in the title.

    Incursion's Temple need some love, beside Corruption rooms, i dont think other rooms are very popular which makes you disapointed way more times than other. An overhaul to those rooms is required and maybe make the monsters in those rooms drop scarabs and incubators related to those leagues

    Im doing a version of mathils Jugg using ground slam where i convert most phys to cold, but in his build he uses herald of ash and i dont really understand why and he never explains it. Does anyone know the reason he would be using that over herald of ice since were going for convert to cold?

    I've still been using the following one because it's high resolution and great at a glance. But I know a bunch of stuff on it is outdated, including what is considered a "good/average/poor" rewards.

    LFM Group play next league

    I've got 3-4 people together for a proper league start next league. We have an aura bot, a carry, and an economist. Currently I'm the eco, but I'm fine with switching to another role. We'd like a boss killer and a second aura bot at the minimum.
