| Posted: 02 Feb 2021 02:02 AM PST I've been running a bleed bow, loosely following Esoro and MBX's videos, And I seem to have hit a wall with my damage, i see a lot of people doing 3-4x my damage easily, but looking at upgrades most items are only showing up as minscule upgrades, throwing a 350 dps bow worth 20ex only giving me a small (5-8%) upgrade in damage, large clusters with good mods seem similar. I'm unsure if i'm configuring something wrong in PoB but could anyone have a quick look at let me know if i'm doing something wrong or maybe i'm just looking at the wrong kinds of items. thank you in advance for any help! I played a short time (got lvl 40 summon necro), later a friend decided to try PoE and playing with him I realized that while level scaling is in the game, it's pretty useless (exps seem quite low and I am not getting any useful items, can't even get currency from trials, because he's always "instance owner" and too low level to trade it). I tried to search for a "paladin" guardian build, meaning tanky with some support auras and with holy looking skills (I think those are Purifying Flame, Wave of Conviction and Divine Ire), but didn't find any for current version of the game (I am not knowledgeable enough to judge whether build from previous versions is still at least mildly viable). It doesn't have to be "very good" build, just viable at least for campaign. It would be great if it could be used even for end game (or portion of it), but it's not that important for me. Im trying to make an indigon coc build, but since I have almost no indigon exp, I decided to research, how ppl play it and I noticed some/many ppl using their main link like coc-cyclone-ice nova-creeping frost-ice spear-ele pen. Doesnt this make their dps lower? If I remember correctly, spells in the coc link alternate, right? Every attack, you fire one of them and they just rotate. In this scenario, they rotate 3 spells with no supports over a single spell that would have multiple supports and thus would be way stronger. That makes no sense to me. Or am I wrong? What is the best setup for this anyway? My guess is either focus on ice nova or ice nova cospris and ice spear chest link? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Build for 700 edps crit foil with 2-4 fire per 10 str implicit? Posted: 02 Feb 2021 06:50 AM PST I've got a foil with 2-4 fire per 10 str implicit, t1 fire, t3 light, t6 cold, t2 crit chance. I can craft speed, harvest add crit for multi, and then add/remove cold until I hit a decent tier. With bench crafted speed I can hit nearly 700 edps plus whatever the implicit adds, and more if I push the lightning up to t1 or 2. Anybody know a good build for something like this? Cyclone? Build is fun, but I'm approaching T10s and already guardian fights and boss fights takes ages (and sometimes I can't do them at all). I have approx 120c to invest in either pumping further this char or roll a cheap boss killer. In the latter case, what should I do (suggests builds that can do red maps bosses/guardians on a 100c budget (assuming 6l and res capped are taking care of)). Thoughts? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 02 Feb 2021 09:16 AM PST Currently running Deadeye TR (lvl 95) and things are great so far good speed good boss killer etc , now that im looking to run/farm juiced T16 maps however is it worth moving to a tankier pathfinder or to go full zoom with raider. I do feel atm boss fights where I don't instapop them get a bit dicey with deadeye when you run outta pots. [link] [comments]  | ||

Additionally others have told me that the nerf to Facebreaker Cyclone was pretty substantial...which I somehow missed haha. I'm debating swapping to a dual axe or axe/shield build but know that would be substantial investment. Does anyone have any ideas of how to make the build better or how to make a change less painful? I'm also not sure about the budget because I know that these builds scales exponentially with currency, currently I have around 50 raw ex possibly 20-30 more if I sell my archmage hiero gear. So what are the +/- of each asc and how much would be enough to start playing such a build. Any insights or crafting tips are welcome. | Help tweak my Champ FB Cyclone build Posted: 02 Feb 2021 08:08 AM PST Hi there! I'm moving through red maps pretty well (130 completion) with this cyclone FB Champ and am running into one shot problems. I took my Abyssus off to help, but I sort of think that killing things faster might be a little better for survivability. Any thoughts on how I could be a little better resilient to one shots? Examples would be any beyond boss in T14+ will instagib me. Also the lightning shadow guys that chase you then explode. If I get slowed down in a ritual they gang up on me and poof. Posted: 02 Feb 2021 07:11 AM PST Come forth all ye bleedsters, all ye slammers and lacerators, gladiators and juggs and slayers unite, and let us all debate for once and for all - Why, whether, and when should you take Crimson Dance? Turning our pob.ninja gaze to melee, bleed, RT Glads, it seems that 77% pick Crimson Dance. If we focus on EQ, 71% of the Gladiators take Crimson Dance, and for lacerate - a unanimous 100% take the node. For E Q J U G G, 1 out of the 14 players that use EQ with Deadly ailments (trying to filter non-bleed), one of them took Crimson Dance. I'm still jumping between CD on and off. My weapon is 1.3 aps, and my pob attack rate is 2.02 aps, so I'm thinking it'll be too slow for constant CD. Ticking it on for static bosses (Shaper; Sirus) but most of the time running without it, and debating whether I should leave the light always on or always off. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Help making Hierophant archmage more tanky Posted: 02 Feb 2021 06:55 AM PST Been loving arc as archmage hiero and my damage is insane, setting around 10mil sirus dps. The problem I am having is that I don't feel very tanky, sure enough if I am not dpsing i can stand there and tank loads with my mana pool due to MoM and insane mana regen but I am looking for ideas that can help keep me alive even when my mana is low.
