| Posted: 13 Jun 2022 02:28 PM PDT Hey everyone, "Burned out on league" gamer here and with the fact that I get only a couple of hours to game, I have been enjoying my accumulated stash of standard items, but I have struck a wall... I have played the literal rainbow of builds, but no matter what flavour of the month gets the job done, I keep falling back to my trusty Assassin, who right now is a HoT autobomber and while the build is very decent at clearing and even bossing, it's quite squishy and I am looking to swap to something multi-functional again. I have an omni, mb, hh, squire and almost every unique under the sun, cluster jewel bases and some weapon bases too. This is important, because my raw currency is at it's end, sitting at a mere 9ex and I don't have that many usable rares for shadow in particular. The only good watcher's I have is increased cold and flat crit while affected by Hatred, because I like cold builds. Any ideas what I could play that could maybe do the majority of the content, my main goal being doing wave 30 simu with the assassin, as so far the only one I have seen clear it comfortably was a fire BV conversion. I'm super bad with PoB and generally pick builds off of poeninja and only tweak minor details to fit my budget... If you are willing to help, please know that I've played every version of CoC Assassin that exists(cold, hot, bladefall even) and I am really burned out on spinning, so any ideas are welcome. Anyone got some tips / pob for a 60 ex budget? Or should i ignore MB and just go full budet. Would like to be able to farm everything in the game at ease. (uber uber not needed) [link] [comments] |

Can get a little bit of currency from a friend, but was hoping to just jump right into my "endgame" build and work on it from scratch. | Looking for a dex stacking build Posted: 13 Jun 2022 02:54 PM PDT So as the title says im looking for a build that stacking dex with the new recombinated boots. Just tried that good looking dex stacker spectral throw build.just threw 200 ex on it and its not so good as i thought.it was really cool,fast and nice dmg but really the clear lacks. Or dunno i played before a cwdt elementalist and it was much better in every aspects outside of speed. I think that spectral throw is just not my cup of tea. Changed the st gem with a frostblade one and its just mehh in term of dps. Didnt chang ethe tree tough so maybe that was the problem too. So my question again, is there a skill that can be good too with my gear?thought about venom gyre but i fear it lacks the dps against bosses. [link] [comments] |

I've always had a thing for fireball and have wanted to make it work as self-cast. It's definitely not meta but I still gave it a shot. There isn't much currency put into this build and definitely room for improvement. I die ALOT. Like at least once or twice a map. I understand why I die. Mainly I'm not not running grace or determination even though I spec'ed into grace reservation on the tree. I don't have enough reserved mana so I could either save for enlighten 4 or drop a damage aura. And ultimately I don't have capped spell suppression (77%) The intent of the character is to be a mapper, but I was also hoping to be able to boss by going elemantilist and focusing on the ignite. My thoughts to fix the build are dropping "The Gull" even though I REALLY like it. Spell suppression/reservation helm. Drop a damage aura and fit grace into the build. I can run dual circle of anguish, or polaric, or keep snakepit. What gem links are optimal? Maybe elemantlist isn't the best way to self-cast fireball. It's very overwhelming. Also I really really am not looking for an omni or ashes build. Looking for advice. Self casts fireball builds don't exist and I think i'm beginning to know why. Also I'm sure my gem links are pure trash. Any help would be appreciated. [link] [comments] |
| Want to drop 150 Ex on Explodey RF Inquisitor, need high-end PoB Posted: 13 Jun 2022 04:36 PM PDT Sold my LS Raider + HH because I've played it for 2 Leagues straight and I'm super burnt out on it. The only thing I'm interested in is the big, juicy, explosions and tankiness of explode-RF as seen in Pohx's (and a couple other) vids. My concern is that Pohx says the budget for his explode RF PoB is around 50 Ex (here is the most recent PoB in this vid comments, for reference: https://pastebin.com/bXS26U7n). Since my budget is triple that, I want to make sure I'm getting the absolute most value possible out of my buying power. Does anyone have a PoB/guide/even a really good PoE Ninja for this? I just want to farm super juiced maps (Deli, Beyond, at least enough single target to melt map bosses), and maybe Simulacrums if it can push it. Sorry if this gets asked a lot, I know RF is literally the most played build this League, but I didn't find many people discussing my current budget. Thank you. [link] [comments] |

How good is it currently for mapping and regular endgame? I remember Eternity Shroud WO being a good build, how viable would it be currently? And how expensive? | Missing 1% Overcap Resistance on aura stacker Posted: 13 Jun 2022 04:25 PM PDT I put together an auras stacking ascendant and comparing myself to the top people on POE ninja I have the exact same aura setup gear, jewel, and gem-wise but I'm missing 1% lightning resistance. Comparing the POBs we have the exact same aura effect. Line for line each aura effect is the same from the same sources. Looking at resistance calculation they're getting +15% max lightning res from Purity of Lightning while I'm only getting +14% (similarly they're getting increased resistance from the purity compared to me). This would lead me to believe they have more aura effect than me (but they don't according to POB aura calc.) So my next thought is something to do with Introspection since it doesn't show self aura effect from it in the aura calc section, but we both have 3 introspections. I've tried unequipping them, moving them around everything I could think of and no changes in game or POB. The only difference is they have 1 point in lightning res near the scion wheel giving them 5 more devotion (which isn't nearly enough to make 1% more effect let alone the 80 more devotion you would need to hit the next breakpoint of 8% more aura effect for +1 max res, according to aura.poe.farm. But I also did put that point in and it didn't change anything. So I'm kinda at a loss of what is going on. Spark Inquisitor seemed fun, but im unsure how good it is without Ashes. So all in all im not sure which the best approach is or if it´s even feasible without ashes. I've been playing str tacking venom gyre and missing the sweet sweet sound of herald of ice explosions. I also really like the idea of using the new ring Call of the Void to do some self chill shenanigans so looking for any and all builds.
