| Posted: 28 Feb 2020 10:51 PM PST hey guys. im theory crafting my first build ever and wanted some input on my skilltree/gem links and gear. is the skill tree i have going completely bonkers or does it seem ok. im going for a chieftan EK phys to fire conversion. i chose a bunch of dex on the tree because i really dislike having to look for gear with the right attributes on it and would enjoy it if i could bypass that part. same with resistances as with what i have chosen has my resists at -9% with no res on gear so i can look for more offensive gear and get more defense from tree. let me know what you think! PS, im not planning on this build being able to go very far and was just thinking of it for delirium starter build. if its only able to clear t3s or 4s id be happy with that. heres what i have so far on POB: https://pastebin.com/EusvUSHj other questions: with avatar of fire on the tree and flames advance from chieftan ascendancy does that mean that 100% of my physical damage will be fire? | Posted: 28 Feb 2020 01:58 PM PST Hello All I'm working on making a melee cold raider. Ice crash is a pretty fun skill so thats what I think I'm gonna go with. This is the pastebin of the direction I want to go with it: My main concern is my life is only 4698 and I basically had to drop about 1m dps to even get it that high! I've looked at other raider builds and they seem to have similar life pools. Is this normal with raider because my dodge chance and evasion are so high? | Poet's Pen Blade Blast Assassin Theorycraft Posted: 28 Feb 2020 10:56 AM PST So, this is the theorycraft. I know we know very little about the next league, but here it is: https://pastebin.com/4Duf75mV The build makes use of the Icefang Orbit, Winterweave, Golden Rule combo. Imagine that the Watcher's Eye gives "unaffected by poison" (PoB doesn't have the affix), which will stop us from killing ourselves. The build uses Devouring Diadem to jam in HoI, which we will trigger fairly often with the amount of projectiles we poop out, and Flesh&Stone for the blind. The Focus ability also gives a pretty insane damage boost during boss fights. Questions I want to discuss: What is the best gem setup in the two Poet's Pens? I currently have Ethereal Knives, but maybe Blade Fall or both is better? What about support gems? Should I try to juice the damage out of our blade generator with Unbound Ailments or should maximise the blade count with GMP or increase the utility with Withering touch or Hypothermia? What is the best 6-link to trigger Poet's Pen? The tree is probably going to look quite a bit different depending on what new passive jewels are introduced. If something worthwhile is revealed, I'm doubting which socket I should take? The Acrobatics socket is closest by, but literally doesn't give anything. The Point Blank socket needs one more passive point, but at least gives something. How does the tree look otherwise? [link] [comments]  | ||
