- Seems we have to start checking profiles before we can sell currency. NONE of these are actually selling it. (they all have level 25-50 characters, non-ascended) So frustrating.
- Slightly above average body armour for Bane.
- Finally finished my art-piece for Einhar Competition. Took almost a week but very happy with how it turned out :)
- Synthesis: Decay should be delayed or slowed as you kill enemies in memories.

- People want better trading. Why not make it a league mechanic?

I want an auction house in poe. Posted: 21 Apr 2019 05:31 AM PDT I think a large portion of the player base dont trade with others at all, having an auction house would engage more players to start trading as it would be a function in the game and they would not have to use a 3rd party program and website. Another good thing about an auction house would be that the person you want to buy an item from would'nt have to be online. You oculd also sell items when you are not playing the game. You could list the items you want to sell and they could be sold while you are at work or while you are sleeping. You could also buy items from people that are afk or doing something else like mapping, uber lab, shaper, etc. There just doesnt seem like there is any reason why there wouldnt be one. Ive only been playing the game for like 6 months so maybe theres some things i dont fully understand. [link] [comments] | ||

Remove veiled items, make recipes boss drops Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:20 AM PDT I think most people will agree that one way we are acquiring crafting recipes right now, unveiling items, is bad. It is incredibly RNG gated, expensive, and not fun which could be argued is the most important aspect of a mechanic. There is another way to get recipes which is finding them, in maps or special encounters. I really like this way because it limits you only by what content you are willing to complete. Getting the multi mod recipe was a pain in the ass to get in the past, now it is 4 prophecies away. You cannot put recipes in every map/encounter, not only would this completely diminish the worth of every single one but it would clutter every part of the game with crafting tables. So I was thinking, why not make specific bosses drop scrolls with the crafting recipes on them, like in WoW for example. Like divination cards you could make some maps worth running because the boss has a chance for a rare recipe that is high in demand. The only way the game can incentivize us to run maps, besides the layout/density, is div cards, so why not give us another reason to farm a map like strand for example. Making them tradable and weighting the dropchances would not only keep their value but it would make acquiring them more straight forward and easier to achieve if you want to target them. Or just do something else but I HATE VEILED ITEMS and I would take any solution that replaces this horrible mechanic... [link] [comments] | ||

People want better trading. Why not make it a league mechanic? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 10:44 AM PDT Leagues are pretty much a beta test for permanent content anyway. Why not use that and make a league mechanic to test out trade interactions? Maybe players public stashes with prices show up as npcs in-world, then they get to show off their flashy mtx. Perhaps make a new orb that creates a shop on use, which acts as a temporary public stash that does not use trade API, which gives incentives for players to actually use their shops properly to sell items to prevent abuse. Why is that? because It cannot repeat itself, which is Melee counter part flicker strike can do If it cannot repeat for system limitation reasons, Why then not just allow it to be supported by Spell echo but not repeat itself? Also, here is Unleash "cannot support" list:

This game's Wiki has by far, the most in depth mechanics and understanding of game features and items I've ever come across. Saving all of us the time of having to watch 10 minute long youtube videos (no offense to engineeringeternity, or ziggy and others) to learn game mechanics. Huge shoutout to anybody who's put even the smallest bit of time to add useful or updated information to any of our forum pages.
