    I was thinking of making a herald of agony build that utilizes storm brand to trigger hoa but also uses Arakalis fang. Is there a way I am not familiar with to facilitate triggering the spiders? I've heard of spider builds using speakers wreath for stuff like this but I was curious what you guys thought.

    I was inspired by an ms juggernaut build that used both but something is more alluring to me with the fire and forget storm brand and making a safer build. Not sure what class yet.

    edit if not storm brand maybe a winter orb with cold to fire for the speakers wreath or arm brand. Frequency might be too low for that skill though for HoA

    Trickster Poison storm burst

    So I think think there is some potential here, I'm just working out the best way to actually calculate the poison DPS.

    I looked at a pathfinder version as well and it was a little less DPS, but has proliferating poison, so there is some potential.

    Assassin ramps into more overall DPS, but takes a couple seconds of standing still to actually achieve it.

    So the cast rate of 6.04 gives us 24 balls cast recently, rounding down. The duration on the balls is 3.3s which is 8+1 = 9 total hits, rounded to the .4. Each poison is 18k damage, so 24*9*18k = 3.888 million shaper dps. with coralito's up. Adding in atziri's and sin's flasks it goes up to 27k per poison, but I figured that everything wouldn't align every time.

    Thoughts? Anyone done a poison build? Volkuur's worth it for elemental multipliers?

    Multiple Totem vs Cold Penetration

    Hey all, I've been doing this build:

    Basically a standard totem hiero with Freezing Pulse. The main 6 link has cold Penetration as the last link, but the guide also mentions swapping that out for multiple Totem support until a +1 totem shield.

    I just got a +1 totem shield mod (although not as good as the one in the above links pob) and was wondering if the bonus damage from cold Penetration is actually worth swapping out multiple totems.

    With multiple totems I can have 6 totems up total, which to me just seems like obviously more dps.

    But other scenario I get cold penetration but only be able to have 4 totems up.

    Bear with my horrible mathematical analogy but my head is thinking with 6 totems I'm essentially doing 474% dps (79% dmg per totem x 6) versus without it's 400% (100% dmg per totem x 4).

    Energy Shield Jug, 80%+ reduced elemental damage taken, crit & non-crit variant.

    I have been playing in POB with this build for a few months. It is not 100% optimized, but there are two variants.

    There is a critical variant and a non-crit variant. The non-crit variant is, of course, cheaper.

    Both variants have the same amount of reduced elemental damage taken and similar tree paths. The Crit variant is gear heavy due to the format of the tree.

    Disclaimer: I have not built this build, because I work full time and do not have enough time on my hands to farm the gear. I could probably afford it on standard easy, but that would be boring. Again, this is a theory craft build.

    The main goal was to just overload the reduced elemental damage taken mechanic and have extremely high physical resistance. This build is CI.

    *This build relies on Jugg due to endurance charge ascendancy. It could be done with Scion easier, but you will lose out on additional survivability of the Jugg Class. It is similar to the HOWA Jugg build, but the HOWA Jugg build is mainstream AF. This build could technically be done with any skill that can be utilized with maces. The POB has Molten Strike as the main skill, but in others, I did try other skills like Consecrated Path, and it worked just fine.

    Required Gear:

    • 2 x Nebuloch (both corrupted— 1 corrupted mod should be fortified on hit) (1% reduced Elemental Damage taken when Hit per Endurance Charge)
    • 1 x Incandescent Heart
    • 1 x Taste of Hate (20% 'less' Cold damage taken — Warning 'Less' is different the reduced)
    • 1 x Wise Oak (During Flask Effect, 10% reduced Damage taken of each Element for which your Uncapped

    Elemental Resistance is lowest)

    • 1 x Energy from Within
    • 1 x Might of the Meek
    • 1 x Wildfire Jewel (if you want the Molten Strike Path)

    The non-crit variant build contains several trees. There are tons of different variations that could be done with the tree to increase damage output. I stopped at 7 variations cause it is like going down a rabbit hole.

    The Damage output on the Crit Variant is weak. Mostly cause the gear in the pastebin blows. It needs more multi to make it shine. I imagine that you could handle that tweak on your own.

    This build, if built correctly, should not really take much of any damage.

    Good ignite fireball build with 5 ex budget?

    I've been dying to play a good ignite prolif build but they seem hard to come by right now. Does anyone have a good one they can recommend? Like the title states, I've got about 5 ex to sink into it.

    LF bosskiller build

    I'm looking for bosskiller build. Got only 2 requirements:

    1. Tons of dmg i want to melt bosses.
    2. I want to be tanky enough not to get 1shoted i'm not that good at mechanics to avoid everything

    Build cost doesn't matter got around 70ex right now can get more if necessary :)

    How can i improve my build?

    hi i'm currently playing a soulrent trickster and i'm kinda stuck, so i looking for an advice to where improve my current setup.

    1st- i'm working on 6-L cherrubim's maleficence

    2nd- i want to remove bane setup since i'm using the witchfire brew. i might consider using a totem with wither or blight

    3rd-is it really worth keep flame golem?
