Luckily we knew that this wouldnt work due thhe fact that the same debuff is only "allowed" one time on an enemy. I Was wondering how does toxic rain work? Hardly no damage and I dont get why but fuck it going back to my original plan. Question is what is best character for it ? I have seen videos of flying round and destroying packs of mobs in seconds, at what level do you start to see this realistically happen? So I can set my expectations? Posted: 14 Mar 2020 10:59 PM PDT "8% to Damage over Time Multiplier for Poison "Poisons you inflict on non-Poisoned Enemies deal 300% increased Damage" It's a medium cluster jewel, lowest i've found is like 35c. I play pesti strike and I can see the explosion kicking off, tagging an enemy and doing the 300% and maybe the first hit on a boss, but what makes this notable so good compared to some of the other poison ones? | Conversion question (trying to utilize new skills) Posted: 15 Mar 2020 02:05 AM PDT Heyo, I've been playing PoE for a while now. But now I've come upon a question as I try to make my own build for the first time. I am trying to utilize a lot of the new skills just because I want to try them out. This brings me to conversion. I am currently using the Herald of Purity while leveling, as the physical damage is still enough and I like having 4 minions soaking up some aggro/damage. If I convert to cold or whatever element now with %phys damage converted to X, will this also take into account the added flat physical damage from things like the Herald or maybe iron rings before conversion or not?? So for example, I have 100 phys damage from my weapon and +10 flat from the herald and +2 flat from an iron ring. With 100% phys to cold would the cold damage be 112 or only the 100? And is it the same also for spells as they also get flat phys from Herald of Purity? Thank you for helping out [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 14 Mar 2020 07:53 AM PDT Has anyone else tried this yet? I'm using wands while leveling and thought I'd give it a go. I'm in Act 9 right now, and I currently have ED and C in separate 4 links so they are both effectively a 3 link. However, the clear speed seems to be great so far and being able to cast quick and move has been HUGE in Delirium encounters. I typically cast the basic attack when I first see a pack, move out of any incoming danger, then use a 4L bane to finish off the ED mob to spread it if they aren't dead yet as well as clean up any beefier mobs. I'm not sure how big the impact will feel late game, but for leveling I'm digging it. Anyone else give it a try yet? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Doryani's Fist Scion. Need help improving Posted: 14 Mar 2020 12:51 PM PDT I made a Donryan's fist scion last league in Standard and now that the item has been buffed i wanted to revisit it and see if I can make the build better. From what I've seen right now I can do almost all T16 maps relatively safely but struggle with eldar & shaper guardians and endgame bosses. I'm using various items like carcass jack and buffs like blood and sand to get as much AoE as possible for clearing trash mobs. I swap Increased Crit and Pulverise for Conc Effect and Ruthless when I'm fighting bosses. AoE: Poe profile: POB Pastebin: Side question - is there a way to get POB to properly take into consideration Claw Damage and Crit from Rigwald's? Thanks for the help [link] [comments]  | ||
