    Looking to get my Havoc Road Two Toned Boots Back

    Long story short.

    DemiGodKingLol the streamer stole my boots 2 years ago. He said he'll give them back once he gets two mirror services. He got the second mirror service last year. I haven't been on for over a year, so when I just got back on about a week ago, I asked him for the boots.

    I messaged him in game, and he said he'll give them back later.

    No response for an entire day, lol. I even messaged him every day on POE's website.

    I tried going to his hideout, but turns out he blocked me.

    So like... After two years, can I get my boots back Demi? I'd really appreciate it you kind and honest man.

    1. I gave him the boots to finish crafting
    2. He gets the godly rolls I was looking for
    3. I told him he can keep them until he makes back the cost of crafting it (120-140ex)
    4. He says sure
    5. I tell him I will just pay him the exalts because I want to use them for mapping
    6. He changes his mind and says no, I want two mirror services now
    7. I beg him to give me the boots as the mirror services wasn't part of the agreement
    8. He's been keeping them for over 2 years and finally got the mirror services
    9. He won't give them back a second time.... what do I do.

    The Great PoE Monster Count!

    With the implementation of Incubators in the Legion League, we have been given an unprecedented opportunity to easily gain accurate monster counts on a per-map basis. This is very useful information to have as we can use it to empirically determine monster density in each map as well as how various sextants and prophecies affect this density. At first I thought I could do this myself and with maybe a few friends, but I quickly realized how many potential factors can affect monster counts and decided to try and get the community involved so we can develop a very large data set.

    Follow the instructions on what information to fill in when and submit a response for each map you run. There is no need to alter your normal patterns of play in terms of using sextants or prophecies as every data point is useful in the long run as long as they are accurately recorded and we get enough of them. If anything, "clean" maps with no sextants/prophecies/Masters will be most useful in establishing a baseline, though with how many different league mechanics can spawn nowadays that significantly affect monster counts, I realize that may be hard to achieve. Nevertheless, I think if we get enough data points we should be able to analyze the average value of each mechanic to get accurate baselines for each map. If this seems like it's taking off I will make the response spreadsheet available to everyone to peruse.

    This will require thousands of responses at the very minimum to allow for detailed analysis of each map, so everyone please consider participating at least a little bit! Also, is it possible to request the mods to sticky this post? I also welcome suggestions on ways to improve the survey form as I just whipped it up last night and may have missed some prophecies or whatever.

    It's crazy obvious, and apparently no one else knows? Even a quick google search barely shows anything, like two comments in dead threads. Are you people just pearl-clutchers? Are you all ashamed? Or have you really never seen it before?

     

    First, the name itself. Windripper. A subtle mix of the euphamisms "break wind" and "let one rip".

    Next, the flavor text. Emphasis mine:

    It hunts; as silent as falling snow; as deadly as the tempest

    Bravo GGG.

     

    We're not done though, check out the text on the divination card, The Wind:

    Weaving through the cracks, searching for weaknesses,

    silent, indiscriminate, leaving sorrow in its wake.

    Yeah wow hard to see how that could be anything but a fart joke.

     

    And the prophecy, Wind and Thunder:

    Is it just me or is pathofexile.com suddenly mobile-friendly?

    Visited the site this morning and everything arranged neatly, the story about the legion jewels had correct line breaks and the pictures were all in the right spot and correctly sized. No more scrolling/wiping to the sides. This is amazing - I've been waiting ages for this and as far as I can see, they didn't even make an announcement for that. GGG being low-key awesome again! :)

    The game has been almost unplayable during the last days. Lag spikes, random disconnects and crashes. Frankfurt Gateway has been unplayable in the evening for months now and even worse all other EU Gateways have the same problems this league. Even if those problems are caused by ISPs (mainly german Telekom) it is still GGG's responsibility to deliver at least a playable game and solve those issues. I can play every other online game perfectly fine and only PoE is affected by those problems. The only band aid solutions so far are to play on US servers and accept a higher ping and occasional rubber banding or use a VPN to play on EU Servers from freaking Europe. I love PoE and Legion is awesome but I won't spend any more money on the game as long as it is basically unplayable during prime time hours. This is no longer a small issue and beyond acceptable

    Anyone else experiencing major desync issues with fast builds?

    I'm currently playing a Flicker Strike build with an attack speed of around 9 attacks/sec. I guess that's too fast because I get rubberbanded to a position I was at 3 seconds ago nearly every time I hold down Flicker. Or, I'd be Flickering on a single normal mob for over 5 seconds before the game registers that I'm hitting him.

    I've also tried using Lockstep. The only thing that did was stop my Flicker when the server couldn't keep up. So I'd Flicker myself into a group of mobs, stop flickering (with 4 Frenzy charges left), and then die.

    It's also desynced my mapping to the point where my Leap Slam also causes desyncs.

    I can confirm it's not my connection either--I live within driving distance of the Dallas server, have 16 ping, and have 300Mb+ upload and download speed.

    At this point, I'm probably going to sit the rest of this league out. I only really like playing fast builds, but I guess the servers just can't handle it.
