    Used to play every league and loved seeing all the different flavours of the month. I used to read all the Dev messages on the forums and stay up to date with the development and technologies.

    Recently, perhaps around the time that the the new broke about the acquisition of the company, I started losing interest. I am not sure what changed but something has changed. It feels different somehow. I feel like the game peaked and it's very hard to keep that going after its happened.

    I was so excited for 4.0 many moons ago but now I don't even care that ExileCon is happening.

    Am I the only one that feels this way? Is the problem me? It is just time for me to move on and just enjoy the time I spent playing PoE?

    [Suggestion] Gem corrupt that can turn the gems white

    What would you think if the vaal orb or the temple could possibly turn a gem into a white gem in addition to other things? And maybe make an item like the ethernity shroud but for white gems, "get X thing for each type of white gem you have equiped"

    Every Path of Exile patch note on one page

    Sometimes you see people wondering on reddit or on streams when some skill was nerfed or some other change was made. It gets pretty cumbersome to google "site:pathofexile.com/forums/patchnotes spectre" or some such every time, especially if the skill was changed many times. I decided to scrape all the patch notes available on the forums (or the ones that follow the default format of using a html list) and put them on one page with a simple filter:

    It also informs how many notes have that word in them so you can see how many times a skill was changed for example. Try it out, and if you see some patch notes missing please let me know so I can fix it!

    and im pretty sure they really are there and not in my maps. Im missing one of them for 36 challenges and cant get it for 2 weeks. Spammed breach scarabs with zana breach mod, rolled maps for +2 rogue exile + 4 exile prophecy + precinct map (should be 10 exiles per map), tried farming act 5, rolling kitava cultists on normal and blighted maps - even bought blighted city sqare map. Nothing. They are not in my game :<. If anybody have any tips please send help or i will go crazy

    Elder Staffs with the mod "Socketed Gems are Supported by Level ** Inspiration" should give an increase to critical strike chance or elemental damage instead of Spell Damage

    The inspiration support gem itself gives more Elemental Damage and increased critical strike chance per Inspiration Charge and is not limited to spells only, so it would make much more sense to give the Elder mod increased Elemental Damage or crit Chance instead of Spell damage.

    Optimizing a pc build specifically for path of exile.

    Hi guys, I am looking forward to buy a pc in the near future. I will have a budget of around 1000-1200€. What I gathered so far is the fact that the cpu and a good ssd are the core components for a smooth running path of exile. I was thinking about a 2070 super as a gpu or an equivalent strong card.

    Can someone recommend a strong cpu in my price range and how do the ssds work these days? Do I need to keep an eye on the reading speed? Will a ssd with 3k reading speed have half the loading times of an ssd with 1.5k reading speed?

    What about ram. Differences of 3k and 3.2k ram? Does it do anything for poe?

    Any other things I should keep an eye out for before I make a purchase? I'll propably consult buildme a pc too once I know more.

    Thanx in advance I am very excited to get my first real gaming system.

    Bring back Crown of Eyes and Pain Attunement combo

    My boi Crown of Eyes been hated on far too long and this game's balance is already far gone to what it was when this combo was nerfed. It'll bring back some interest into attack based low life builds.

    Cast on Crit (Cyclone) - Is there a point where accuracy and critical hit chance no longer matter, due to the CoC cooldown?

    Let's say you have APS of 7.5 with a 14% plus CD reduction affix somewhere, is it still worth maxing accuracy and getting as high of a crit chance as possible?

    I would love some more alternate behaviors (attack in place) for movement skills other than Dash

    For those who don't know the movement skill Dash has an alternate behaviour when you select 'attack in place' on the skill menu or hold shift. If you do so, Dash will move away from your mouse as opposed to towards.

    Now this may not seem like a huge deal in a vacuum but this proves that the --technology is there-- for other skills.

    Mainly I would love these (or something similar) to happen when you hold shift:

    • Charged Dash would simply not teleport you to the endpoint

    • Leap Slam would jump in place

    • Whirling Blades would target the nearest enemy (so you could hold the button down and do your best RoR mercenary impression)

    • Flame Dash could work just like Dash (move away from mouse). With the burning ground and respective damage buff this could actually be useful.

    • Frostblink could put chilling ground at the location you dash to as opposed to from, giving it a bit of use offensively.

    • Not sure on Shield Charge or Lightning Warp though, ideas?

    Flicker Strike, Consecrated Path, Chain Hook and Cyclone arguably do not need anything since they're more damage skills that happen to have movement instead actual traversal skills, charged dash being an exception because god damnit I love that skill but it needs an option to not blink to the endpoint.

    How do I switch stances on the Bladestorm Gem?

    The Gem defaults to using blood bladestorm but I'm trying to switch it to Sand. What button do I use to change it.

    Am I just really dumb? I've been searching google for like 20 minutes but nowhere does it tell you how to toggle between Sand bladestorm and Blood bladestorm.

    Mechanics question !

    Hey guys ! I'm currently trying to craft a Bone Helmet for my necromancer ! My AG already have a helmet with - 9 res lightning.

    My question is : Does the malus res lightning will applied twice if I craft on my helmet too ? Does it mean nearby ennemies will have - 18% res lightning or is it capped to -9% ?
