End of League Migration and Stash folders. Posted: 11 Dec 2020 08:48 AM PST GGG when heist ends and our stashs get migrated into the permanent leagues. Can all the tabs be placed in a "Heist" folder? This would really help with standard stash clutter going forward and assist in finding specific items from specific leagues. submitted by /u/McGreeb [link] [comments] |
[LOOTFILTER] NeverSink's Filter - Endless Delve Templates Posted: 11 Dec 2020 10:52 AM PST This is one of the busiest (but also very awesome weeks) of my life so far, so the filters are a bit late, buuuut I hope some of you will still find them useful. Here are some presets for the endless delve race. You can easily adjust these for any other build as well: You can also subscribe directly to these filters on my POE profile: https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/NeverSink/item-filters What do these filters do?: Hide all non relevant items in delve - chisels, prophecies, cards etc (I still show doctor cards: tear-based-energy generation is a thing and free karma for you). Retier currency Hide even more stuff Put more emphasis on flasks, some crafting items, enchanted items etc. Some minor unique retiering Each filter also has a slightly different leveling, endgame-rare, endgame-crafting section. These filters become slightly stricter after level 80 by the way These are not too strict, so adjust them as you go! If you want to adjust the presets to your build, you need to change the following spots: Customize->Leveling->Colors and Links-> replace the socket preferences to what you want Customize->Leveling->Add custom...->Adjust weapons/shields/quivers hidden Customize->Endgame-Rare...->Add custom...->Highlight rares->Adjust rare weapons Customize->Misc->Add additional Show/Hide...->Adjust the class and armour type rules to hide the items you don't care about after ILVL80 Enjoy and good luck in the race NeverSink submitted by /u/NeverSinkDev [link] [comments] |

A view general tips on SSF endless Delve from a SSF Player Posted: 11 Dec 2020 05:36 AM PST Hi guys, I tend to play more SSF than trade league since legacy. There are some tips and tricks I have to offer for you people who don't ever play SSF. It is not as hard as you guys might think (normally) but in the endless delve event we get some extra obstacles to overcome. - Picking a good build is key. Builds that scale from gems rather than gear tend to be easier to build than builds that scale from gear. If a gem say "deals x% attack damage" it is normally harder to build than gems that say "deal x-y damage". There are some exceptions (Bonk and bleed builds do pretty well on even mediocre weapons). If you want to play one of these "harder to gear" builds I strongly recommend starting off with another build and respeccing into it. For example if you want to play a bow build like Ice Shot, Rain of arrows, etc. you might want to start with toxic rain until you have some gear.Capping resists normally is not hard at all in SSF since we can craft 28% of a single Resist on gear for 1 Alch early on. You can easily put this craft on 3-5 pieces of your gear resulting in about 100 Resist. In the delve event we will not be able to do that so I recommend investing in some Resist nodes in the tree early on. You can respecc these once you have better gear. Here are some builds that look decent and that I can recommend:Max Block Gladiator: either with cyclone, bleed lacerate or bleed earthquake. Check out steelmages twitch or profile.Poison BV or BF+BB Assasin: Sick damage without ANY gear. Reaches 5M dps on a 5link without gaining any dmg from gear.Chaos over Time Trickster: With either ED Contagion or Caustic Arrow+Toxic rain. Should be easy to transition to CI at about lvl 75-85 and hitting 8k+ ES with some evasion and dodge should be easy.Bonk: Jugg, Berserker, Champion with 2Handed Slam skills and Exertion from warcries. Steelskills should work too.Vortex+Coldsnap: either Occultist or Trickster. CI possible.Bleed Bow Glad: Splitarror or Rain of arrows for Area and Puncture for single target. Less tanky than the maxblock builds from above but ranged.Miners/Trappers: Probably for "not going super deep" saboteur. You can pretty much either try out several spells with mine or trap support (arc, Glacial cascade, Ball lightning,....) or go for icile mines, explosive traps or lightning traps.Good old Cyclone SlayerBV: Either as Poison or Elemental Assassin or with triherald Elementalist.Armageddon Brand: Hierophand or elementalist.Minions: Spectres, Zombies, SRS, (probably not golems)Generals Cry seems good too.
- It is important to use currency at the right time. Most people tend to not use their "low tier" currency (alchs, low tier essences, Binding Orbs) aggressive enough and some people tend to use their "high tier" chaos, high tier essences, scouring, Alterations, Fossils too aggressive, wasting them on low ilvl gear. What I can recommend here is, for early gearing, pick up white rings, belts, Amus and throw a low tier essence or alch on them. You can even vendor one of each of the 3 different kinds of Two-Stone rings to get a new rare Prismatic ring. This is a good way to max your resists early on. Since we do not have maps, we will not need alchs, scourings, etc for those and can even spend them more aggressively on gear! For amulets there is a vendor recipe: Trade an amulet + a gem of each color to the vendor to get a white onyx amulet. This will keep the influence and you can even use corrupted amulets for this. This is a great way to craft a decent amulet early on with spare alchs and essences while not having to use scourings. The better currencies Chaos, Alterations, high tier Essences (especially those that give stats that you might want), good fossils, scourings etc. should be saved. Don't chaos spam a ilvl 75 random item to get something meh. Wait until you get that Elder One handed Axe or that Shaper Ring or whatever special base you might want or just a high ilvl ES base to use these to craft a decent peace of gear that you will keep for the rest of the event.
- Planning is key. Think about what gear you want. Early on and later on. Early on you probably just want some life+resists on gear and you take any weapon with any damage stats. Later you might want a elder/shaper item in some slots (more bleed mod weapons, Physical as extra, Curse rings, Damage over time multi, Cooldown, Socketed gems supported by...) . You might want to transition into ES at some point. You might need a weapon with some decent pdps later on. You might even want some unique. For uniques you should add the base to your lootfilter and chance every single base you find. Since we don't need the chance orbs to buy maps we have enough to even try chancing 2 different bases. Don't end the league on 500+ chances and never see the unique you like. Something like obliteration, soul strike, queen of the forst, etc can be "easily" chanced. Some T1 uniques like Shavs, Kaoms, etc might not be easily chancable but you can still try it instead of hoarding all these chance orbs, maybe you get lucky. Good items to chance are those, where the base only has 1 outcome or 2. Bad items to try chancing are those, where the base can have a lot of outcomes (rings). Be aware that some uniques are league specific and cannot be chanced. For ES gear you should look up the needed ilvls for important rolls. A decent ilvl to start transitioning, for most peaces is ilvl 75 since you can roll T1 flat and t3 %ES on these. Do not try crafting ES gear before that ilvl. You can just chaos spam these bases or use fossils.Normally you can even Alteration+Regal decent ES gear or weapons but without a crafting bench this will not be a very good method. I recommend using Alteration Regal for Jewels. You should also farm some fossils. Look up what kinds of fossils you might need for your build. Pristine (life) or Dense (ES)? Are you gonna play an elemental damage build or physical or chaos?I recommend once you have your darkness resist capped and some light radius on your flares to go for the side areas on longer delves, when you are in the area where the fossils you might want for your build can be found. I recommend stocking up on these until you have a decent base (ilvl, influence) to use them on.If you are crafting gear at an earlier ilvl (75 maybe) you should settle for less and craft something new at a higher ilvl (83+).For ES or MS Boots you can easily get ilvl 86 bases in delve. There are areas that have "items dropped by monsters have +1-3 itemlevel". If you are in a deapths with monsterlvl 83 you can find ilvl 86 bases quite easy in such an erea. For ES based builds this is a huge deal since the ilvl 86 bases are needed for T1 %ES. For anyone else it might be worse grabbing some boots from such an erea and try to go for 35% MS boots.Another VERY important point about gearing is socket colors. In a normal league we have a bench and can either use "has 1-3 red sockets" or the "vorici trick" to get offcolor sockets. This does not work in this league. It would be really hard to chromatic spam into a 4 offcolor item like gloves or boots. Do not try to get that 4 red socket sorc boots. It will eat all your chromes. Be aware that you should craft on bases, that will be more likely to roll your needed colors. If you really want that 4Red item on a ES build you might want to loose some ES in one slot and go for a armor+ES hybrid base. There also are some decent corruptions. +1 power charge helmets, Curse on hit gloves, charge generation wands, that you might want. You can vaal any half decent pair of gloves until you hit a good corruption. Remember to link and color them before corrupting since you do not have a bench to do this afterwards. You could leave 4 linked gloves in your filter and just alch/essence them to corrupted upon hitting some life/resist. This way you can keep the fuses for your 5/6 link.
- 6links. Getting 6links normally is fairly easy even in SSF but since we cannot farm divcards it gets a lot harder. There generally are a view ways on how to get a 6link. You can just fuse it (use perfect fossils for quality before). You can be lucky and find one. You might be able to corrupt any random body armor ilvl 50+ to get a 6link that way. Normally that is not a good strategy but since we wont need the vaals for maps we can spare some on this. The only thing you can really do to work your way towards a 6link is target armor nodes for 6socket armors or maybe even a lucky 6link drop or a tabula. Armor nodes also often have shaper/elder bases which can be crafted into pseudo 5/6 links with some "socketed gems are supported by..." mods. You can also target "timeless monolith" nodes for geomancers incubators (drops 6link).
- Target "special nodes". There will be nodes that say "drops cold/fire/lightning/chaos/physical/minion and aura items". These nodes are really valuable since these drop curse on hit rings, +spectre chests, decent physical rolls on weapons and some fossils and essences of the type. I recommend taking all of the elemental nodes since these can drop high resist gear and some interesting defensive stats that can be used by any build. If you are playing a minion build these minion item nodes might be the most valuable nodes for you in the whole event. I would even make some detours from pushing straight down for these nodes. Also Timeless Obelisk nodes might be very worthwhile since these drop incubators and often items with temple mods.
- Don't forget to level gems in your 2nd weapon set or even in any spare sockets to corrupt to 21.
I will end this here. There are a lot of videos looking at the endless delve event on you tube. There are nodes for curse on hit rings, temple mods etc. Check out youtube for some more info on those. EDIT: 2 more things that came to mind. You will want some source of phasing to be able to farm side areas without having to use flares every time. There is no beastcraft so crafting flasks will be really hard. Save your alterations until you got your flasks done. submitted by /u/borkenschnorke [link] [comments] |

I hope Sirus is Removed in the next league Posted: 10 Dec 2020 02:58 PM PST Right off the start, I dont think Sirus is hard, this is not a post about me dying. It is just the most unfun fight. Everytime I get to him I just feel so let down. The arena is super annoying with the storms and how you cant see the whole fight. It is so much walking around with like 5% of the fight letting me actually attack. I know thats an exaggeration but thats what it feels like. :) The conquerors are just so much more fun. I hope that with the new endgame in the next league that he is gone and all the loot distributed to the conquerors/new bosses. submitted by /u/Artophwar [link] [comments] |

Pointlessly yelling into the void about ballistas Posted: 11 Dec 2020 01:27 AM PST Ranged attack totem hierophants were my favorite builds but after changing them to ballistas that can only be placed ontop of your toes it has become CONSIDERABLY worse to play because pure totem boys need to preplace totems infront of themselves to not die in lots of cases maybe change ballista to able to be placed at full/half the distance of regular totems pls grinding gear games ily :) submitted by /u/JebediahBigoldoinks [link] [comments] |

[Delve Champ] Tool to help find hidden nodes Posted: 11 Dec 2020 09:56 AM PST Have you ever had trouble finding those pesky hidden nodes? Do you wish there was a way to draw on the Subterranean Chart? Maybe you want an easy way to see which fossils belong to each biome? Then Delve Champ might be the tool for you. Delve Champ is an overlay designed to assist you in being able to find the correct path to hidden nodes on your Delve map. Features: - Ability to mark nodes on which it is unlikely to contain the fractured wall that leads to a hidden node
- Easy access to a list of tips for finding hidden nodes
- Reminder images of fossil locations (credit to u/Kausmik)
Download and source code available at https://github.com/custompro12/delve-champ/releases Check out the guide with screenshots available on the main GitHub page! https://github.com/custompro12/delve-champ Not everyone needs a tool like this, but it was helpful for me to initially learn how to find hidden nodes easily. I hope some will find it useful. Feel free to open issues on GitHub. submitted by /u/custompro12 [link] [comments] |
