    Seriously, how many significant changes have they made to the game in the last few leagues that find no mention in their respective patch notes? If you haven't heard, this latest patch seems to have destroyed nexus blocking. Before that, they made some pretty huge changes to the veiled mod unlock requirements - most of which find no listing in the 3.6.0 patch notes (they only mention changes to the totem mod and non-chaos as extra chaos mods, not the others). They've stealth-changed god knows how many item mechanics before as well. And this on top of all the unintuitive bs that's already part of the game. What's the point of patch notes if they don't reveal all the things you've actually done? The ONLY things patch notes can maybe be forgiven for leaving out are minor changes in drop rates and sound, art and environmental touch-ups (which they have always acknowledged with just a single line in the notes). EVERYTHING else ought to be mentioned - at least in the final notes, if not in the advance ones.

    Edit: Just to be clear and keep this on topic - I'm NOT complaining about any of the changes they've made, just the fact that they don't announce them. This thread is about openness and honesty, not disagreeing with game design.

    When we talk "Melee", I sincerely hope we talk about LIFE, not just melee mechanics and plain DPS numbers.

    As someone who plays mostly melee builds, I really do not see any fundamental flaws with most of the Melee skill mechanics, damage scaling and basically, DPS numbers all over the board. Some melee supports could be better, thou.. instead of just slapping "more", I wish these actually do have some cons and pros in their effect (looking at you Endurance Charge on Melee stun with oh so proud "10% more" - that was some lazy shit at work).

    The main problem with Melee builds is LIFE mechanic. Leech got nerfed, but life pool per build remained pretty much the same. The only thing in the 3.7 I'd like to see is some buff to life across the passive tree and gear. Ie, if you want 170%+ maximum life, we need to pick way too much nodes - while ES builds pick much less and naturally, they're left with more points to spend on DPS/utility. What about maybe we get some flat life on each % max life nodes?

    Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of melee skills which mandate for a mechanical rework (looking at you Heavy strike knockout) - but overall, Melee is in the right place. IE. Blade Flurry is one of the best mechanical skill in the game. Interesting gameplay with huuuuge DPS burst when mastered. Vaal ground slam is AWESOME. Ancestral Warchief is alright. Even Cleave/Reave are fun..

    TL:DR - just give us more LIFE (mechanics), so melee (aka life builds) can actually survive big long few minuters fights and do their thing. No DPS (imho) boosts needed across the board.

    Seriously, it's super frustrating when you're heading off to a distant memory, have a decaying memory in the way and then the decay starts spreading EXACTLY off the stabiliser, even when sometimes it's the ONLY stabiliser other than the one you came from.

    Like, is it intended for the stabilisers to be unreachable 5-10 seconds after starting the decay or is something broken and just not getting fixed?

    Guess it's important to bring spare memories when doing a long path.

    Last League, Steam Charts were down to 77k players after 1 month. This league we are down to 33k

    I think it says a lot about the "hate" on the synthesis mechanic we saw so far.

    Maybe we should go back to 4 month developement schedules, what do you think?

    This is my 3rd ever league. Played at the very end of last league and once before in Harb league where I experienced the fundamental constant of PoE and bricked a disgusting self-created build. This morning beat my first red elder with only 1 death and cannot wait to keep tuning my character and continue grinding to get to Shaper and Uber elder.

    I've had such a great time and it feels so great to play a game with good developers, great community, and for the first time since I was in high school binging runescape with my friends to get sucked into a game.

    I've been playing nothing but summoner for years, it's depressing stacking 250-300ms on zombies and it making almost no difference.

    The way zombies are right now is terrible, the only ways you can even try to circumvent their terrible AI is with stacking movement speed and extra zombies, where there are so many that they're forced to go around and bump into other mobs.

    Zombies have a ton of potential for good clearspeed, and the investment is big as well, 1200+ str, movement speed jewelry, etc but the AI is so absolutely garbage that it doesn't matter.

    Just baffling that the mod exists for golems but not zombies. Summoners in general are some of the broken and badly implemented coding/gameplay messes for years and years, yet fixes come once every year or so for things that should've been reworked ages ago.

    Brazil server is borderline unplayable, even worse after last patch.

    I'm sure this kind of post doesn't get anywhere but It really makes me sad because I love POE but the instance switch from 40 to 150 or to 200 is killing the experience for me. I cannot for the life of me understand why we only have a Brazil server for a whole continent, South America. Chile Uruguay Paraguay Argentina Brazil Bolivia Colombia Venezuela Peru, and a whole lot more all in one server which half of the time doesn't even properly work.

    Both Bestiary and Synthesis are March leagues. If that means anything, then Christmas holidays are really affecting the quality of the march leagues.

    So, my suggestion are

    -Work earlier for March leagues

    -The march league does not have to start the the first week of March.

    -or they should consider doing small scale leagues for March (breach for example)
