| Posted: 24 Mar 2022 09:08 PM PDT What are people liking best for spark builds? Looks like there is kind of a mess of them right now. I have a duelist, inquis, shadow and witch all in the 80s and kind of done with their builds so I can respec any of them. Scion I'd have to level but everything else is just some regrets.
I was leaning towards ruetoo champion. I'd be a lower budget build but I have an ashes and can grab an interrogation. I have like 15ex raw and like another 20 or so tied up in items I'm trying to offload. I can liquidate some other stuff too if needed to get more.
Poison builds I always love so the chaos version seemed interesting too. Not opposed to something like that.
I've been wanting something with shatters. I know the champ version can't really do that with using brittle. If I can't shatter it's not the end of the world but just figured I'd throw that out as being a perk for me. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 24 Mar 2022 01:28 PM PDT Hey guys I started playing on standard and I really want to play the incredibly common CoC Ice spear build, and while most of the build I can "easily" get my hands on, one thing still escapes me. How do you guys get the triple crit multi jewels? I'm talking stuff like this. Especially with the % energy shield. On league they cost like 10ex, but on Standard they cost like 70ex+, how do you even make them without breaking the bank? [link] [comments] | ||
| Glancing Blows Recovery options? Posted: 24 Mar 2022 08:16 PM PDT Ever since they changed the recovery on Bone Offering to be % life regen instead of flat life, it's been difficult for me to justify Glancing Blows on my Necromancer, even with a "Recover % of life on block" shield. Do we have additional options to make the node worth it in game, or is it a dead keystone? Edit 1: As a life build. | Third 6 link in a Blink Arrow - Mirror Arrow summoner? Posted: 24 Mar 2022 03:54 PM PDT So I have a.... build. Its a Blink Arrow Mirror Arrow summoner and it works surprisingly well apart from low DPS (i think peak DPS is something like 5-6M DPS) and low survivability. I wanted to play this after they buffed a bow mastery to give 100% cooldown. And ashes of the stars with phantasmal skill gems works really well here. The thing is, I have my main skills in chest and boots (replica stampede gives 80% more damage to blink arrow so its like +2 links). So I have a third 6 link (bow) and no ideas what to put there. Any suggestions? POB: https://pastebin.com/TPUEphwM Edit: I guess dropping replica stampede for a normal one to get some more cooldown reduction and ditching the 3rd 6 link is also an option. (i got currently 0,92s cooldowns and genuine stampede would get me to around 0,76s). Edit 2: If anyone is curious how the build manages itself, it dies a lot (314 deaths) but the damage is ok I guess. Heres some terrible quality video of the build in action. | What the best version of Venom Gyre? Posted: 24 Mar 2022 05:18 PM PDT It seems like Strength stacking is probably the best version of Venom Gyre, correct? Is Scion or Berserker better? Most seem to be Berserker but it seems like Berserker, Slayer, Deadeye on Scion would be better? Am I missing something? Is Marauder's Berserker damage that much better than Scion? Leveled as a phys trapper, invested about 10ex into spark assassin gear, and even with aurabot, it's really squishy and the damage feels about the same as phys trapper and in a way worse. Definitely could use some help. about my defences, i am res capped when with aurabot (about 80% all) at 3.5k ES and ~10k armor, 59% phys mitigation, evasion is lower than that. I really like boss killing, since getting those high value drops (uber elder watcher's eye, etc) is a huge rush, but my reflexes just aren't fast enough. I just lost six portals during two uber elder fights just getting overwhelmed with stuff and beam'd from offscreen :( What's a good idiot-proof level of tanky boss killer? Map clear isn't as much of a concern, as I'm sure it'll suffer a bit. Budget is uh, maybe 30-100 ex? Thanks for your help! [link] [comments] | ||

| Follwing a build and I keep getting chilled, frozen, stunned. Posted: 24 Mar 2022 05:00 PM PDT I am following a build by Navandis gaming, it is a cyclone slayer build. I just got to maps. Getting to maps was a breeze but now that I am here I am getting frozen, chilled, stunned like crazy. I have followed his build to a t. He doesn't have anything to deal with being frozen on flasks, boots, etc. I am resist capped. I was loving this build then crashed into a wall once I hit maps. Everything else is great except for that and I'm not sure how he deals with not being frozen. | Posted: 24 Mar 2022 09:20 AM PDT So I feel like I've completely lost touch with this league, I played for a while and stopped now going back to it I'm finding it frustrating. I'd like to try to start an SSF character to force myself to learn to craft up some good gear and maybe try a different build than I have played this league on normal (Skele Mage, LS Raider, Seismic Trapper)... I tend to like to play a little bit of a relaxed style without having to target a ton - things like Totems, Minions appeal to me any of the self-targeting skills (or really big skills). I'm looking for one that will be good at bossing and have some easy to upgrade gear. I hate dying often it really frustrates me with this game - going from full life/es to dead in one big shot that I dont even know 100% what killed me. Could someone recommend something that I could play and possibly build up solo with SSF? Bonus if it has crafting videos or other things out there that make it easy to understand. | Help picking my last build of the league - Budget 50-70 EX Posted: 24 Mar 2022 10:46 AM PDT Hello folks. Last league was my greatest one ever. Played an explodey TS Champion that got me all the way to level 99 for the first time and was particularly zoomy. It was kind of crappy in the bossing department but was super tanky. This league I started with EA Elementalist and just clicked 97. Kind of squishy but damage is through the roof. I can feel fatigue setting in and I'd like to try one more fun build before I pack it in for the league. Its not even optimized. I have a 5 link armor, crappy boots and gloves and still murder all content (except when I mess up my bomb placement in expedition) In years past I used to enjoy summoners or golemancers pre-nerf OR various WI builds. Also had fun with a speedy raider in the past. I mostly plan on farming expedition and fast clearing maps. Looking for something fast with good clear (doesn't have to be an insane clear) that doesn't die a lot. I don't mind AFK builds either so if RF or Minions are the way to go I am cool with that. Preferably Ascendant as that's what my old toon was and I'd prefer not to level a new toon. I have some old gear and about 15 ex I can spend tonight as a budget. I know it's not a lot but we're planning on mostly doing red maps and heist, maybe some delve. Nothing crazy, no delirium, no endgame bosses yet just something to have random fun with. I also have terrible luck with hits so tankiness is a huge plus lol. Oh and question. Is there a way to be able to farm xp without a carry? [link] [comments] | ||

Do you think there are any easy improvements to make my Necro Blackflame Flameblast Ignite capable of doing wave 30 Simulacrums? I haven't tried it yet, I'm at level 95 and 40% exp currently, so I don't want to try any new tough content in the middle of the exp grind. I'm planning to finish leveling at level 96, so I will have one more point available. I was planning to put the last point in" 0.3% of Spell Damage Leeched as ES" to be comfortable with mana (ES) in longer fights. Here is my POB: https://pastebin.com/3TsjRUPq Stats of the char in short: Life: 5300 Armor: 22k Shaper Ignite DPS: 4.9m Block chance with GB: 75% Res: 83 chaos and Divine Flesh, 75% elemental with some extra On block: 150 flat life, 4x482 life leech from tempest shield, gain Endurance, Frenzy or Power charge (charges not enabled in POB) Eldritch Battery with 137 ES/s regen 10 Flameblast stages after 1s (conservative, depends on consumed corpses for Corpse Pact) I was thinking to drop Shield Charge for Simu and use Frost Shield instead. I've tried to get close to stuff to kill but its hard to tell where it starts or stops. Then when I kill a rare or higher, the grey aura pops out. I'm pretty new to PoE and I consistently get to about this level with my builds but can never take it the next step and get truly endgame viable. I've never beaten Maven or Sirus and never even tried shaper, elder, or the others. Once I get to about this level in a league I start to get overwhelmed with upgrading my gear and just kind of shutdown and lose interest in the game. Switching gear around just feels like too much at this point when to change 1 piece means that I then need to change 1 or more others to fix things like my resistances or accuracy and stuff like that just got borked from upgrading some other issue I have with my build. I really want to learn this game more and especially want to take on and defeat the endgame bosses but I don't think I can get there by myself so I'm here asking for help in upgrading this build with the few ex that I currently have. sorry for the terrible formatting and rambling and thanks for reading this [link] [comments] | ||
