Ban wave and collateral damage

Hello,

as you know there was a ban wave and from the look of it, quite a lot of people took a hit - one of them was me. I know that you have no reason to believe me, but still, let me share with you my account details - my character and account https://imgur.com/a/1TGst16, my email exchange with support - https://imgur.com/a/VNLQHik

I'm always playing SSF, only moving to trade late in the league when I feel I cannot get items to get my character fully working.

So SSF makes it that RMT is out of the question. I do not belong to any guild, so was not a part of some shady doings of guildmembers. What is left are bots, but still in SSF I don't see much reason to do this. Macros? Never used them, and even if I did I doubt they can 100% be sure that someone is using a macro.

So, I feel like waiting quite a long time to have any kind of resolution is no fair. I read on reddit some people had their accounts restored already, that is great but how should they trust the company that can ban anyone with the appeal time taking more than 10 - 14 days?
