Posted: 05 Feb 2020 06:46 PM PST I know I would probably insta die but with pob I'm getting around 90% chance to evade @ level 90 in addition to the flat dodge from acrobatics and phase acrobatics. | Posted: 05 Feb 2020 03:06 PM PST My dream build is ice shot, (or to a lesser extent raider wildstrike) I've "quit" twice thinking I was done, but now I want to get 36/40 The only gear I have left is pretty bad, the savior and some REALLY bad items for my slayer cyclone, that does negative DPS (still level 72, but still should be able to do red maps) Where am I going wrong? | Question about Coc Nova Assasin Posted: 06 Feb 2020 02:38 AM PST -So I was lookin at some guides and realized no one uses Gmp-slower proj.-frostbolt setup in cospri. That is how i would build it to get max frostbolt/ice nova interaction. So why nobody has done that? What is the reason and thought behind the second ice nova in cospri? I don't get it. -calculating dps in these builds are really painful and im probably doing it wrong. Any advise on dps calc? -yoke of suffering looks great for this build but it's rarely used? | Need some help with my Ice Crash Inquisitor build Posted: 05 Feb 2020 06:18 PM PST Hi, I'm a fairly new player (Imo, just finished doing my first Uber Elder last league and I still have no idea how to get to sirus this league lol) who started POE since Legion league. First I started this game by looking at other people's builds since making my own build seemed really difficult. But now I've got some confidence and really enjoy making theoretical builds on my own on POB. So I thought about making a melee elemental build with inquisitor because why not, he seems to be one the most unpopular ascendancies of all, and the patch notes said mobs had more resist and stuff - so his 'Inevitable Judgement' node looked pretty nice. But soon I ran into some problems because of my lack of knowledge. Here's the POB pastebin code for you guys to take a loot at. As you can see my build runs around high crit without diamond flasks, via 'Hegemony's era' staff which has very high base crit chance, plus all the staff+melee nodes that provide really nice crit nodes. It has several uniques equipped, so I am kinda worried about capping resists. I thought about dropping some uniques but I just couldn't decide what to drop. Hrimsorrow seems pretty mandatory since I have no other ways to convert 100% to cold without having a watcher's eye Hatred mod, which would be not ideal I guess? And two gifts from above seems really good for a budget ring, they provide huge crit chance and damage, even additional 10% block chance. Kaom's is also mandatory because of life, Hyrri's truth has amazing stats for physical/cold attack build and dexterity I need + free precision aura and less reservation needed. I guess I can drop Kaom's roots but I don't wanna give up the huge life and qol that it gives. Apart from the resist capping issues, I want to ask you guys to review my build overall. I am leveling this character at the moment, just got to act 7 and it feels a bit squishy and attacks feel a bit slow too. I assume this will be resolved once I get to the right level with the right gears, but maybe the skill links I used are supposedly wrong? (I'm using the same links as my pob) So how do you guys think this build will perform on this league? I would love to get some feedbacks and suggestions!! Thanks for reading all this shit and hope you have a lovely day. <3 p.s. oh I forgot to mention about one more thing. What curse should I use? Warlord's mark since I don't have leech and that allows me to annoint me for some other node? Or just Enfeeble for some more defensiveness? Or Assassin's mark for even more crit? | Posted: 05 Feb 2020 07:22 PM PST So I have like 21ex and around 1800c to put into build upgrades, but I dont really know what upgrades to make. I would greatly appreciate some input from people who are more COC experienced than I am. I am clearing t16 maps no problem, but bosses and Metamorphs take a while, and I know single target damage is attainable with this build. | I'm not sure how this is working but it is... Posted: 05 Feb 2020 05:26 PM PST I have been playing PoE off and On for far longer than I should probably admit. This is the first league that I have not hit the wall so hard that my only option was reroll. I don't follow build guides and honestly just play to have fun. It's not a roflstomp build by any means. It's slower than I would like and I'm still trying to pin down what I need to change with certain Metamorphs. They can either outheal my DPS or I just chip away so slowly that I eventually just get bored and give up. Occasional Metamorphs are also basically one shotting me. This is all self found and slowly being upgraded as I locate better gear. I'll be going back to get a better enchant on the helm since I completely forgot that the game decided I REALLY should be a Trapper/Miner or archer based on a lot of the gear/enchants/stuff I have found. | I made a rather questionable blast rain coc arc build and I need help making it less questionable Posted: 05 Feb 2020 07:40 AM PST This is more or less what I've planned out, and obviously isn't something I plan on league starting with. It's the first time I'm entirely planning a build on my own so I wouldn't be surprised if it was terrible. The idea is assassin with 7 power charges to make coc procs extremely easy, and then using devouring diadem/mom with clarity watcher's and evasion+elusive as my defensive layers. Pretty straightforward but despite pulling a pretty large sum of ex worth of hypothetical gear the dps seems somewhat mediocre and feels like it'll struggle for the investment put in. On another note, since kaom's would give me too much hp to keep up with my es I went with a regalia, which means I have a 6l spare. I currently have a ridiculous cwdt setup for frenzy generation and corpses for feast of flesh but just looking at the setup cracks me up. Any tips for something slightly less dumb I could throw on there? [link] [comments]  | ||

I tried a few high tier maps (T14-T16) and if I kite well enough I can survive, but as long as they come near or if they're ranged they can just sneeze at me and I die. I think I've succeeded pretty well with the tree, ~166% increased life and I intend to go up to Hex Master, Corruption and Skittering Runes in the next few levels, but I'm not sure if this is enough and I don't know what to do with my gear. Any and all tips/recommendations is welcome! Change ED to something else? Change my 6L staff to a wand and shield? Fix something with the tree? This is more or less my first time that I haven't mindlessly gone after a build guide (even though I have taken some inspiration from several), so I kinda expected the character not to be great and I'd like to take the opportunity to learn more about the game. Would like a build that is a bit faster at mapping. Able to kill bosses/conqs would be nice but I can always switch back to the necro if I need to.
