    Please remove Proximity Shield from Blight encounters

    The Blight map drops are extremly rare and it is very disconcerting to lose those maps after 3 minutes because you just get overrun and Lag out.

    I even sometimes DC get booted out in regular maps it's very annoying.

    NeverSink's itemfilter - version 7.3.1 - Blight Economy Update!

    The blight economy update for the filter is live! It's interesting how much of a meta shift blight has brought. I've rarely seen so many items become expensive instead of becoming cheap at the beginning of the league.

    In any case: I've addressed a whole bunch of points to improve the filter, added tiering changes to oils, scarabs, prophecies, uniques, divination cards, crafting bases, unique maps and a bunch of manual polishing.

    CHANGELOG:

    • Retiered all uniques and integrated new uniques

    • Retiered all divination cards

    • Retiered prophecies, scarabs, fossils, unique maps

    • Did NOT retier shaper/elder items, since the economy is still too fresh for that

    • Changed the appearance of the cheapest 3 Oils

    • The cheapest 3 oils are now hidden on uber-plus strict

    • Changed the sounds of scarabs

    • Moved convoking wands a tier down in the crafting bases

    Filter and Styleversions

    Strictness-es are filter configurations the affect how much/little a filter shows. The general rule is that: as you clear faster, you want to pick up less, because in the time you'd take care of a higher quantity of items, you can kill more monsters and get a higher chance at rare loot. You can start with Regular/Semi-Strict first (great for new players and leagues) and simply up the strictness from the option menu, once you feel like you want to see less.

    Nr Name Short Description
    0 Soft Shows too much. Includes low crafting bases, magic jewellery in the endgame. Not recommended for regular gameplay.
    1 Regular Shows a lot. Recommended for beginners, new leagues and slow-clearing gameplay. Shows all rares. Good for chaos recipes.
    2 Semi-Strict Healthy balance. Great for new leagues and beginners and medium-speed endgame gameplay. Hides the worst rares. Good for chaos recipes.
    3 Strict Hides bad-base rares and scrolls. Universal and recommended endgame strictness. Hides random gems (hold alt in the first zone if you level with it). Bad for chaos recipes.
    4 Very Strict Hides most rares, scrolls, augments, armourers. Good for the endgame and for speed-farming.
    5 Uber Strict Hides all low currencies and rares. Great for quantity-farmers.
    6 Uber+ Strict Shows too little. Sterile screen. Hides all kind of stuff, including mediocre divination cards, all kind of crafting material etc. Recommended for speed-clearing quantity-parties or as a base for further editing. Not recommended for regular gameplay.

    Styles have no effect on how strict the filter is, but change the visual and audio configuration. Find one that pleases your eye most or make your own on www.filterblade.xyz

    Style Description
    Default The normal style. It uses a wide variety of colors and shadings to inform users about the drop type, value and properties.
    Slick A less colorful version of the normal style.
    Gaia (full restyle) Gaia is a nature-inspired style. It uses less colors, but is still very cheerful.
    Vaal (full restyle) A brick, corruption, blood and gore styled filter.
    Crimson (full restyle) Dark red hues, with some blues and purples in there. Similar to the Vaal filter, but different.
    Velvet (full restyle) Soft green, blue, grey and pink hues, this filter is inspired by oceanic and royal colorsets.
    Blue Minor changes. Changes the color of rares to blue.
    Purple Minor changes. Changes the color of rares to purple.
    Azurite A purple-cyan style, inspired by the delve league colors.
    CustomSounds Special style. The visuals are based of default, but the sounds are different and are provided in mp3 files. You have to copy the mp3 files too for the filter to work. You can also replace the sounds with your own mp3's to create your own soundset.

    Blight should be in waves, like a real TD

    The blight you encounter on regular maps is fine, but blighted maps are just stupid. You build towers not knowing where portals will spawn, then press your attack skill and pray that mobs will be killed before reaching the pump. You can't move to build more, you can't stop attacking because you will just loose.(also shit performance prevents it)

    The encounter should be with breaks, during which you analyze the situation and build more towers. This waves then get progressively harder with very tough boss at the end for example. I think it will be much more fun this way and maybe help with performance issues.

    Towers are deselected if you earn tower points while trying to build

    If you attempt to build a tower while mobs are dying around you, you will get kicked out of the tower selection menu when you reach certain thresholds of points. its very frustrating for blight maps.

    "Nearby allies cannot die" on Blight monsters is just a Big "F*ck You" to builds that arent AOE or Pierce all targets.... It shouldnt be a thing in content like Blight

    For all of you who have to be at work/school when all you really wanna do is to play PoE, Path of Crafting now has all the new changes from Blight! So now you can try to craft that OP summoner wand you want in game.

    In the last two blighted maps I completed, some Rhoas don't "die" and make it so we can't get rewards, really killing the league mechanic

    [Unpopular Opinion] Doing Legion was not fun but you had to do it because how rewarding it was. Doing Blight is not really that rewarding but you want to do it because it's fun

    I was hyped that GGG is adding some very quality of life addons to the core game... but in the current version it's quite inferior to a trade macro. You want to scroll tabs while managing your inventory items, I would say in most of time.

    I can't wait to read the next Balance Manifesto.

    We feel like players having persistent Zombies and Spectres isn't intended. The fun of a Summoner is constantly micro-managing your summoned monsters HP.

    Spectre and Zombie damage has been increased by 18%.

    Spectre and Zombie life has been reduced by 80%.

    New life flask mods for healing your minions have been added.

    Anyone else wish we got actual balance to skills?

    Currently we get Revamp -> one OP skill/ascendancy -> Extra hard nerf -> Rinse/repeat.

    In the "Melee revamp" most melee skills remained garbage and then Cyclone got the super smash.
