    Not my build. Full credit goes to Uxana who's ninja that I used and who I managed to bump into randomly during a trade and was kind enough to give some pointers. Modified a few skills and the tree but the concept and items are largely the same. Thought I might share this given a lot of people are requesting well rounded builds that can scale into the end game that's not squishy. It's capable of doing everything with all the major bosses (ex - Aul) and all invitations done. I think the best part is that the playstyle isn't too mind numbing for a minion build. You still have to set up the skeletons and drop your curse bombs rather than just trailing behind and pick up loot.

    High level is that you get very good survivability with 6.9k ES, 26k armor sitting in the hideout (no flasks), 75/58 block (can get it up further), and ES replenish on block (2% of armor), blind, debilitate etc. This is on top of a playstyle that you shouldn't be getting hit at all, a lot of people build this archetype with a 'don't get hit' mentality and it works. These defences are overkill for this playstyle but it does mean I generally never die unless I fail the Maven memory game (which is very easy given the eye cancer this build dishes out).

    DPS is not too shabby with ~6.5m (hard to calculate with EE and skeleton element variance), with it going to >7m when they are below 50% thanks to punishment. I find when you press Vaal the DPS jumps by about 50% but your uptime will vary depending on the boss. I generally have it up 100% for all conquerors, not much for Sirus, and somewhere in between for the rest. Also the DPS here is more akin to a DOT DPS since uptime is near constant.

    Best All Arounder for 40ex?

    Hi Everyone, im looking for a build that can do all content with around 40ex (Not 100% deli or anything but just most of the bosses and some juiced t16 farming). I would also like a build that has a decent clear pretty good single target and I don't want to die often (Don't want to have to run a cast on death portal). My budget is currently around 40ex but I can farm more if I need to. Also please only builds for witch templar or duelist. I know it's a lot of requirements lmao but if anyone has a recommendation I would appreciate it!

    EDIT: I am fine with any type of skill just don't want traps/mines

    Looking for a new build to play

    Looking for a good mapping build that can handle bosses without dying all the time. Budget is 50ex. Tried kb+ps wander, shield charge ignite elementalist, ca+tr raider and FR totems, but none of them excelled in both mapping and bossing. Dunno if a coc build can work on this low budget. Also Fulcrum builds seem promising, but again, the budget might be too low for that. Any recommendations? Pobs are appreciated

    Pseudo-Immortal Shield Crush Build

    I saw something interesting a week ago on this reddit. It went something like: stacking armour on Jugg + using replica dreamfeather + shield crush. I didn't care much about it until today, but decided to give it a theory craft today.

    DPS seems to be okay-ish? Life is low, but defenses are really high.

    90% phys reduc with Abyssus + near immortal vs elemental damage.

    Enduring Cry has a 100% uptime and Molten Shell has a good duration.

    Some problems to solve:

    - Is it really worth using Replica Dreamfeather at this point?

    - How to get more life? Maybe drop some uniques?

    - Skill points kinda wasted here and there, need to tighten up on that

    just got a replica farrul's fur - what do?

    can't believe it, I've been playing since beta and this is my first chase drop ever. Never had this much 'worth' in a league before, and I'd really like to play a great build with this.

    I do have a badge of the brotherhood, but not a lot more - about 10ex "liquid" and about another 10ex if I liquidate some of my other chars. I'd like to do something with slayer, probably void batteries, the triple-dmg belt, and ... not really sure what else.

    Discharge? ele hit? power siphon? forbidden rite? something even more memey?

    Help me oh great pathofexilebuilds friends.

    How to DPS on this?

    I started theory-crafting this build for next league. I started from a defensive point of view - I try reaching 90% phys. red., then take Transcendence & Loreweave. My problem now is: how to deal damage with this? what skill to use? what auras? My goal is to hit 1 Mill Sirius DPS with low-mid investment gear - but I have no idea where to start.

    General overview of its current state:Build type: CwC cyclone - purifying flame / wave of conviction mjölner build.Current setup has just below 2 mil Sirius-DPS (1.85mil) with 2.7k (unreserved) life and 5.3k ES.Beside that i have resistances maxed; choas slightly in the plus (31%) but that could be improved via ring or belt a bit more. 46% block vs attacks and 20%block vs spells.
    additionally i tried to take multiple spell leech to ES nodes to keep ES up as much as possible.

    Up till T16 maps the build is preforming really well, but i noticed it is still lacking slightly on survivabillity on bosses, so im looking on how i could improve the defences some more, but at the same time keep the DPS atleas around 2mil; getting it much higher would be superb ofcourse, but i dont see a way yet how i could achieve this without losing defences.

    Why not cluster jewels?I dont have much experience with these yet, so i am aware of the fact that cluster jewels might be a big option to boost dps and defences, but i need to learn cluster jewels from scratch first.

    Any advice how to improve defences/survivabillity (and maybe also DPS at the same time) is much appreciated.

    Cyclone CoC Ball Lightning Occultist

    I'm trying to recreate my ultimatum build to some extent around the 3.15 nerfs and came to this build which has about 50% less dps and maybe about 10-20% less survivability than my original assassin version that I had last season.

    Anyone able to help me with some advice on build improvements primarily around dps and energy shield? This is quite a bit different than my old build having to use sire of shards as a dying sun alternative and such and i'm also worried about my hit chance being below 90%.

    Build Intention: Massive ES Gain On Hit (watchers eye and spinnerets with hundreds of BL hits)

    ES Gain Calculation 50 x Hit Chance x Cyclone Crit Chance x Attack Speed x 12 (10-12 depending on aoe/proj speed).

    DPS Calculation: Average Hit x Hit Chance x Cyclone Crit Chance x Attack Speed x 12 (10-12 depending on aoe/proj speed).

    Build Goals: Over 7k Energy Shield & 12-16m DPS (keeping 50 es and 6 mana gain on hit while also keeping under 7.57 attack speed for breakpoints)

    Blight farm build recommendations?

    Hi,

    I really enjoy doing blighted maps, but Im having a hard time completing T12+. I played two builds this league, a totem chieftain (tried warchief and conc path/earthbreaker) and an explosive arrow raider. Both are level 90 and I honestly dont know what Im supposed to upgrade anymore (that's not 10ex items) to get more damage.

    The strategy is using chisels + 3 crimson or 2crimson+1teal on the map and building mostly scout towers + the green boost towers. My success heavily depends on the layout but for the most part when I fail a map I dont have enough damage to kill the uniques or some of the small fast mobs slip through when Im focussed on another lane.

    I have like 10ex in my stash and think about rerolling another character to be able to do T16 blighted maps. Any recommendations? Is rerolling worth it or do I need to be smarter about running the maps after all?

    the pob bot gives like 100mil DPS, while my pob says 10x less. Am I just being stupid, or was some aspect nerfed to ground in 3.15?

    LS Raider survivability SOS

    Need tips and tricks to improve my survivability for all content, specifically mapping/bossing. I know my chest piece is horrible but any upgrade is way to expensive for me right now since I tried to craft a BiS crit %chance chest piece but ended up wasting 6ex on it. My go to strat is kill enemies before they kill me and it is working exceptionally well if you disregard the bosses in maps, expedition excavation, and then all end game bosses. I have around 3 ex to play with right now so please take a look at my PoB and let me know how to improve my build

    Edit: I thought I'd also mention that I know I'm level 84 right now and all skill points from here on out are going towards clusters whenever I get my hands on them. So any skill point related survivability changes/tips unfortunately aren't the solution.

    I'm trying to understand why some people use Xophs Blood and others use Yoke of Suffering for EA builds. I'm struggling with understanding which one would be best for me if the stats and resists are not an issue.

    I'm currently using Yoke and The Taming and I'm trying to decide if the swap to a different ring and using xophs would be better.

    I'm running 4link gloves for clear and 6link totems for ST for reference.

    Cyclone facebreaker gladiator noob help

    I hope the is the right place to post this, I usually dabble with PoE once per league and am late to the party this time, currently level 49 following the link below and have been using league mechanics to get league currency drops that sell for a fair few chaos (log books, astrali or W/e they're called) to buy levelling uniques, not struggling currently as am about to progress through act6 just getting vibes that I might actually try mapping this time as I'm kinda enjoying myself but the guide I'm following cuts off at a10, how do I carry on into maps? Last time I hit yellow maps elder influence was a thing… so it's been a while. Have about 40c to my name at the moment, rocking all the items the guide suggests and my face breakers are 795%

    Power charge stacking explosive trap Slayer without replica farrul's fur

    Still in the theory crafting stage, looking for fellow PoBers who are intrigued enough to chime in.

    Items I already have ;

    • 2x void batteries
    • +1 power charge helm (influenced or corrupted)
    • badge of the brotherhood
    • +1 max power charge circle of... the herald of ash one. Explicits are fire res and max fire res lol. But I'll be using herald of ash anyway so it makes capping res easier
    • +1 max power charge rare corrupted ring with a bit of attributes and some resists
    • slavedriver's hands which solves mana cost and might be enough for charge generation
    • belt slot is flexible, probably will be used to cap resists, but could use Arn's Anguish for damage (probably won't since 10 endurance charges help resists as well)
    • boot slot also flexible, probably need res capping also
    • and finally the body armour. I want to use my legacy +1 curse/explode/spell crit/pcoc /chaos res astral plate, it's the entire reason for this convoluted mess.

    EDIT1 : It's been pointed out explode doesn't work with traps, silly me. Guess it's tinkerskin then

    Ascendancy :

    • Masterful form is obvious
    • Slayer cull works with traps
    • last on is perma leech I think... But that requires a self-cast skill. Thinking Armageddon brand - combustion-hextouch -flammability? Dunno if it will leech enough though. Maybe something with arcanist brand-wave of conviction-double curse

    Skill tree :

    • 3 power charges, one can be anointed
    • Avatar or fire converts the remaining 50% of explosive trap, and makes scaling explosions easier.
    • Ideally all 3 disciple of the blablabla, since they each give 88% generic damage. the most important one is the power charge one since it gives 55 crit multi.
    • For the rest of the tree... This is the part I have the most problem with. I'm thinking probably path right to get phase acro and all the trap stuff near shadow. But I could go left for more life, instant enduring cry, endurance charge generation, more life. Could just go triple cluster setup since I'll be on the outside travelling anyway.

    Gem setup :

    • The most important part is actually charged traps support, which gives a whopping 110% trap throwing speed and 165% crit multi
    • explosive trap is conveniently 50% fire already, but could switch to a phys spell and use an anger conversion watcher's for even better explosions. Trap support sucks though.
    • withering step for elusive

    Edit2 : I guess if I'm not doing explode I might as well go ice trap for more defensive capabilities... But then herald of ash is useless. Balls. Maybe I can find a decent precursor, or a curse on hit ring

    Issues :

    • Endurance charge generation might require enduring composure and potentially endurance charge duration investment
    • bosses with phases will suck if I lose charges, which is a shame since traps are usually good for bossing
    • life recovery will require investment in leech and/or regen.

    Poison Scourge Arrow: How do I lose damage when channeling to 5 Stages?

    basically title, if I check my PoB it tells me my DPS with one stages is basically twice as much as if I channeled to 5 stages. I guess it's because I get more Spores out which leads to me ramping my poison faster but does that mean I should basically never channel SA and always release after one Stage or is PoB baiting me with those numbers?     Herald of Agony Jugg with Bow or CIP + Saffell's Frame?

    So I decided that I wanted to create my 3rd character of the league. And this time it should be a tanky one because my last one was full glass cannon. My decision fell on a HoA Juggernaut but I'm still unsure about which version to use. The one that looks the coolest to me is with Quill Rain using Barrage and stacking an insane amount of Life on Hit. But I'm also tempted to go with Divine Flesh which would be best with a Saffell's frame. So what do you think is better: Cyclone, Cold Iron Point and Saffell's or Barrage, Quill Rain and a rare quiver? Or maybe it's worth it to put Divine Flesh on the bow version as well?

    Looking for ideas to theorycraft Smite/Fanaticism Inquisitor

    Hello everyone, I'm really looking to make Smite spellweaving inquisitor work and I'm looking for your inputs on this matter. I would use smite until I stack full fanaticism, use BV with fanaticism until it falls of, repeat ad infinitum.

    • Skill of choice: I was thinking Blade Vortex since I already want to get some inc duration to beef up Smite buff duration. Any other ideas are welcome.

    • Weapon: I was thinking Brain Rattler for %50 conversion, it also has alright base damage and you can probably easily cap shock with it.

    • Defensive layers: Probably fortify on smite, and the consecrated ground stuff if you want to go for it. But I'm not entirely sure on this part, I'm a softcore player so I don't need an overwhelming amount of defence but I don't like dying either.

    Any ideas on building it or its viability are welcome.

    Advice for upgrade/changes -- FR Totems and Lightning Strike Raider

    I have 2 Builds atm. which i both enjoy, Lightning Strike Raider for mapping, and Forbidden Rite Totem for Bossing.

    Since i dont have too much time nowadays, i just yesterday completed my atlas and failed A8Sirus. Disclaimer: i am really not the best at mechanics, so i usually waste some portals... :(

    i got lucky in the last week, and sitting at around 10 exalts.

    I think my LighStrike Raider is in a good spot, got lucky with my helm enchant and kinda proud of my claw (bought base with 6 mods, and annuled 3 trash mods xD). But If you guys see something, where i can get my next upgrade or change something please tell me! i never played this, and almost never played attack builds.
