    Looking for carry+support build for t16 farming

    Hello! Me and my buddy are looking for build suggestions to speed farm T16 maps and push lvl100.

    Carry would have to be as fast as possible with MF gear, while support would provide defensive auras and curses to easily clear t16 maps (probably burial chambers).

    Combined budget is around 40-50ex.

    Need advise for Low Life Bane Occultist, damage feels lacking in higher tier maps

    I am currently playing a low life Bane Occultist LvL 90.

    I have 6 unused Skill point because I have no clue where to put them, nothing in Range seems particularly useful.

    My plans Gear wise would be :

    1. Getting either the Tranquility or Crusader anointment on my Necklace ( As far as I understand these give either spell damage or Energyshield corresponding to you Mana increase)
    2. Watchers eye with the Clarity Mana to ES and Malevolence inc. DoT
    3. Dual Wands with +1 to all Spells and +1 to all Chaos Spells for a total of +4 to Bane
    4. 6 Linking my Shavronnes and using either Void Manipulation Support or Empower
    5. Getting LvL 21/20+% Quality Gems

    Pretty much all of these are, at least for me, insanely expensive so I was wondering if there was/is a cheaper way to increase my damage?

    Help would be appreciated as this is more or less my first "own" build which didn't strictly follow any guides.

    Looking for a polyvalent build

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a build to speed farm my T15 shaped Toxic Sewers and delve between 250-300.

    I've played Trickster ED/Contagion, Necro Skelies and Assa/Trickster Orb of storms.

    I'd prefer something ranged and not bow based. I have 7ex~ budget.

    Poison Assassin with Totems/Mines/Traps - what works?

    So I know that mines/traps/totems both do and do not count as "you" depending on the situation, and whether a mob was killed as degen, etc.

    Specifically: If it works with totems "YES" otherwise "NO":

    • 10% chance to gain a power charge on critical strike - NO
    • 40% chance to poison on hit - YES
    • 5% increased duration for each poison you have inflicted recently - ??? (guessing NO)
    • Recover .5% of life per poison affecting enemies you kill - NO (unless killed by poison)
    • Poison you inflict with critical strikes deals 50% more damage - ??? (I would say NO, but PoB says YES)

    Unfortunately it looks like the best stats don't work with traps/mines/totems :(. However, the reason I made this post was because PoB is telling me #5 works! If it does, the build might be worth it.

    Holy Popcorn Maker Necro - Help me turn this into a real build.

    Popcorn Skellis are fun and all, but somehow it didn't sit right with me that we use a skill that scales with minion life, but use the lowest base life minion. So I experimented with Minion Instability, Infernal Legion and different minions. I couldn't find any discussions about it here or on the Forum so this is what i came up with:

    We are kind of dependent on Necromantic Aegis and Maligaros lense in order to kill our Minions fast enough.

    Dominating blow sentinels have one of the highest base life pools, but we have to get right up and personal with the minions. Without a shield, this felt way too squishy.

    Herald of Purity Sentinals have an even higher life pool, but they don't resummon themselves. They pretty much one-hit all normal monsters, so they don't give us the opportunity to kill mobs to spawn more sentinals. My solution was Speakers Wreath, which meant that minions can't kill non-ignited enemies. So the explosion brings the monsters life down to 1, which makes for easy killing and respawning. Storm Brand works ok-ish for that.

    Death's oath aura works well, too.

    Another way is to use the way DoTs from minions work with on kill mechanics. For some reason, all DoT-Kills count as player kills. But for some reason, ignite kills the mobs but doesn't summon new sentinels. Poison works, but not when linked to Herald of Purity itself. So is just linked Zombies to Poison support. Zombies or MI explosions bring them down to 1, poison kills them for the player, Herald of Purity spawns a new Sentinel, which explode to create more 1 life mobs. As long as my Zombies can kill one mob, this basically clears the whole map (save for the boss) without me casting or attacking anything. Writhing Jar can also start the loop. It's full auto. I've cleared T12 maps this way without *much* trouble on a 4 link. The explosions do around 200k damage and the 4 Sentinels die in just under 1 second with my somewhat crappy gear. With Mathils gear from his popcorn-skelli build and a 6L Coming Calamity, it gets to around 2m damage per explosion. This sounds super strong.

    But here is my problem: The build feels super squishy and i'm not sure how i can kill bosses without adds (Vaal Breach?). Vaal Summon Skeletons with IL would probably do the trick for most map bosses, though. The heals from Maligaros lense are huge, instantly filling my life up to full, but not really reliable, because the explosions usually happen all at once and are not always in range. Switching Necromantic aegis and Maligaros lense for the new Fortress Covenant jewel gives me the shield back, but costs quite a few points. MoM is right there on the tree, but feels wrong with at least 45%. Also, all this free increased damage and attack speed from spiritual aid and spiritual command feel kind of wasted.

    So my question is, where do i go from here? What should i try out as a boss killer, maybe something with lots of hits per second just to summon more sentinals? What defenses fit this build? Should i try Spectres instead of Zombies, if so which?

    Crit ignite?

    So i'm running a fireball ignite prolif character atm and its awesome. feels super smooth. Currently running it with a ele overload/storm brand setup because id been told that there's no point going crit ignite. However going through the tree i notice there's now two nodes - searing heat and dire torment - that give a total 40% more multiplier to crit ailments/ignite damage over time. I was wondering if that combination of this 40% more multiplier with the increased ignites that crits give makes dropping ele overload worth considering?

    Follow up summoner question/build advice

    Since my last post, Ive narrowed it down between rolling something like Mathils MI skeleton build, or Slave Driver spectres....both look good so im having trouble deciding....:/

    If choosing between the two, what are you alls opinion as to which would be the best in terms of pure speed, boss dmg and defense. Thanks in advance for feedback.

    I leveled my first Templar to maps. Leveling was easy, totems destroyed everything using frostbolt. Once I got to maps they were still doing ok and the single target really sucked. For bosses I swapped in ice spear, it chewed through single target mobs. I didn't like the play style of gem swapping so I reworked my tree to do divine ire. Divine ire feels ok, but I'm wondering if there is a better single spell option until I get the gear to really make it work. Also my totems die easy, is there a simple fix for that?

    I'm at work so I can't link anything right now.

    For divine ire I have followed mathils pob exactly, I'm only at lvl 75 maybe. I know levels will help but will they really help that much?

    Also, if I'm using an assassins mark curse on hit setup with storm brand will the totems benefit from the cursed mobs?

    Been wanting to play it for quite a while now, I did it in incursion league, and it was so bad for most single target fights, except the few ones with walls, I'm hoping the new nodes allow you to just throw currency at it so it still does good single target

    Golemancer +3 metacrafted bow viable?

    Hey guys looking into endgame crafting for my golemancer.

    Currently, looking into ci with a incandescent heart or a vaal regalia.

    Unsure if: Fossil crafted bow base with +1 socketed and bound fossils increased minion damage (110-130). With crafted +socketed support etc.

    Or

    Vaal regalia +1 and lvl 1 maim.
