    Endless Delve was awesome event!

    First of all, I want to thank you all who made it through to live servers :)

    This event really get me through many mechanics I've ignored at the game. As mainly SSF player, it feels awesome to delve where do you want, having 100s of fossils and more than 10 4s resonators. You have your char and there's different biomes. I've played 3 chars and all of them were cold ones so cold biome became my favorite, haunting for frostbite rings and frigid fossils. As you enter that biome, you can also use corresponding flask - helps ALOT, esp on depth 300+. Also, as this even is without crafting bench you really need to have all those resists rings and belts in your stash when changing gear. I was lucky enough to get 1 ex through my 3 lvl90+ chars and hit 15 cold res - not that bad! At least it was easier to craft my other gear. Crafting and upgrading gear for you char feels amazing in every arpg game! If your build needs some unique, that isn't high lvl, explode those walls and you will find one pretty much.

    I started as Icicle mine deadeye, as I wanted to learn mechanics of zhp build, maybe I'll like it and will delve in trade league. One thing I really hate - dying in PoE. I'm softcore player, don't get me wrong, dying teaches you like in Dark Souls, when you have medium hp. But if you literally are one-shot every time, it's very unpleasant experience. Even in SSF, I'd rather have less dps, but more survavibility. Funnily enough, my favourite chars are bow, wand attacks, then casters and I don't play melee at all. I didn't even try to play with slams. And melee are really tanky ones. So maybe they will fit my playstyle. As last accord of the league, I've managed to kill Aul. Last time I actually killed him was Delve league itself. So having no sulphite cost give me opportunity to learn the fight, his moves and it's very cool one!

    After this event there's a chance I'll give a red main skill a shot in a 3.13 league.

    Please consider reverting the change made in 3.3.0 to the 5 for 1 Vendor Recipe

    all the vendor recipes that i can think of where it's relevant will result in an influenced item if all the vendored items had the same influence.
    the 5 for 1 (magic/rare, not the prophecy) was changed after abyss to prevent the existence of influenced stygian vises (by vendoring 5 temple bricked belts).
    power creep did its thing and now influenced stygian vises are a thing, even double influence.
    i don't think it will be relevant but for the sake of consistency i think the recipe should be reverted to the old version.

    Wish if skills are buffed in 3.13, Frost Blades would be one of them.

    Frost blades was my first favorite build, i used to do it from breach to abyss, beastiary, legion, all the way to 3.8 blight, but i always hit a rock at t16 bossing due to having to invest like 100ex probably, which i can invest and make a 10 times better build and end up doing one sadly so it just stick as my starter. Now since 3.9 i've played other builds and on 3.12 and events i've played a Glacial cascade miner and i fell in love with the build (first miner i've done) and will probably end up being my starter to end game along with bladefall bladeblast. Frost blades just got burried, i managed to make a Berserker frost blades in delirium league which was perma freezing everything and mowing down Sirus/Kosis like nothing, but then they decided to nerf dual wielding and there went more of frost blade's damage even while investing in +450pdps swords.

    Tl;dr
    I know most people consider fb a balanced skill, but i really hope the fight for survival would be added to the gem similar like the glacial cascade jewel, that would kind of improve frost blades i guess, since we get 2 jewel spots we do not waste on tree. Also if it got buffed by like 5% more single target it would be great!

    Lab Enchant improvement Idea

    What if at the end of lab you could sacrifice a level 20 quality 20 non corrupted skill gem to get an enchant related to that skill ei put in a LVL 20 Q 20 Scourge arrow get a guaranteed scourge arrow enchant. This would remove so much frustration from lab allow for enchants to still be weighted and allow for somewhat deterministic farming. Your thoughts?

    I would really love to be able to self-cast Hex/MArk on something and actually MEAN something in a fight other than maybe shaving a boss fight duration for maybe ~5%.

    I hate it when GGG adds something to the game and tuned it so that it still has absolutely zero impact. Don't you?

    race rewards : are we notified ?

    I leveld 3 lvl 95 in mayhem : 0 reward as of now. Didn't go deep in delve but still 3 lvl 85. I expect 0 reward but... maybe I am not looking where needs to ? Are we notified for the rewards ? How does this work ?

    What keybinds do you use for bladeblast and bladefall?

    I can't get used to any setup and it's driving me crazy, so I'm hoping a recommended keybind setup will work better than what I've been trying. I've leveled a ED/Contagion trickster to level 98 so playing a two button build is fine with me but needing to spam BF/BB so often is really messing with my head.

    Bladefall on right click, Blade blast on, E, R, T or spacebar and vice versa but none of these setups feel good they all feel so awkward and I mess up casting them correctly.

    Silence, sound effects and item filter conspiracy theory

    Recently Bex posted a teaser image that spawned a lot of discussion about potential 3.13 content including this post about Silence.

    As reddit likes to overthink everything, here is another observation: some time ago GGG introduced Continue and other features to item filters. One of these is being able to write PlayEffect/PlayAlertSound None etc which combined with Continue cause further filter blocks to have their actions cancelled.

    A very particular thing is interaction between these:

    • PlayAlertSound (P in the table)
    • PlayAlertSoundPositional (PP in the table)
    • CustomAlertSound (C in the table)

    What happens if you use one to setup a sound effect and a different one to clear (read: Silence) it? I tried and it turns out there is no consistency in silencing filter sounds.

    • row: command used to add a sound
    • column: command used to silence previous sound
    • ✘ - sound was silenced
    • ✔ - sound was not silenced

    In other words, filter sounds can be silenced with other sound commands except that only CustomAlertSound can silence CustomAlertSound.

    Example filter fragment used to test it (here C / PP which is one of the ✔ cases (Chaos plays a sound)):

    Show Class "Currency" DisableDropSound CustomAlertSound "pop.wav" # C Continue Show Class "Currency" BaseType "Alchemy" Show PlayAlertSoundPositional None # PP Continue Show Class "Currency" BaseType "Chaos Orb" 

    Conspiracies aside, I would like to mention /u/RhysGGG for helping in threads like these and once again ask for clarification: is this inconsistency in sound-silencing-behavior a bug or intended?
