| Posted: 06 May 2020 12:53 AM PDT Hi, this is my first league and I've been leveling a lot of characters like crazy, wanting to try out all the playstyles. This sub has been a great help on a few occasions. My most successful character is hollow palm slayer which is like my "main" at the moment, doing red maps with no issues, but I find myself enjoying the summoner playstyle the most, but sadly, my necro at the moment sucks. The main issue is that my Slave Drivers deal piss-poor damage. This used to be a zombie/skeleton build but I respecced it to Spectres and welp, it did not go too well. Here is the PoB: https://pastebin.com/L27P7uX9 If someone can help point out what can be changed for a relatively small investment (I have about 100C to spare atm) I would greatly appreciate it. Posted: 06 May 2020 01:41 AM PDT This is my first season and I had a friend quit who gifted me a Saviour, Paradoxica, HH, explode/mana reduction chest. I have every class besides Ranger at level 90+ and want something that can do maps well, decent to above average boss dps so I can farm currency for a Herald build. | Posted: 06 May 2020 12:59 AM PDT I was playing a more defencive character, but i dealt a very low amount of damage. i had around 8k es. old pob:https://pastebin.com/rrZdGwzJ So i changed my build, i was dealing like 33k damage per orb but that was not enought. I started looking for poe ninja builds and there are these crazy 600k damage/orb in poe ninja. So i grabed my 2ex, spent all of it changing the build. Now i'm completely broke, have 6k es, deal 70k damage/orb and i get 1 shot by anithing. | Looking for the top 5 builds to play as my league starter. At the time of writing, I have about 250ex for upgrades, however the proposed changes below don't seem too expensive. Abyssus, Ryslathya, facebreaker and 2 circle of guilts and still achieve max block? I went full berserk for delve and I want to do some sims, but my survivability is hot garbage. I have the toys for facebreaker high dmg shannanigans but I want to clear end game bosses outside of delve, without having to lvl up a Glad from scratch. And also use my Unnatural instinct, brutal restraint, might of the meek and whatnot. TL;DR: can I go high dmg crit facebreakers + max block without going Glad? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Temp chains HH build feels really bad, any ideas? Posted: 05 May 2020 11:43 AM PDT First league and wanted to try an endgame build but at this point im thinking of ending my time with this game. So Im at %175+ curse effect but my headhunter buffs only last 40sec or so. I know im really low on life/evasion and I dont mind dying with such low hp but most builds I see on poe.ninja only have 3200-4200 so I dont think It'd make a big difference. Even T1 Beach feels awful compared to literally any other build. I tried 3 beyond maps and my cleerspeed felt really low when compared to stormbrand or even impale cyclone. Im sure im doing something wrong but being a new player I have absolutely no idea what it is. Is there a node Im missing or something? Also if anyone can link an actual guide to the build that would be awesome, so far im just piecing together info from poe ninja and reddit [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 05 May 2020 02:03 PM PDT Im farming levels to allocate my last purity cost reduction jewel. I'd like to get vitality in next but i dont think i have enough cost reduction atm. What should my next investment be? I'm think alpha's howl with enchant for aura cost reduction. PoB says i have 54% unreserved mana but thats definitely not right; more like 25% unreserved. Edit: forgot to mention i have an alpha's howl with the anger enchant but im not running anger atm. cant decide if i want to sell it or try to work anger in. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Archmage storm brand - what class? Posted: 05 May 2020 12:35 PM PDT For my (probably?) last toon this league, I thought I'd finally jump on the archmage bandwagon. I'm sitting on maybe 10 ex in currency, and maybe a few more ex of gear I could sell from other chars. Certainly not dirt poor (except maybe in this league!), but not going to be rocking a clarity or discipline watchers eye or anything like that. Mostly I hear about templar and shadow, but some scion and necro. Based on my budget, what's probably the best class? I'd like to take it into simulacrum, and maybe even beat Sirius for once.
