Chris Wilson hides information in his forum signature. What is the current secret message, if any?

In the past, Chris Wilson has used his official forum signature as a simple code to hold secret information.

Here are a few of Chris's past signatures, and his current signature. Note that the dates on this image only indicate when a screenshot was grabbed, not when Chris first created the signature. Chris has had the current signature for many months now.

Each map has an associated character used for guild tags. In the past, substituting the maps in Chris's signature for their appropriate character would reveal a message. For example:

2015 May 27: Chris's signature read "poe.com/beast", which led players to find a teaser page on the 2.0 release.
2016 May 10: Chris's signature read "prophecyjune3", which teased the league name and release date of 2.3 release.

Chris's current signature uses outdated map tiers with these character substitutions:

EDIT: These maps all use the War for the Atlas series, and each of them was first introduced in that release. Chris's signature may be as mundane as teasing some of the new map art for that release. The signature showcases 13 of the 32 new maps from War for the Atlas. See this comment below for the new War for the Atlas maps which did not appear in Chris's signature.

Of course, there are other ways besides guild tag characters which could be used to hide information in a signature like this.

Man, you just don't get ANY splinters from Monoliths. Did Bog (T10), I got 9 esh scarabs and TWO (one of each legion!) legion splinters. That just seems super low. I've done several breaches this league already and only 1 Timeless Conflict (two way). And I'm pretty sure I bought splinters for that conflict lmao.

I know that Legion itself was super overtuned with loot and rewards, but its not worth my time at all to engage legion content right now. I'd much rather have an abyss, breach, or harbinger on my map.

It really alleviates one of the biggest issues with name lock attacks. I actually dropped AC all together for my build and have had no issues.

Title. Crafting benches in syndicate/temple will only allow the host, so why is he different? Cheapest perandus coins sellers are just scammers that will run into your hideout, enter your syndicate mission and steal your item. Can't GGG fix this?

Almost happened to a friend, but he kicked the guy in time.

EDIT: Answering recurring comments - Yes, we know you can block people from entering your hideout. Most/new players don't. No, stopping people from using your Cadiro would not stop trades and generate more scams, giving the currency/item to the host is already done with corruption altars and syndicate benches, usually streamed. Besides, there's no harm in letting the random player SEE the item, just don't let them buy it. If you want to give someone a few coins to buy you an item and give it to you, why not, you know, buy the item normally from him instead? Just trade for the item, wtf.

Detailed analysis of Farming a Mirror of Kalandra by only doing "alc-and-go" T4 Burial Chambers

The Goal

Hi all, this league my goal was to farm a Mirror of Kalandra by doing something that I felt anyone could do and use my analysis to explain how I did it to hopefully help some people reach their goals too. =)

First off; I am aware that there are more profitable ways to play the game, such as flipping, crafting, deep delving, etc but a lot of these strategies take a lot of planning and effort to make work, and thus are not new player friendly.

I am hoping that this write up and analysis shows that mapping can still be profitable, and how to get the most out it.

Also note that all of this was done on stream, the highlight of finally getting the mirror can be seen here!

The Currency Farming Master Build

Probably the most important part of achieving my goal was the build; I used a TS Deadeye with 110% Item Quantity and over 400% Movement Speed in order to maximize my farming.

I wrote a forum guide to fully explain how this build works, feel free to give it a try, you won't be disappointed! Here is an (outdated) preview video to give a quick idea of the clear speed you can achieve.

Atlas Setup / Why Burials / Why T4

I decided on Burial Chambers mainly because it's an open map with a chance to drop "The Doctor". I also chose it over Alleyways / Arcade because the boss is in a separate room, allowing me to set up Shaper Stronghold which adds more monsters to the map (more density = more loot).

Here is my Atlas Setup in case you want to try this yourself. To do this setup you have to:

Get the T5 Shaper Orb from Zana through her quest line, use it on one of the adjacent higher tier maps.
Get the Elder Orb from Zana by beating Shaper, use it on the other adjacent higher tier map.
(Optional) Set up Shaper Stronghold on Burial Chambers, Octavian made a great video explaining how to that.
Uncomplete all maps of the same tier and one tier, excluding Burial Chambers and your Shaped / Eldered Maps.

You may be wondering why alc-and-go over T16; That's because it takes literally 0 investment and any drop I get is pure profit. I also don't have to worry about buying sacrifice frags / prophecies / sextants / etc and managing how I run my maps. Also T4's take much less gear investment allowing me to run more quantity / movement speed.

The Mapping Strategy

I skipped any content I didn't deem "worth the time", I also had to skip betrayal because I found it was crashing my game (even though betrayal is very profitable).

Skips: Abyss, Alva, Syndicate (because of bugs), Map Boss (because of stronghold), Zana (unless something good), Blight

No Skip: Breach (If not stuck in a small corner), Legion (Check for Maraketh / Templar imo and leave if not one of those)

Lootfilters are important for being efficient with your time. I filtered out any currency worth less than 0.3 C and bulk sale items worth less than 1c.

I never used more than 1 portal per map, if you do this then you pick up too much stuff.

I never left the map for a trade worth less than 4 chaos, these aren't worth the time.

Gearing your character VS Investing in Early Mirror Cards

Going into this I did not have a fully geared character, I league started as Pyro miner and had about 5 ex left to set up my initial magic finder. This essentially meant: Tabula Rasa, Lioneye's Fall, unlinked Windripper, Thiefs Torment, Rigwald's Quills, 19% quantity goldwyrm, etc. Basically "budget".

I knew I had to try prioritizing farming the Mirror against gearing my character so I to kept things as cheap as possible. Obviously a +1 Devoto's would be nice, but the 20 exalt price tag would not help me reach my goal any faster, so I got a +1 Mirrored Rare helm for ~ 1.5 Exalt. Etc. I also did not use 21/20 gems because the 1% more damage was not worth delaying my mirror by 1 exalt per gem.

Roughly the first 500 maps was spent gearing my character, which is when I found my first Doctor card.

Currency Making Strategy (and notable mentions)

The strategy was to farm as fast as possible, convert all currency to exalts as efficiently as possible (see poe.ninja / bulk exchange rates) and buy House of Mirror cards as soon as I was able to afford them. This meant that as Mirrors went up in value, so did my cards.

Leveling Gems accounted for roughly 25% of my total currency earned

I did this by leveling 6 20% quality Empowers in my off-hand on weapons crafted with 7% increased quality of socketed gems for a total of 135% increased experience gained.
I also had an extra 6 unused sockets which I used to level gems that were in high demand, as seen on on poe.nina/gems. I opted not to level empowers in these sockets as I could not craft quality of socketed gems for faster leveling. (This was probably a mistake as empowers were OP OP)
I vaaled all maxed gems for the chance of +1 level. In total I hit level 4 empower 8 times out of 48 attempts (rip). And level 21 gems 10/? times. (Sold 7 of these).

Jewellers and Fusings accounted for roughly 9% of my total currency earned, obviously most of this is from vendoring 6 sockets. I converted all Jewellers to fusings, fusings to chaos, and chaos to exalts as this was the best rate at the time.

Surplus Maps accounted for roughly 5.6% of my total currency I never rerolled any maps, anything I couldn't run (just reflect) I dumped in a tab and sold in bulk along with my surplus. I sold roughly 1800 maps in total, damn.

Splinters accounted for a surprising 5.5% of my total currency, I did sell one 5 emblem set for 4.2 exalt among many other things. Obviously I didn't pick up splinters worth less than 0.3 as mentioned above.

Results - Spreadsheet

Overall; according to mapwatch I spent a little under 80 hours inside burial chambers, some of which was afk, lol. I am not sure how much time I spent trading, but I would imagine a few hours total. It ended up working out to around 400C/Hour.

Also note that in order to determine the small drops for 3200 maps, I ran 100 and recorded everything, then multiplied it by 32, see the screenshot of the loot here.

Some things that held me back / could have gone better;

I started a little later in the league than I should have. I started my farm around the end of week 2 after missing out on really cheap early mirrors.
Of the first 18 empowers I vaal'd (when they were worth 6 exalt) I only hit 1 level 4. This really set me back early on. Most of my level 4 empowers came much later when they were only worth 4 exalt.
Only found 3 Doctors. Comparing to all the other magic finders I have talked to this seems like really terrible RNG.

Things that went well:-

We were efficient with our time, and we bought cards before they got really expensive.
Empowers ended up being a great call even with bad corruption RNG and made up 25% of our currency.
Our build performed really well.

In mapping, one mine generally clears a pack for me, so I prefer the speed of SA. Also, stacking mines with SA for bossing somehow feels better.
