What Happened to Farsight?
I had a really dumb idea for a quiver, what do you guys think?
Lv8 Sirus Melee kill with less than 1 ex budget and 3,3k life. Assassin Cyclone Terminus Est. No hidden 10 ex items or other tricks.

Even if I really like the new map sustain, I kinda miss being able to have more of the maps I enjoy running
Can we separate item showcase flair in standard/league ?

When all the family members live in the same block
When you end up trading in the wrong side of Wraeclast
When you try to sell something at 2% of its value cuz you don't know how valuable it is
The good old login menu music

The next 2-3 years will be great for ARPG fans!!

Path of Exile started because a few buddies really loved playing Diablo/Diablo2 and felt like years had gone by without enough additions to the genre. Not only has PoE become arguably top 2 ARPG title of all-time, I really think the success of GGG/PoE is now going to give fans of the genre more options than we've ever had.

Wolcen official release is a week away and is looking super polished. Tons of content and QoL has been added. This is another company that started as a small team of 5 and has already grown to 40+ and the game looks and feels great. (priced @ $30 now, $45 next friday by the way)

The torchlight team was working on "Torchlight Frontiers" which was going to be a non-linear mmo-arpg, but based on feedback from alpha players, they are scrapping that concept and going back to their roots and bringing us Torchlight 3. Great move. Even though torchlight is a more casual APRG, it's still fun to blow stuff up and get loot. I've enjoyed the series going all the way back to the Fate titles.

Last Epoch added Karv. I don't have much more to say, but it's another high quality ARPG that I'll definitely be playing up to and beyond release.

Grim Dawn isn't stopping. More to come.. and the modded scene is really starting to show some impressive work.

There are another half dozen or more games I could list, and some fringe ARPG titles coming too. I'm so glad the genre has a large enough fan base to support all of these great options because I like playing all of them!! I truly believe the success of Path of Exile has inspired other developers and shown them what ARPG fans want.

Also, all of these other titles coming out pushes GGG to produce great content and continue to innovate. What a time to be alive! :)

What Happened to Farsight?

For those of you that aren't aware, there were three helmets introduced in 3.5 that each exchange the standard ailments for Scorch, Brittle, and Sap. These were Flamesight, Galesight, and Thundersight respectively.

The combined version, Farsight, was datamined when the update dropped, but as of yet not recipe for it has been discovered. It was even teased by GGG in their "New Uniques" announcement.

If anyone has ideas, feel free to share them. Most of the obvious recipes have already been tried, however. And if anyone from GGG sees this, care to lend us a hint? I think over a year is a fair trade.
