| Cheapest build to consistently farm Simulacrums? Posted: 01 Apr 2022 02:19 AM PDT I don't have much currency yet (probably around 20ex right now), but would like to pick a build and start farming towards it. I want to farm Simulacrums mainly, but probably also do some very minor bossing later on (Elder/Shaper/Polaric etc invitations and of course Archnemesis). The criteria is this basically:

| Are there any recommended builds for first time SSFHC? Posted: 31 Mar 2022 10:46 PM PDT Preferably Champion as that's what I've played the most. I've found build guides but they only show lvl80+ progress and no leveling guides. I can't seem to find any builds besides EA but I really don't enjoy that playstyle. I've made low level characters and followed general HC guidelines for the first few acts but don't really want to go further without a proper build to follow. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 01 Apr 2022 04:08 AM PDT Hi, Im following Palstreons WO Ascendant as my mapper and having a blast - actually managed to get my first HH with this build, as my starter and bosses this league was a necro skelly mages. The thing is Palstreons pob has like triple damage compare to mine and for a gods love I cannot figure out why. I would appreciate more experienced person to have a look an help me out. Another thing is I have 4 sockets free and im not too sure what to use as im leaning towards getting rid of lightning golem as it dies every 30 seconds. | Posted: 01 Apr 2022 04:05 AM PDT Hey, like many others I started the league with Shak's Cold Dot Occultist (Wintertide Brand) and did fairly well (for myself atleast) and managed to farm ~30-40 ex. I already turned to the low life version and killed some bosses but know I'm not sure how to spend my currency in the most sensible way to improve further. I followed Shak's guide pretty strict until now but I don't have a problem with changing the build in one or another direction. | Need help - phys vs ele omni ts Posted: 01 Apr 2022 01:18 AM PDT Hey guys, so i finally scraped together a mirror, and now im wondering which bow i should get. I used an ele bow until now, so i wouldnt need to switch up anything if i mirror doom mark, but looking at poe.ninja phys seems to have better dps. I really dont know what to do. I see these other people who come into maps, kill the bosses, and walk away like it ain't no thing. No matter how much I put into a build, I haven't been able to feel like that. I have tried Arakeli Spider Arachnophobia (zDPS), Captain Lance Giga Guardian (some DPS but feels rough on many bosses/nullifiers/etc), Archmage BL Hiero (liked a lot, but even with the crazy dps it never felt smooth. Also, having to switch gems for bosses vs mobs was annoying - I think I was at like 15-20mil dps though, with the gem swapping?). CoC Ice nova/spear (I'm not smart enough to figure out break points), Bleedquake (I had a 40ex axe, but I think I needed a 1mirror axe to make it feel "godly"), HH cycloner (fast and fun mapping, not so fun on bosses), vortex (smooth as butter, but the ceiling is low) I'm in no rush, but with all the good league items this league (nebulis/melding/ashes/legacy of the boots/Aegis <-- yes some of those arent from this league but 1-2 of those might become legacy or nerfed after this league) I have at least a mirror, and I can probably sell my Captain lance for close to a mirror (Righteous providence - forbidden flesh/flame I got for super cheap and are apparently 200ex each at the moment in Standard). Currently playing a cyclone shockwave build and I feel like I've hit a wall on progress cant really complete any of the end game bosses or run juicer maps. | Posted: 31 Mar 2022 11:33 AM PDT Alot of builds include an AG gem but not alot of the POBs include a setup of what the animate guardian is actually doing for them. So below im gonna list a couple of generic setups since scouring google has them all over the place. AG1 The cheap and very basic setup, oldy but goody. Helm: Leer Cast for generic damage increase Armor: Anbu's charge Gloves: SouthBound Boots: Victarios flight Weapon: dying breath Basically this is the cheapest AG that is fairly tanky, he provides Damage, movespeed thats about it. AG2 basic but a lot more expensive Helm: Mask of the stitched demon Armor: Rare chest with life and crafted mod "gain 10% of maximum life as energy shield" Gloves: SouthBound Boots: Victarios Flight Weapon: Kingmaker This setup make AG basically immortal by stacking the energy shield from the chest with the helmet your AG regenerates absurd lvls of HP whilst still providing movespeed, Kingmaker gives crit fortify and culling strike more than making up for the loss of leer cast and dying breath. AG3 Clear speed. Take any of the above 2 setups and include Gloves: Gravebind Boots: Legacy of fury Armor: explode mod as well as the 10% life as ES craft (very expensive) or Drop on AG death craft (for a little safer approach) This setup helps supplement any clearspeed issues a build might have by allowing for scorched maven boot procs and explode procs to start clearing screens around the AG. If you dont include Mask you can ditch the ES craft. but its still a nice craft for effective HP pools. These are the main 3 I've seen around and used, currently using the clear speed setup on my holy relic build. If you have any other ideas please comment below. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 31 Mar 2022 06:53 PM PDT I had a ranger levelled from BPL, decided to turn it into an Omni LS raider because I hadn't abused omni yet this league, quickly threw this together the other day but it does not feel too good to play yet damage-wise. Any suggestions? I know I haven't rolled eldritch implicits yet but unless I'm mistaken that probably won't add the amount of damage it would take for it to feel good. [link] [comments] | ||

Any thoughts on that one? Feels like Bossrushing with some nice unique drops along the way could be a nice change of pace to milking all them danm league mechanics. | Posted: 31 Mar 2022 05:44 AM PDT So, thinking of my end of league meme build, and previously before omniscience, ignite was the way to go for Atziris Rule, but now that it has massive penitration, I'm thinking of going with a crit version of this especially since cast speed was buffed this league. Probably a flat crit chest (I have a synthesis implicit lying around although I feel like I may rather go with a crafted crit chance and + curse chest instead, also have a flammability and conductivity on hit rings [crafted for omni already]) Any additional advice for itemization or interesting tree masteries I should go for? I haven't played this build since the staff came out, it was fun but wasn't end game content viable because it just wasn't strong enough, I feel with the changes this league can really push this build to the next level. Not too concerned with budget amount, and HH and Mageblood are available to me. Any and all advice appreciated [link] [comments] |
