Using The Red Trail combined with The Golden Rule, I'd have 1 frenzy charge per attack. For The Red Trail to give me it's bonuses, I have to be bleeding. That's why this build uses Golden Rule, to reflect inflicted bleedings, while Slayer Ascendancy do not take bleeding damage while leeching. With 25% chance to bleed, granted by the skill tree, there are 96% of inflicting bleeding after 12 attacks, which are done normally in basically one second. Using Petrified Blood is so awkward in mapping especially Sirus fight (any degen area is like hell) I thought this is one kind of defence but it seems make some bad trade for ( im at 6k2 at full life and about 10M DPS but still feel squishy) I chose this build bcs of hearing people said its so tanky and do good DPS. So yea DPS is awesome but the defence is... So am i wrong when thinking Champion is not stronger in Defence and Bosssing than Gladiator [link] [comments]  | ||||||||||||

| Posted: 27 Aug 2021 08:09 PM PDT Hi all, I'm trying to push my build into more of a late game setup. It's Steelmage's Bleed SST build, and I'm really struggling. I invested ~12 exalts into the build last night to try and get the DPS to something manageable, and yet I'm still sub- 1mil bleed dps. To me, I've done all the right things - my gloves and amulet have phys over time modifier. My boots have the bleeding deals damage faster mod. My shield is 2600 armor, which should be plenty. I'm using cluster jewels. My build is here: https://pastebin.com/t1bmKX5r Only aura i'm running is Pride, PoB still can't handle Mortal Conviction I guess. I'm just at a loss here. How do I squeeze more damage out of this? I want to do bosses, but the anemic dps combined with me still learning bosses is a bad combo. I wiped on Maven because the last phase really rewards high dps (and better play on my part). At this point, I have about 15 ex I could invest into another build, if that's the better option. But if this is salvageable, I'd like to at least try. (And I can always heist/lab/delve on this character to get more currency, if needed). Thanks for any advice. Should I just grab a generic aurabot build and cram Absolution into it as a 4 link? My friend is a Guardian running Dominating blow as pure phys, but swapping out his Brutality link for something else is possible. | Steelskin vs Arcane Cloak for FR Totems MoM/Agnostic Posted: 28 Aug 2021 12:20 AM PDT I see the most popular builds using steelskin over arcane cloak with a clarity and vitality aura and flesh and stone. If you're heavily investing into mana and using trans. Of mind then doesn't it make more sense to have arcane cloak which will actually proc arcane surge every time unlike steelskin. Arcane cloak also adds a little boost with lightning damage but the primary benefit is a twice as long shield that has way more damage mitigation and scales with your mana stacking. Even immortal call would be better than steelskin given heiros have 4 endurance charges up all the time. [link] [comments]  | ||||||||||||

Seems like high investment for them to be able to do something. I'm at red maps and sometimes even the map fodder are hard to kill, let alone the bosses. Minion damage modifier is at 330%. I know I'm not fully geared yet but the items are soo expensive on this build and I'm currently trying to get the currency necessary. ( the wand and the helm alone costed me 16 ex both.) future upgrades are +2 frenzy and power charges shield, obviously +2 spectre boots , but those are 15 ex good ones, an unset ring with +3 levels and some minions dmg+dex ( I will slot an animate guardian in it) , a +1 Amulet and for the belt i was thinking Torrent Reclamation. Even in POB I get a 600+ energy shield leech. But in-game I get a life leech. Can anyone tell me what is that I'm doing it wrong?
