    Why do i have to socket out the gems when using harvest crafts but not socket out when using the crafting bench?

    [PSA] You Can Force Bow Attacks fire 2 additional Arrows and +1 to Level of All Minion Gems Using Harvest

    This crafting method abuses the way that mod tags work. Both +1 Minion Gems and Bow Attacks fire additional arrows have the mod tag for attack (the black tag) but not the meta tag for attack (the blue tag).

    By crafting Cannot Roll Attack/Caster modifiers, we block any mods with the blue meta tag, and force augment attack/caster mod to only hit a small pool of mods without the meta tag, but with the mod tag.

    With this knowledge, we can do some fucky things. For example, to force +1 Minion gems on a wand, you need a wand with 2 open prefixes and an open suffix.

    1. Craft Cannot roll Caster Modifiers
    2. Augment Caster (This will most likely hit fire dot multi)
    3. Augment Caster (This will 100% hit +1 Minion Gems)
    4. Remove Fire mod

    Easy +2 Minion wand.

    This same principle will apply to bows aswell (although it's a bit more difficult). You'd need a bow with 2 open suffixes for this, and it cannot have Shaper or Redeemer influence (as these add another mod to the pool, onslaught on kill).

    1. Craft Cannot roll Attack Modifiers
    2. Augment Attack mod (This will hit Bow Attacks Fire Additional Arrows)
    3. You'll probably need to use the Remove a Random Attack Modifier, Add an Attack Modifier Craft a few times to hit +2 Bow Arrows

    I'm fairly certain that you cannot remove an attack prefix with step 3, as there would be no prefix that it could add in return.

    There may be more items that can be crafted this way, but these 2 are the most important that I've found.

    Basically title, building the garden was a huge pain in the ass for me and I wish it wasn't necessary. But now that it's all set up, the crafting tools this league provides has opened up options for me that I would have never imagined possible, especially in HC.

    I can actually craft really cool stuff myself, it's amazing.
