Currently, poe.ninja lists the ilvl 86+ Elder Bone Helmets base as 6.5+ Ex

But! You can craft your own for much cheaper (less than 5 exalts) Follow these steps to begin crafting the +3 Minion Bone Helm of your dreams!

Buy an ilvl 86+ Bone Helmet with no influence (30c)
Buy any Conquerors Exalted Orb (Redeemers is the best in my opinion, and cheapest at 2 Exalts at time of posting)
Buy an Awakener's Orb (2.3 Exalt at time of posting)
Buy any ilvl Elder Influenced Helmet for 1 Alchemy

Total Cost: 4.3 Exalt + 30 Chaos + 1 Orb of Alchemy (4.55 EX)

Afterwards

Make the Bone Helmet a Rare
Exalt your new Rare Bone Helmet with your Conquerors Exalted Orb (mods you get don't matter)
Use your Awakeners Orb, target your 1 Alchemy Elder Helmet, and then target your Bone Helmet
You now have an ilvl 86+ Elder Bone Helmet to craft for cheap!

This is what your finished product should look like - IMAGE - Notice that you now have TWO influences on the Top of the Item via the symbols. I hope you enjoy this strategy! Do NOT buy overpriced bases! Make your own for half the price!

The only caveat is that you have two influences to contest, but you can easily make your own base! Also, maybe having access to two mod pools isn't that bad
