    Also the name of a notable passive which grants dexterity, accuracy and attack speed.

    There is literally no reason for disabling movement skills. If you can use them in your hideout you should be allowed to use them in RH too.

    PSA: Increased job speed doesn't work on the way out of contracts/grand heists and only increases how fast the "cast bar" goes, doesn't effect agility at all.

    Prices of valuable items in the already thin HC economy are being vastly inflated by RMT players from Perm Standard league. Perhaps its time to make HC death permanent. (Pic included)

    I've been following the price of Replica Nebulis in HC Heist and the prices just keep going up (8ex a day ago currently 13-15ex) and I assumed it was Perm Standard players RMTing currency in HC Heist and ripping them to perm standard. (Hint: not a super powerful item in HC) I was able to confirm that is indeed the case after I found a divergent purity of ice gem yesterday. I had originally posted it at 25ex thinking I would just wait for one of those Perm league cheaters to buy it but I didn't really know how long that would take so I posted it at 10ex. Shortly after, a guy with 3 achievements messages me to buy it but he needs to 'gather the currency' so to test his RMT status I say that someone is already trying to buy it and he instantly offers 11ex (pic below). I could of probably fleeced him for about 15ex+ but I didn't really care to bother. Anyways, I have been a big critic of GGG's reluctance to tackle RMTers and cheaters in general in the past. But, I also understand their hands are tied due to their conflicting business model (banning cheaters = banning repeat customers, especially RMTers who will spend real money on the game regardless of the source). Also, The original premises of making HC death send your char to SC was to promote HC league. However, at this point its clear that the vast majority of legit HC players simply delete or ignore their characters once they go to standard anyways unless they are collecting 3rd party points from selling gear or RMTing it off and I think its time to consider revising it. I also think this change would shore up a big reason many players left HC league to begin with which is the limited economy. So, lets cut the cheaters out of the economy so the big ticket items are at least obtainable to the real players in HC temp leagues. The vast majority of my friend who find something very valuable just slap an insane price on it and wait for Perm league RMT'ers to buy it off them instead of selling it to legit players and it works more often than not.

    This is simply a good intentioned policy (much like the chaos recipe) that ended up being abused and it should probably be revised.     TLDR: Two changes that would really help both HC and SC temp league players:

    1. Make HC death permanent instead of sending the gear to SC perm league to stop cheaters from the perm leagues abusing it. Or send HC temp league characters to SC temp leagues as someone else suggested. OR send dead HC temp league chars to void league until the temp league is over.
    2. Remove the chaos vendor recipe or limit it to only SSF characters to stop bots abusing it.

    Closing PoE makes Steam bootstrapper mental and reserve large amount of cpu/memory from system.

    Closing PoE always makes Steam bootstarpper go mental and reserve large amount of CPU and Memory from my system. This happens every time I close PoE and it doesn't happen with any other game I have tested so far.

    None of the methods for normal troubleshooting of Steam bootstrapper has worked and it is strangely related ot Path of Exile, since like said, it only ever happens when I close PoE. Some issues in the past with Bootstrapper have been Steam trying to find and update patches that are not there for a specific game. I'm not saying this is the case, but something strange is definately going on with PoE and Steam.

    Or is it just me?

    And I have sent a ticket to Steam Support about this, but we all know how fast that's going to get resolved...

    EDIT: I also should add that this only started happening since the patch on Monday.
