Blight League shows that GGG learned from the mistakes of Metamorph League

    Posted: 14 Dec 2019 02:25 AM PST

In Metamorph, Tane remained interactable while you fought a metamorph, allowing you to click him and enter dialogue while in the middle of a fight. Now with Blight, Sister Cassia becomes unclickable after you start a blight encounter. Thanks for this QoL improvement, GGG!

Metamorph = good. Mousing over and clicking 17 organs per zone = not good.

Either make them auto loot, or make it like azerite. This is unnecessarily cumbersome. Aside from that this is definitely shaping up to be an amazing league.

GGG almost Quadrupled The Shaper's life in 3.9.0. He now has 68 million life up from 18 million

    Posted: 14 Dec 2019 08:12 AM PST

    From datamined stats

His damage & mechanics remains unchanged

Uber Elder & Uber Shaper actually have less life than Solo Shaper (but still more than 3.8.0 values) at 44 million each each

Shaper Guardians all have 30 million life (before map mods), which again is tankier than Shaper himself in 3.8.0

When an Organ drops Octavius should teleport in, scoop it into a jar, and shout: "HAHA, YOU ARE CAPTURED STUPID MEAT!"

When you've cleared 99% of the map and miss 1 body part for Metamorph

Why do we have to manually pick up organs if there is no inventory management involved?

    Posted: 14 Dec 2019 02:49 AM PST

Title. I really don't understand the design choice of making us pick up every organ over and over again. It's already starting to feel tedious and I'm not even through leveling yet. Normally picking up items is a must because of inventory management but since we don't put these organs in our inventories I don't see why we have to pick them up.

Thread of Hope jewel - Awakener boss drop

Poor Clarissa. First her lover is dead, so she has to ask a stranger to help her revive him, only to see him become a zombie. The stranger then start to take her lover's eye out and recreate him again right before her eyes for some bullsh!t loot that the he sell back to her later in town.

Hey GGG, can y'all start putting custom tabs at the beginning of the list in new leagues?

    Posted: 14 Dec 2019 08:29 AM PST

Hardest part of metamorph fights is them summoning "Allies cannot die" rares on top of you. @GGG, once again, can we please remove this mod from league mechanics?

    Posted: 14 Dec 2019 06:24 AM PST

This has consistently been an issue with past leagues. Usually after a few weeks, GGG removes this mod from the mod pool for rares associated with the league mechanic. Metamorph should be no different in my opinion. Please GGG! Otherwise, I'm loving the metamorph content.

Appreciation thread for making many of the act bosses harder

    Posted: 14 Dec 2019 01:23 AM PST

The primary reason many newer players have traditionally been frustrated at even mildly rippy encounters in this game's leveling arc (avarius, a8 doedre, etc) is that so much of the campaign was so easy that they had no indication there were weaknesses in their build until they faced a boss designed to expose those weaknesses.

Now players are actually given the opportunity, early and often, to witness the defensive and endurance gaps in their build, which makes for a MUCH more organic building process for those of us who don't plan our builds ahead of time.

Good job GGG. This is an improvement to the game.

Tane just standing there like a moron during metamorph fights is annoying

    Posted: 13 Dec 2019 10:22 PM PST

He serves no purpose except to accidentally be clicked on during the fight.

Just make him un-interactable. If you want his dialogue, you can go to his lab.
