I wanna play something that can do as much content as possible for a starter build, preferably a spell with lightning or cold damage. Btw I hate traps and mines, I usually prefer selfcast or totems! Now i am at lvl 90 and as i suspected the damage is good in maps and survival is kinda meh. But i tried to do a tier 14 crusader and i died like 4 times to defeat him. | What builds are people using to farm high quantity the feared/other bosses this league? Posted: 19 Jun 2021 10:13 AM PDT I'm messing around on standard trying to figure out some builds for next league and I have a few that can baseline do white feared and whatnot, but I don't have much of an idea what people are using to do the higher end invitations. Anything from low budget to high end would be nice to consider. A few of the builds that I've messed around with are iron commander siege ballista, it does fairly well, but it's hard to scale up past a certain point. Lancing steel doesn't really feel right to with its playstyle. A few minion builds here and there, but I haven't tried out the new high end spectres yet. [link] [comments]  | ||

Like the other one, it's pretty long, but well worth it if you need a one stop shop to get all the basics of scaling defenses down. I wanted to make a CI CoC Ice Nova but since i have not been very active i dont have the currency so im going to make a life version. I want to make it a bit more tanky than normal so is it viable to make a life version with max block? Looking for a build I can start with no currency and just work my way up into red maps. I'm more of a map player not much of a boss player so something zoomy and the obvious big map clears/off screen clearing. I've played toxic rain way too much so that's off the table. | Need help with Raider - trying for a decent zoom cyclone build Posted: 18 Jun 2021 08:39 PM PDT POB Here: https://pastebin.com/6XMbXBZd So, originally this raider was a caustic arrow raider which was good for clear, but boss DPS was freakishly slow. So I took what I had and reworked the tree, borrowing the idea of a sword pairing with the savior and trying to scale cyclone hits. Clear is ok but could be better, and bosses are still a wet noodle. I know I need to upgrade the mainhand to a 400 pdps jeweled foil, but honestly, my tree is all kinds of messed up I am sure, and I think I need help getting the most over all out of a cyclone raider type build - love the zoom, but need more Deeps. Any ideas are welcome, but would like tree help first - beyond that, I am not someone who is able to get a ton of EX an hour, so "spending spree" isn't an option, unless the suggestion is under 10 ex and build-changing to making this a better boss killer. Is there a Indigon Build which can match the Scaling and Tankiness or maybe surpass it even ? I'm trying to theorycraft an attack based character using Formless flame uncapped fire res to gain a load of armour, using that armour to increase replica dreamfeather's attack damage and using the shield's interaction with Tempered by war to have massive benefits and not worry about cold and lightning resistances. Possible auras are HoF, Purity of fire and Determination, with either Aul's amulet or a lot of reduced reservation. Any idea to build around this?Chieftain for +100 fire res and some more fire damage shenanigans?Champion impale?Inquisitor elemental crit? Which skill could work? [link] [comments]  | ||

I'm looking for two different builds: 1- Explode chest (legacy) + Headhunter build: I want some very fast and satisfying map build, where I can juice a lot of maps and have a fun experience. 2 - Boss killer build This build can be exclusive only to kill bosses, can suck on everything that is not killing bosses What you guys can recommend me? I have been following Dex2644 's 1H Impale Cyclone Slayer cheap version as a starter to learning PoE. guide: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2591825 his pastebin has a cheap tree/gear and expensive tree/gear: https://pastebin.com/kRW90R9D Currently lvl 89 with the following tree/gear: https://pastebin.com/EHAi3GJY items to upgrade: Ring #2 (it was given to me) (needs an open prefix to apply -3 to channling skills) with vuln on hit; I'm overcapped in fire/lighting so I can either upgrade gloves/boots just need to have cold on them (want warlord on gloves and would like elusive on boots); and better jewels. NOTE the large cluster jewel was given to me-sorry for the +wand dps. Questions: - What would you sacrifice to allow another medium cluster containing another Unwavering Focus + 2nd Skill (which I just noticed that he swaps from Endless Hunger to Overwhelm because he gets 'cant be stunned' via medium clusters (and somewhere else?)) or am I wrong with that? - I did Blademaster anointment as it was part of the guide. Should I swap it to Tenacity (as he did in his expensive build)? [link] [comments]  |
