Posted: 29 Jun 2019 06:32 PM PDT So yeah, basic idea which have been seen alot in the past, I want to be able to cast a few times using X spell (maybe arc?) and clear a 2-3 screens which, in this specific case, would be a Glacier Legion encounters. I'm just not sure what would I need nowaday to make it work (without spending 30ex, as well) since Elemantalist Beacon of Ruins has been slaughtered. I'm wondering many things like would going Elemantalist still be a good idea, should I go non-crit and go as much cold and lightning damage (with chance to freeze/shock ofc), should I use 2 x CotBH, Yoke, Three Dragons? | Respec level 80 aurabot to a good Templar boss killer Posted: 30 Jun 2019 03:14 AM PDT Looking for some suggestions on what to respec my level 80 Templar guardian aurabot. Tried the aurabot thing this league and it's not for me. I should have around 5-6ex once my current gear sells. I have a flicker strike character at the moment that I have been using to farm maps, so I am looking to turn this Templar into a boss killer. I thought about RF but it seems really slow compared to things like cyclone. Would I be better off leveling a new character or is there something good I can use this templar for. Thanks in advance. | Need some help optimizing my Cyclone Posted: 30 Jun 2019 01:17 AM PDT Hey there, This is my current cyclone build. I am having trouble min maxing a few points. I am currently using meele physical damage support so that I can get a dps increase by Herald of Ash and Atziri's Promise. I am unsure if Brutality would get me farther (with a Sulphur Flask then) Can anyone maybe look of my ascendencies / Skilltree and my Skills I am using and tell me if there is stuff left for me to optimize? I feel like most of my gear is in a really good spot right now but I am not experienced enough to find those little points that make a huge difference here I still need to 6link my axe so Cyclone hast to stay in the Tabula for now. | Noon question about ED/contagion trickster Posted: 29 Jun 2019 07:16 AM PDT Hello everyone, I just started leveling an ED/contagion trickster (lvl20 or so for now) and so far so good. I am spreading the plague and fear within my enemies ranks. But I do have a question concerning the passive tree. Why do every ED players use Phase acrobatics and acrobatics? I find these 2 kind of weak and dangerous. But since I have the level of a baby seal taking ketamine, I must be the one in the wrong. Any pointers on why are these important? Posted: 29 Jun 2019 11:28 PM PDT i am basically happy with the build but i cant decide which of those 2 spectres to summon. frost sentinels feel stronger but they make eye cancer... also i am not sure how those 2 spectres spells interact differently with my curse "projectile weakness" especially in regard to piercing.. does it pierce at all or is it double piercing ? | Cyclone Slayer, needing help improving my character Posted: 29 Jun 2019 08:43 PM PDT This is my first character I've actually taken seriously and want to improve. I can do all the way up to T9 maps pretty comfortably so far, though I haven't found any higher tier maps to try out yet. My damage is okay, but I feel like my defenses could be better. Posted: 29 Jun 2019 11:19 AM PDT The character is YoCuttlefishTho I die very easily in tier 6+ maps and don't seem to do much damage especially single target. Should I be going for evasion, armor or es? I also want to proc shock a lot but I'm not sure what's a good way to tell if my skills are proc'ing shock as well as which skills to add elemental focus to and controlled destruction to. | Meta build that can farm Uber Elder/Delve bosses ~600? Posted: 29 Jun 2019 07:11 PM PDT Did trickster Soul Rend/Bane to Shaper, got 10ex to burn, more coming. There a list of meta builds that can farm Uber Elder? I did TecSlam last league w/oni goroshi. I want to try at least something related to this league before I stop. Map clear speed is a non factor, and It's more a casual kill uber elder+do some daily map missions and chill kind of thing. Lots of guides I see have like 'shaper do-able' listed but not Uber Elder. edit: I guess I should say Cyclone seems out of my price range I guess, non 6l starforges going for 8ex+ it looks like. The build is a Lightning Strike Inquisitor wielding Hegemony's Era. This is my first build after taking a two year break from the game, so I'd like some feedback on the tree. So far I'm impressed with the DPS from simply using a 6-link and some Aura's, and I think it would scale well into late game. Currently at my highest success, a level 89 cyclone slayer, recently respecced from 2H RT to crit. I've been following AhFack's guide, and have come to a point where I can't really figure out what my next upgrade should be. I'm not a very rich player, so I've only got about 1 - 1.5 exalts to work with for my next upgrade. Although, if my next upgrade will cost me more, I'll just have to farm currency to get there. My character name is MrDecadent, playing on EU, I would link it but I'm not sure how, and I'm also not sure how to show my setup. I'm rocking a pretty high end berserker cyclone but I can't consistently clear legions just based on being able to move that quickly. I'm thinking about an auto target totem set up with maybe arc or divine ire. I've heard Ed/contagion is good but does it clear t16 legion bosses well? | Frostbolt Ice Nova Inquisitor - How to improve my build Posted: 29 Jun 2019 02:08 PM PDT PoB link: https://pastebin.com/MQrUBnND I decided to go for Inquisitor with EB for this build and mapping has been an absolute delight. However I've started doing some high tier yellow maps and Tier 11s and I've noticed that my damage has been significantly falling off against single targets and Legion stuff. My ES right now is poor but I felt like I couldn't cheap out of the staff I'm using anymore since damage has been more of a problem than survivability. I've bought a Shaper base staff and hit double damage and tier 1 flat cold for spell, but I wasn't sure what mods I would need to craft, or if this staff will even solve my damage problem all the way up to comfortably doing Uber Elder. https://i.redd.it/p3hsycouc7731.png In terms of budget, I currently have just enough to metacraft this staff on the crafting bench; slightly more than 3ex. I cannot decide between Slayer Cyclone vs CoC Assassin Ice Nova. Which one is more tanky? Is damage difference noticeable - I suspect in 3.7 Slayer Cyclone is superior. How about expense - I guess the biggest is Starforge that is around 8ex at this moment. I'd like to invest up to 10-15ex and expect build to be able to farm maps quite efficient and also be great at bossing. [link] [comments]  | ||
