Got some time to kill next week, want to knock out these 2 achievements. Preferably something that has a relatively smooth campaign progress, i don't want to rip 10x to Dominus cuz the build doesn't function until Act 10 or something. :D Thank you very much for any tips. [link] [comments]  | ||

| How trustworthy is Path of Building? Posted: 05 Jun 2021 02:46 AM PDT Greetings Exiles, What I mean is, should I take what stats PoB gives me to heart? For example, it tells me that my Abyssus gives better total DPS enchanted with Cyclone Speed rather than Cyclone Damage. And that my sword is better off without a harvest mod on it (those that replace quality). Should I trust these numbers or somehow do more research? | Help with a Deadeye Bleed build with a lot of moving parts! Posted: 04 Jun 2021 05:01 PM PDT I know it's a lot of moving parts, but I'm trying to make a Rupture Blade storm build using the dead-eye ascendency. I'm trying to trim down on the points but i'm struggling to right now. I'm also using Petrified blood and trying to make the build as tanky as possible (it's a struggle). It's got a few defensive layers like Acro-Phase Acro, petrified Blood, Blind, Endurance Charge Generation, and some block but I'm kinda stumped on how to optimize the tree further. I don't want to drop below 5K life ideally so any advice is appreciated!!! My gem links are kinda scuffed as well (trying to shoe-horn in corrupting Fever not sure how that's going to go xd). The idea is to stack Strength and one-shot the screen (if my gem setup is OK.) I don't know how to do Low Life with this build. | League start - safe boss killer Posted: 04 Jun 2021 08:36 PM PDT Hi all - looking for recommendations on builds that are great league starting boss killers that aren't glass cannon miners. Vortex / cold snap is the best one I've personally played but wondering if there's anything out there which could be similarly tanky but have even better damage to farm endgame bosses on like day 2 of a league. I'm very proficient at making currency - so budget is less of an issue than if the gear is available on day 2 (eg some build requiring Aul ammy or dual mod watcher wouldn't be viable) [link] [comments]  | ||

Like i can finish the temple quests (forgot what there called with the stone to unlock doors) pretty quickly but map bosses destroy me. i posted a thread earlier of a few items like a body armor, 2 different helms, different belts that i think might improve my build? this is my first account i use allot of summoning spells. my current helm i use for my auras but a body armor i posted in a previous post also benefits auras. so i can move stuff around. any feedback is greatly appreciated. also my name on reddit is the same for the poe website if anyone wanted to take a look at that also. | Zoomy SSF starters? EZ build enabling crafts? Posted: 04 Jun 2021 03:38 PM PDT Doesnt matter if the build can't handle red maps, the goal is to just zoom thru the acts and hit the atlas pretty hard/quick to start spinning the wheels of RNG to get some items to make a better build from stuff like Prophecy upgrades, general uniques and random heist stuff, or to farm a specific div card, or just a base with a single mod in mind that requires a low->mid ilvl. I'd also appreciate any EZ build enabling craft ideas (and strats!), i pretty much know the big ones like +level bows and +flat dmg/stat mods on wands/bows are good, but what else? Thinking of possibly hitting up Haewark quite early for Essences? So far my best idea is explosive arrow and/or trying really hard for soulthirst belt. EA would give base damage, maybe farm for lioneye item div card and the jewel, great use out of a Death's Opus if i get it otherwise making a +3 bow isnt too hard. Soulthirst + Agnostic is a low effort combo that seems pretty excellent on the low end and i always seems to find a soulthirst (and have never toyed with it)...maybe lightning strike or infernal blow or something that i can mitigate the mana cost of, using the new lifetap support until i get the crafts or something like that. | Posted: 04 Jun 2021 05:49 AM PDT So bloodthirst support appears to work with ranged attacks, letting you stack a large amount of flat phys from life (about 100 flat phys is the target value but could be pushed higher with gear I assume) wands have bad flat phys but also gain 40% of damage as elements from the tempest blast wheel, stack other gain effects (hatred, full convert and get a rainbow of damage) and have good enough wands and this would be a powerful combination I feel, maybe even enough to become a meta wanding build but I haven't seen any exploration of bloodthirst support with wands yet [link] [comments]  | ||

I've been playing regularly since Metamorph, but Ultimatum is the first league I've cleared A8 Sirus (previously A6). I credit this largely to learning build strategies from friends and slowly improving my knowledge of mechanics in general. | Posted: 04 Jun 2021 04:21 PM PDT I am a necromancer. I am currently using the devouring Diadem for my helm for the mana reservation for my 3 auras I am using. But I have Victarios influence body armor which also helps with Mana reservation so I am debating on using that but my current body armor has high ES. It is Grim Guardian Vaal Ragalia. If I switched to the Victarios influence I could also use a different helm I have which is brood guardian Solaris circlet or storm cowl bone helmet. My current body armor has a 6l zombies. Just need some recommendations on my gear because high map bosses just destroy me and take forever for my minions to kill them.. [link] [comments]  | ||

I know PoB recently had an update which allows it to properly calculate general's cry DPS AFAIK. So am I to understand the Total DPS number as ALL of my warriors DPS or is that per warrior?
