Bad ideas and clever solutions Posted: 22 Feb 2020 10:13 PM PST Meta builds are great for farming, but in my opinion, one of the most fun things to do in this game is screw around with ridiculous crazy ideas just for the fun of it - especially late league like now, when one has abundant currency, most or all league challenges complete, and excess familiarity with the league mechanic... and has grown ready for something new. This is mostly meant to be a concept thread, but any pobs are welcome. I'll start with one of my dumber ones - A facebreaker smite raider. Smite is cool as a 2 part skill, but suffers from attack speed penalties and non-ideal weapon choices, so why not dump the weapon all together and mitigate its speed problems by playing the fastest class? With rigwalds curse, most of the claw nodes are in the ranger area anyway, so easy pathing, and they're mostly close to +1 frenzy charge nodes - which get scaled because fast is fun. Also, please, share ideas, I love getting inspired by the creativity of others, and I'm wondering what insane imaginative ideas hide in the minds of other exiles. Every set of eyes sees Wraeclast differently. [link] [comments]
Looking for any advice on what to focus on for my BV poison assassin. Posted: 23 Feb 2020 01:18 AM PST I started running this the other day, have gotten it to where I don't fall over on one hit. Wanted to run as many auras as I could but not sure of the worth tbh. The build is similar to what Lighty started to run with some slight differences on gearing. Will take any advice on board cheers :) PoB Link: Here [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Feb 2020 03:31 AM PST I want to find a build clear map fast ,okay bossing, decent tank to delve to 300 , active playstyle not like summoner [link] [comments]
real noob player who just started and is looking for a good marauder build Posted: 22 Feb 2020 10:06 PM PST any good suggestions? also just a slight question regarding this deal with the bandits quest. I heard the results of it have a big impact on my build, is that true? EDIT: i am on standard at level 18 rn btw, will i have to restart? [link] [comments]
Posted: 22 Feb 2020 08:23 AM PST Hi all, long time player, lots of lurking but hardly post as much as I would like. I'm looking at trying a new build in the current meta league, which may possibly transcend into the next league, currently been enjoying HoAgony Gladiator the last couple which is quite a snooze fest but it is brutally strong, previously dabbled in trying to make a combo RF+Deaths Oath (non CI) Work which was easily sweeping teir 7-10 maps, wondering what you guys have had great success, or great joy, or both in? Pros and cons perhaps of your favourites? [link] [comments]
Another CoC Ice Nova Build help` Posted: 22 Feb 2020 11:58 PM PST Started this game this league about 4 weeks ago. I got unlucky with some life rolls on equipment and I'm stuck at 4.4k eHP. I can kill conquerors and guardians fairly smoothly (under 10seconds, roughly). I make up for the lack in HP by just manually dodging atm. tl;dr: Looking to grab Herbalism but not sure which node to drop. I can grab those nodes later as I level up. PoB Edit: Slightly different tree, anoint constitution and slightly less damage. Still want to try and route to Herbalism though. [link] [comments]
Help with a Gladiator league starter Posted: 22 Feb 2020 05:50 AM PST Hello, I found this build https://www.poe-vault.com/guides/double-strike-gladiator-build-guide and it seems really good, especially to start with as it has minimal required uniques Problem is, I really want to play a flicker/double strike hybrid but I'm not sure how well that works with glad. But I also really really want to play glad. Would a gladiator flicker/double strike (or dual strike) actually be viable? If not, the build I'm aiming for has the following criteria: Is gladiator Able to farm bosses, so relatively tanky but not like jugg face tank levels of tanky Decent clear but doesn't have to be zoom fast, just not at a crawling pace, obviously faster is better Hope you guys can help, cheers :) [link] [comments]

Posted: 22 Feb 2020 12:27 PM PST I want help to make a build around this more viable, the only thing i want is to play a dual strike build, i am considering switching to swords but the Wings of Entropy Sundering Axe is a drop that i loved, so if i am using that weapon is awesome , the main thing is that i dont have good defences, even on white maps on lvl 83 i am dying a lot, so defense is something i want to improve. I am currently playing on ssf, i can migrate with no problems if will be much easier to make this build work. Bandit reward: Helped Alira my current links: Dual strike - ancestor call - melee splash - melee physical damage blood rage - steel skin - cwdt - increased duration ancestral protector - brutality - melee physical damage - multiple totens unlinked skills: blood and sand, determination, leap slam, ice golem, war banner [link] [comments]
Can someone help me out with the making of my Marauder Molten Strike ES build? Posted: 22 Feb 2020 12:00 PM PST Started late in this league and followed a build guide that got me to endgame and 27/40 but I want to make my own build for next league, so can anyone help me out? [link] [comments]
Added Lightning or Controlled Destruction for BL Mines? Posted: 22 Feb 2020 10:51 AM PST I'm planning to use BL Mines for next league, with Tremor Rod I'm going to have following links: BL - Blastchain mine (from Tremor Rod) - Trap and Mine Damage - Slower Projectiles - Elemental Focus - Minefield I have one more socket and I'm wondering what would give me more DPS: Added Lightning Damage or Controlled Destruction? (HoWA MS Jugg) Endgame upgrades Posted: 22 Feb 2020 06:06 AM PST Hey all, My Jugg is now 94 and gearly fairly well (profile here: https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Wheemix/characters ), and I am wondering where to best spend my currency at this point. I have about 15ex liquid now, so anything above like 25ex is off limits (awakend multistrike for example). Amulet seems the obvious candidate but the ~10ex options dont seem that great to me, how much better than astramentis are these really? Which attributes would be most valuable? Any criticism is very welcome, thanks! [link] [comments]
