More Detailed 1 Month League Statistics

So some of you might recall that I did some analysis for the first week of Ultimatum compared to other leagues. Saw a few recent posts and discussions about the 1 month data, so decided to post the data for it since it is very easy for me to update all the charts that I use.

I have data for every single league in PoE, and I can quite easily get the data for you. If you want to see any other leagues/data/graphs let me know.

Also please refrain from drama, my intent is not to argue about what league is better than others. The intent is just to clarify some misunderstandings and provide data to everyone that is interested in it.

    Edit 1:

Here is every league's retention rate for the first month.

Looking for honest discussion. But I feel its not the game that is burning me out. Its the atlas

    Posted: 18 May 2021 07:03 AM PDT

Last league I went full completion 16x/16x out of both normal and awakened completion bonus . While it was tedious it was OK for the first time for me.

It took a lot of time and a little frustration. But it was doable.

This league when I first got to atlas. Knowing the time it would take tog et back to what I had last league. I just felt dejected.

I would argue the new style atlas is better for sustain and once it is set up is better than the old style. But it takes so much longer to set up.

People will come In and say that you don't have to complete the atlas ...while arguably true most of us feel the need to at least put some effort into it.

To me the most fun comes after I got my atlas set up. Old style or new. And now it feels there is just too many chores to do to set the atlas up.

    How do you feel ?

Official wiki quality is declining for years, rmt websites are overtaking it in search results

    Posted: 17 May 2021 10:55 PM PDT

The wiki does not even have pages for the new skills like Reap or Exsanguinate, many info is outdated or not complete. As a result, google search results show rmt websites for many inquiries.

    What's happening with it?

Can we get invulnerability after beating an Ultimatum? Dying to a ground effect you can't see during a loot explosion isn't fun.

    Posted: 18 May 2021 06:02 AM PDT

This is kind of ridiculous to die to. You beat the Ultimatum, you're cheering, loot explodes everywhere - oops so do you! What, you didn't see that corpse explode during all the loot dropping? -10%.

    Too. Much. Screen. Clutter.

Looks like Grimro is going to make a website focused on builds and making it easy to see everything about a build, the budget, etc. This is gonna be FUCKING LIFE CHANGING and highly beneficial for everyone looking for the right builds for them

    Posted: 17 May 2021 10:34 PM PDT

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKqRzGIo3C4

There's a bunch of great and terrible builds and build guides out there and they are all scattered around on reddit, official forums, youtube and some other average to bad sites. You always see people ask for build suggestions or search for hours on the internet for good builds and guides but end up not satisfied with what they find or they find the perfect build but either the guide sucks or there's some other problem like the guide is missing things like not showing how to lvl the build which is inconvenient.

With the way Grimro talks about his website about builds, it seems like he's gonna make sure people truly understand the game and builds and he's gonna bring all this shit in one place. Kinda like what Steam did for games or Rhykker, Bluddshed and the Maxroll website does for Diablo 3.

If Grimro can pull this off successfully then this is gonna make a lot of people enjoy the game a lot more. Just going to the website, finding builds that they think like, finding out the gear needed, budget, mid game, end game version of builds....Man that's gonna be great.

If you guys are familiar with Rhykker, Bluddshed and the Maxroll website for Diablo 3 you know how amazing they are at explaining builds and they got all the info and stuff in one spot. Just imagine it like that but with PoE. Hope Grimro can pull this off.

Hi there Jun, very cool of you to give me a few good crafting options for once :D

    Posted: 18 May 2021 01:00 AM PDT

For those of you who hate setting up atlas every three months

    Posted: 18 May 2021 12:02 PM PDT

Please come play standard, it's lonely here and there's good loot and items, and sometimes you can find things for very cheap and can work on purchasing old legacy gear to further improve characters and try out atlas strategies.

It's also nice to take the game at your own pace and just do what you find fun to get enjoyment out of the game instead of trying to do things that are minmaxed as fuck but super unfun.

You can also work on getting a sick ass hideout :>

Can we get a veiled exalted orb from aisling level 4?

    Posted: 17 May 2021 04:23 PM PDT

basically the same like the veiled chaos orb, just does what the bench does. makes trading easier, feels better in SSF. I honestly see no downside.

Edit: we even promise to close our eyes while applying it
