    Hideout music choice

    I know this is very unlikely to happen, but wouldn't it be great to have some kind of jukebox MTX or just a way to change our hideout music? My favorite layout was the Luxurious one but the music is just horrible. Also Path of Exile as some very good music (Whakawairua Tuahu for example) and it feels like such a waste to only listen to a small cluster 90% of the time...

    Gem leveling in Pure Breachstones to 100 [Small stat table]

    I wrote down how much i could save by leveling gems, the character i used was a Guardian ES bot

    because its usefull for the party just by building the skill tree for that and using 2 auras.

    A small Guide for people who wanne do that too (Not really interesting for people who know how gem leveling works)

    Spreadsheet(just a small table)

    ​

    All breachstones were done with 15% increased Exp gear.

    ​

    I leveled from 93 to 100 in 218 Pure Breachstones.

    ​

    I was able to level 71 gems to level 3 but still had 12 gems close to 3 which are not included in the stats.

    ​

    I had to vaal 10.1 gems for a lvl4 gem on average (5x LVL 4 Empower and 2x LVL 4 Enlighten).

    ​

    The Breachstones cost me 4087 Chaos in total and i could save 1727 Chaos just by gem leveling.

    just by taking ~1 hour to get everything needed i saved 8.8 exalted orbs (42%).

    Tldr: it is defenitly worth it if you wanne play afterwards because you make a good amount of exalts in 1 hour work.

    Is it profitable for a solo player to farm elder maps?

    Considering how much more currency you earn while playing in party then solo would it still be more profit as a solo player to farm fully-rolled t16 maps then low-delve or syndicate farming? I'm looking foward to doing spider forest/precinct but still kind of aware if i'll actually be earning moneys if i try to invest ~50-100c per map in let's say 50-100 runs.

    I haven't tried to invest in maps so much yet so i feel really nervous about it. Although i would like to hear how you guys roll your maps and run them for profits.

    Focus unusable in most builds because of UI

    When the Focus mechanic was announced I was pretty hyped because I assumed the lack of skill slots in the UI would finally be addressed.

    Focus offers unique effects and a great way to customize gear for people who are not fond of one click builds. However, in most builds there simply is no room. Even without focus there often is some vaal skill or vigilant strike or whatever I would like to squeeze into my build but there is no UI slot left. Gem sockets already provide an effective limit on how many skills players can use; there is no need for another artificial limit.

    When this (or other UI issues like the placement of debuffs vs. life) was brought up in the past, GGG said they are reluctant to make changes to the UI since it has to work across many different setups / devices and the they don't want to add UI customization options since every option requires additional testing and adds more potential for bugs / issues. While I can understand this to some extent, it pretty much kills Focus for most builds. Which is a shame, since it is a great mechanic.

    GGG, if there is really, absolutely nothing you can do about skill slots since that is what the dark powers Chris Wilson sold his soul to demanded years ago in exchange for PoE becoming an awesome game, at least give "Move only" and Focus the Detonate Mines treatment. This would be enough for most builds and people who don't like the floating icons can have them in regular slots like it is now.

    I accomplished my final goal in Betrayal

    This might not mean much since this can be considered a "meme", but I personally have a really enjoyable time in PvP.Yes, it's a very small community and not entirely balanced.I joined the PvP scene in Betrayal for the first time and was welcomed by some amazing individuals who taught me a lot. It's a really great community that I'm happy to be a part of. So I set out to take the #1 spot on the 1v1 NA Ladder.

    I had several PvE goals that I accomplished and was ready to retire from Betrayal. PvP has definitely extended my lifespan in the league by several weeks and has been a really enjoyable experience for me. I've managed to connect with a lot of new people and I think that's the biggest reward so far.

    This may not be a real "accomplishment" but it was a personal goal. Yes, sometimes you get queue'd up with low levels and it's a free victory, not much of a challenge. But those types of matches get you at most 5 rating, sometimes as low as 3. It was definitely a big grind of constant 30+ minute queues.

    Just wanted to share a really obscure goal and one that I'm proud of despite not being a really integral part of the game. I'm really excited to continue PvPing in the next leagues and I encourage people to at least try it out and not get discouraged if you die constantly at first. There's a lot of mechanics that behave differently and it's a whole new world to learn!

    Just so everyone is aware, you can queue for PvP in Act 3 from Maramoa and there are two Free For All Arenas (you don't queue for these). Act 3 has a cap of level 40 and Act 8 is open to all levels. You can find the entrance up the stairs from the Sarn Encampment in the far northwest.

    How do I find out which craftable mods are mutually exclusive?

    I have a Vaal Regalia with T1 flat ES roll and regaled it and got the %ES regen mod. How do I know which ES rolls I could craft on the armour if I were to multimod it, and which are exclusive from each other?

    My somewhat unique scam experience.

    So I've read a lot about scams in the game on this subreddit. I thought I had heard of them all, but a funny and unique scam happened to me earlier today that I thought I should share.

    I went to a guys hideout for an essence challenge completion for one ex. The other guy in the party trades me. I think "alright, wants payment ahead of time no problem". Give him the exalt. About 20 seconds later he leaves. Host is asking if I see the portal. I take the portal to the map and then into a Zana map then it starts to hit me. I ask if that was his friend or a different character of his. He says no. At this point I'm not even mad, never had I heard of this method of scamming and I didn't think twice trading the guy since many people seem to play the game in pairs.

    The host was really nice and didn't even end up charging me the exalt for the challenge since I had been scammed, so hats off to that guy. I experienced the very best and the very worst the community had to offer in about 30 seconds, fun times.
