[3.11] Hasunic's ED/C CI Trickster | Glancing Blows | Leaguestarter | Ailment Immunity | 1H + Shield Posted: 21 Aug 2020 11:54 AM PDT I wanted to share my thoughts and results from a block Essence Drain / Contagion build I had in Harvest. I've created a Path of Building that includes A LOT of information.
Video guide here: https://youtu.be/P_dNkbgLyxg Path of Exile Forum written guide here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2927786 Path of Building: https://pastebin.com/TK5QjPV0 Remember you need to use PoB Community, otherwise it will not work. Quick guide to advance from Act1 to Sirus: Use CA + Puncture + TR/ED in Act 1 - Act 3 (Piety) Use Spellslinger Soul Rend + Essence Drain + Contagion (trigger with Frenzy) From Act 3 to around Tier 11. Change to CI when you have a decent Chest, Helmet and Shield. Showcase Videos from SSFHC

Got the Itch for some POE, looking for a last build this league, budget 10ex Posted: 21 Aug 2020 07:47 AM PDT So I made a lot of builds this league, frankly it was probably my favorite since for me the endgame was new anyway, never got there before. But there's one piece of content I haven't done so far, Sirus 8. I would really like to do it before the league end, and a build that can deal with that would be perfect. For the requirements of the build since "beat Sirus 8" is pretty broad:

How to improve my defenses? Newbie here Posted: 22 Aug 2020 03:39 AM PDT Inquisitor with arc and archmage support Here is the pob link: https://pastebin.com/KddWK9bt Kinda bad resists, I just killed Kitava, will fix it definitely (passive Sanctuary for example) What to do with armor? I'm with Shroud of the Lightless now and have LOW phys dmg reduction. budget-wise I have just 1 exalt and some chaos orbs [link] [comments]
Posted: 22 Aug 2020 02:59 AM PDT is ' +1% to Critical Strike Multiplier per 10 Maximum Energy Shield on Shield ' affected by "x% increased Defences from Equipped Shield"? I mean will it raise crit multi? I mean if shield have eg 100 ES it gives me 100/10 = 10 crit multi. But if I have 120% incr Defences from Equipped shield my shield gives me 220 ES so this means it gives me more crit multi? 220/10 = 22 crit multi? [link] [comments]
Best budget build you know of? Posted: 21 Aug 2020 08:32 PM PDT hey, i am not a new player. i know my way around builds. but i really like the concept of turning trash into treasure. maybe using things that the community as a whole overlook so it is cheap to buy. i am curious about any build that punches way above its cost class. Help with improving my Divine Ire Occultist Posted: 21 Aug 2020 09:00 PM PDT POB : https://pastebin.com/BNTxm10e I was wondering what should be the next step, I want to improve my survivability without sacrificing too much of my damage. I switch HoI with Arctic armor for boss fights, also switch Rumi's with a warding flask on curse maps. What I want to at least be able to defeat Sirus with this, though I guess thats relies more on my skill. I want to be able to run all map mods, though I also wonder if that is even possible or worth pursuing. No regen and map reflect are particularly annoying or outright impossible, burn on hit is another one. My timeless jewel gives elemental immunity at 150 devotion when placed on energy from within slot, along with +1 to max resist(They replace both crackling speed and Arcane vision respectively). Is this a good investment? I can run T16 maps pretty fine now, though there are some boss attacks that are particularly annoying [link] [comments]
Are there any builds like poison BV? Posted: 21 Aug 2020 09:50 AM PDT After playing poison BV for most of this league, I really enjoyed the play style of it. I wonder if there are any builds like that. It's damage over time, so you can kite the boss, and still deal damage while running around. However, unlike other damage over time like TR, or ED/Contagion. Poison BV can stack and destroy bosses in seconds. And I enjoyed watching boss going down room my poison after it killed me. I was almost max dodge thank to Harvest, so my char was pretty "tanky" , I got to 98 easily. I tried scourge arrow PF in Metamorph. The clear was ok, but I hated that I have to use flask all the time. So are there any other builds like that? [link] [comments]
Question about projectile effects(pierce, fork, chain) Posted: 21 Aug 2020 02:55 PM PDT So I got lucky/unlucky with some boots I was crafting, it got tailwind and a T1 life roll and 30% move speed. That's all perfect, but it also got piece 2 additional target with projectiles... I am planning a lightning arrow build, and I have chain socketed. Are those boots unusable with the chain setup? can anyone help me with my build for 100% delerious maps? Posted: 21 Aug 2020 06:25 PM PDT Hey guys i've been able to handle 100% delerious reasonably well. My damage is good and golems don't die at all, but i've noticed my zombies and spectres can die (and do) which is really annoying and in turn tanks my damage at the same time. Does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do to make sure they survive most of the time? The only thing i can think of is to add %3 more minion life to each of my cluster jewels and other jewels in my tree.. [link] [comments]
Best cluster jewel for DW axe/Bleed/maim Lacerate Gladiator? Posted: 21 Aug 2020 06:22 PM PDT Hey all I came back to the game after hearing positive stuff about Harvest league. Leveled my new lacerate glad to 90 without slotting my cluster jewel node since I'm not really familiar with what options are available. Kind of lost when it comes to cluster jewels. I searched around, but the only posts I could find were outdated/suggested cluster jewels that were taken out of the loot pool recently. What's my best option for a (currently lootable) cluster jewel for my dual weild axe/Bleed/maim Lacerate Gladiator? Thanks a ton/really appreciate any input. [link] [comments]

Build Ideia - Poison/DoT Stacking Posted: 21 Aug 2020 01:10 PM PDT Can someone help me with a poison stacking build ? I played BV poison this league and really liked the concept, Im trying to create something new for this last part of the league, and possibly trying in the next one. What am I looking for: 1- DoT, preferably rapid stacking 2- Somewhat tanky 3- Non Meta, trying to build new/crazy stuff, applying poison trough unusual means (maybe barrage, cyclone, etc) , or anything FUN. Maybe build around some cool unique [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2020 02:08 PM PDT It is the end of the league and I want to try and make a spectral throw build. Playing autobomber was a blast but I feel like I need to switch it up now. Is it possible to make like an explody Spectral throw build? Or maybe a CoC or poison Spectral? Any tips would be much appreciated. I still haven't decided what is the best class to make it on or what weapon base yet. Thank you guys [link] [comments]
[Theory] Near-hit immunity through avoidance Posted: 21 Aug 2020 01:05 PM PDT I've been interested in making this build for a while, but until 3.11 I couldn't find a good way to get it done. Now, I've more or less determined a way to do it. I will not be including a PoB entry for this because there are way too many mechanics that don't exist within PoB for this build. Class: Pathfinder Items required:
Mechanics: This build can gather 36% flask effect from the default tree, 30% from Pathfinder, 8% from Potency, and 20% from the cluster jewel. This is a total of 94% flask effect. For Taste of Hate, this results in 38% of physical damage to be taken as cold. The boots, shield, and chest all provide 30% chance to avoid cold damage from hits. The aquamarine Flask provides 20% chance to avoid cold damage, which is affected by flask effect. To get this up to 70%, we'd need +250% flask effect. As the aquamarine flask in non-unique, we can gain +25% from the Alchemist prefix. This means we need to find 131% flask effect. Maraketh Timeless Jewels can provide +8% effect per notable in its radius. To gain 131% flask effect from 8% nodes, we'd need a Maraketh jewel that modified 17 notables with flask effect. This is theoretically possible, but unreasonable. Therefore, we can also craft +18% chance to avoid while under soul gain prevention on our helmet and body. This means 20% needs to cover the remaining 52%, which needs +160% flask effect. Taking out the flask effect needed as before, our Maraketh jewel needs to only provide 41% flask effect now to achieve 100% cold damage avoidance, which is 6 nodes for the timeless jewel. Results: Cold hit immunity: Character has 100% chance to avoid cold damage Fire hit immunity: Eyes of the Greatwolf can completely convert fire to cold (or lightning to cold) Chaos Immunity: As always, CI. (Almost) Physical hit immunity: We can convert physical heavily away from being physical by using Taste of Hate (38%) + Redeemer helm (10%) + Redeemer chest (15%) + shield corruption (8%), resulting in ~70% physical taken as cold. With a lucky enough Watcher's Eye, 92% of physical damage can be avoided, leaving us with just 8% of physical damage to deal with. Missing defenses: Lightning: I can't find the space or items to convert lightning away, apart from using legacy versions of Eyes of the Greatwolf (back when it could roll 2x damage conversion mods). Non-hits: Avoidance specifically applies to hits, so damage over time punches right through this. [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2020 11:26 AM PDT I'm theorycrafting a CoC build at the moment and would appreciate it if someone could look over my build and give me a few pointers. [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2020 11:25 AM PDT tree set up for sabatour. Can be done with trickster. Probably not as good as self-cast. Different play style though. Just spam traps = deaths. [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2020 10:12 AM PDT I played Molten Jugg in Metamorph and quit pretty early on. I made it to level 86 and around t7 maps. Thoroughly enjoyed the build. It was simple yet fun and the tankability of it made it easier to not die on boss fights since I played only 1 season before metamorph. Took 3.8 off and just got back into it about a week ago. I was wondering is the Molten Jugg still good? If so, what guide would you recommend me following for the build? I remembering following the one with Grelwood as the weapon choice but I also saw Esoros guide with unique maces that deal damage to you every second. Any help would be appreciated!
