    Firstly to mods, I hope this post meets rule 9 guidelines. It has been a week since my last related post and I've been active in the community with more than a 10:1 ratio.

    Anyways -- Sup PoE reddit. People seem to be either learning a lot from my stream or just listening to my apparently nice sounding voice in the background, so I'm advertising here again.

    The whole point is to watch some fun (and sometimes very expensive) crafting projects, and give people advice about their own crafting goals. I've been really trying to help people learn WHY certain methods of crafting are so strong, or better than another, or just plain old bad.

    Crafting tricks I've gone over in stream:

    • How to slam culling strike with a 33.3% chance
    • How to slam %inc life with an 80% chance
    • How to slam chance to unnerve with a 100% chance
    • How to slam +1 max frenzies with a 100% chance
    • How to roll explodey chest with an 8.3% chance (aka when it rolls 6 mods, you're guaranteed explode)
    • How to block more mods than just the one you've crafted when metacrafting
    • How to metacraft for nearly half the cost
    • How to dupe a magic item
    • How to calculate the odds of hitting any combination of mods using any method with around a 15% margin of error.
    • So many more that I honestly can't even remember.

    Many of you reading might already know these things, and that's fine! But many people don't.

    And no, I'm not going to list out how to do every single one of them right here. That defeats the whole point! I like to teach, and it's really fun to learn and ask questions as a group.

    PS: Been doing a thing called viewer crafting where you tell me what you want to craft and your budget and we make a plan.     Is there a way to ignore catalyst increases on the official trade website?

    Title. I search for a t1 minimum value, and I see t2's with a catalyst. Is there a workaround?

    Edit because it might be hard to understand what I'm asking:

    I don't want to eliminate stuff with a catalyst, EXCEPT for the specific modifier I'm looking for.

    Like, "65 minimum life unmodified by a catalyst and 20% minimum fire resistance including modifiers by a catalyst"

    So far it seems like there's no way to search for a certain tier, or base value, of rolls any more. This is a huge oversight to the trading API(?) if they didn't implement a way to search like this.

    Top comment has a workaround, still kind of unintuitive though, I doubt the average play would think to do that.

    My best craft yet: spent 5-6Ex and this sucker is worth 15+ Ex on the market. Perfect for my Herald of Agony mana guardian build. Gets my crawler up to lvl 28.

    So two months in we all had a chance to try stuff out, what builds did you end up finding surprisingly fun?

    I've personally been away for the two expansions before this, but managed to pick up storm brand and it was incredibly fun. Also pyroclast mines and toxic rain were interesting. Did a meme build for a little while - Herald of Purity Guardian, that was super insane as the damage is just nuts on the sentinels. I think that one was my most fun build.

    9 Cobalt Watchstones?

    Assuming this is a bug - the 9th one dropped from Veritania on a 2nd character. I assume that the Ivory watchstone expired just before the fight so the game 'counted' that I had one missing.....

    The extra watchstone seems to have no purpose. Tried trading it to a friend and obviously didn't work!

    Vagan 3star leader in Intervention never give additional scarabs

    since the beginning of the league, cameria 3star was giving additional polished/rusted scarab, jorgin too, but vagan only give gilded ..

    Xandro Blooddrinker!!! what's with this guy??

    I am currently level 94, using the "king of summoners" build with skellies and zombies. Easily doing T16 maps and Metamorphs, and the Conquerors (currently awakening level 6), and suddenly in a T14 (I think) Factory Map, this guy comes up, and all I heard was a machine gun sound, and in a couple of second all my zombies dead, my Carrion golem dead, .... me too... yeah, all of my 11k EHP... gone!!! Tried again and again... same result (in softcore!).

    What just happened? Help!

    Tab Appraiser - Stash Tab Pricing Overlay

    After running tons of maps and filling up my dump stash tab, I found it to be a pain to check each item on poe.ninja individually to see if it's worth anything. Because of this, I decided to make a program that will do all that work for me.

    Tab Appraiser uses the pathofexile.com and poe.ninja APIs to check item prices of a stash tab, and display the information on top of the Path of Exile application.

    Edit: v1.0.1 has been released which adds the ability to change the font size and window width for those with large resolution monitors.

    Notes:

    • The program only supports price checking of items with static values. Prices for Rare items, 6-links, skill gems, etc. are not supported.
    • The program requires a POESESSID to work. A guide to find your POESESSID is located here. This program uses the POESESSID to fetch private stash data and saves the ID locally to your machine. Do NOT post your POESESSID publicly as people may be able to use it to access your forum account.
    • This program is intentionally basic in it's functionality. If you need more features, CurrencyCop may be better.
