    Got told an item was sold, saw it re-listed higher 2 mins later. Decided to have some fun.

    Initially, this amulet was listed for 100c. I wanted to buy it. He invited me, AFKed for a minute to check trade site presumably, and then told me the item was sold. More accurately he told me "I have now received an offer of 180c for this item", which I highly doubted because there were a bunch of 110-160c amulets posted that were better than this one. After that interaction this picture was taken, with the amulet being re-listed at 160c.

    So I got on an alt with a different name and tried offering 3ex, like this. He then jacked up the price to 310c. I then got on an alt with a different name and tried offering 4ex. And so on and so on. Currently the item is listed for https://imgur.com/WMqQ3T8 560c.

    For anyone wondering, the actual value of the amulet is around 110c, for use as a awakener orb material to create +1 Phys/+1 Dex amulets for blade vortex players.

    Gotta love the trading interaction in this game.

    EDIT2: 15ex? Talk about peasant prices. The amulet has been re-listed as 123ex. Incredible. Never mind, 200ex.

    Some hideouts being available as rare grindable discoveries is a good thing; it won't hurt the game to add some other cosmetic things available through engaging directly with content

    The 12/24/36 challenge rewards are a good thing, but I mostly mean something like the Celestial Hideout. One of the few things I genuinely enjoyed in Diablo III was grinding all the items for the cow level recipe, grinding for various types of rare wings, and all those things. They add something to play for beyond the usual timed events, which ensures that at least a portion of the playerbase would have a reason to play when they otherwise would've not had one, and also gives some free cosmetic options locked behind some effort and required grinding, which is something that would be very welcome, I believe.

    As a few examples - let's say there could be some Abyss-themed wings that are a 1% drop from Liches; some specific pet that only drops from lvl83+ Kurgal; you get the idea. Adding them to content that seems to be relatively abandoned and often ignored/skipped by players is a 'kill two birds with one stone' approch that goes beyond attempts to attract players to certain content every league with some of the challenges.

    What do you guys think? Maybe this has been proposed before, not sure I ever seen any discussions on that subject.

    The challenge name is "Equip Experimental Base Types", and you only need to equip an experimental amulet, ring, belt, weapon, and off-hand. I've already helped more than 200 exiles complete this challenge and I'm willing to help out more if needed. There is NO COST to doing this challenge, it is completely free, I do take tips but those are completely optional. I fully empathize with you if you're on a budget just trying to hit 12/24 challenges before you call it quits on the league.

    If you're wondering if this is legit and not a scam, you can see my previous thread here.

    I've tailored the gear so that even if you don't have the stat requirements to equip the shield (which has a stat requirement of Level 50 and 82 str), equipping the ring, amulet, and belt should be enough to get you there. The only minimum requirement is to be Level 70 in order to be able to equip all the items in the set at any time.

    If you still need the challenge, whisper me first to see if I'm online. You can whisper me @MetalGearRAY. Please include in your whisper that you're asking about the challenge completion (ex. @MetalGearRAY Hey, are you available for the experimental base types challenge?). If I'm not online, add me as a friend in-game, I'll message you if I see you're online when I'm online as well. Hopefully you can crank out that 12/24/36 challenge completion you need before you're wrapped up with the league!
