    Why does a 20 quality magic flask give trans shards (if un-identified) or alt shards (if identified) instead of a glasblower's bauble? This has frustrated me for years.

    Followup to my previous tweet here and my Reddit post here.

    We were 100% sure it was Revenge League. The next day we were 200% sure it was Overload League. Today it's 300! Our guesses will blot out the sun!

    Bex tweeted the following yesterday:

    Players decided the Path of Exile expansion names I've been hiding in tweets were red herrings. Perfect. This has brought me much fun. The real expansion name is actually among them.

    GGG also shared a teaser image yesterday in their 3.7 announcement timeline post. Credit to /u/FelixTreasurebuns for brightening the image here.

    Here's the thing: She hasn't been "hiding" anything in her tweets. The league names have all been explicitly stated with no obfuscation at all. Right? Wrong!

    It turns out that there is one name on the metal bands list that was spelled out by Bex, but not in one of her main tweets. In this tweet on May 7, Bex was engaging with the comments section when she dropped some very interesting information:

    Fun fact: Tempest was originally called Eclipse

    This is much closer to a "hidden" tweet. We're 4 comments deep on one of the first days that she posted any hints about the new league.

    "But ShakCentral: What about the teaser image?"

    Oh, you mean the dark image that shows a group of people running in the darkness toward a clearly circular and increasingly dark center? That image?

    Can we take a small break from Flicker and Cyclone hype to resurrect this skill. Daily reminder it has been dead in the water since it got reworked (cursebot/summoner doesn't count). No other curse requires anything besides putting it on the enemy. Punishment should either be fixed to grant generic melee damage/speed on hitting the target or reworked into a skill that isn't a curse. Punishing Cry?

    The danger of Vaal artifacts vs the Exile.

    I finally managed to read all the Oriath Research Journals from the Vaal areas in Oriath. The summary of it was some Templar researcher was studying Vaal artifacts, when he started "hearing them". Said artifacts gave him visions of blood sacrifices when he dabbled into that Vaal magic and he found he was covered in actual blood from the vision after it ended. Starts getting addicted to it, buys slaves, takes them to a Vaal ruin in Wraeclast, they warn him of a dark presence, he kills them and sees a vision of Atziri covered in a pool of sacrificial blood pleasing herself. Researcher is now officially off the deep end. He gets vision after vision where he's banging Atziri in a pool of sacrificial blood. This then leads to madness and obsession where he seeks a way to be with his beloved, kidnaps two noble children, sacrifices them then himself stating that they will be a big happy family. First of all, that went dark real fast. Secondly, and this only hit me, doing said acts in pools of blood is a really, really bad due to the insane number of blood related diseases.

    While all this acts as a warning on the danger of the Vaal relics and magic, my Exile is running around Vaal areas, corrupting stuff, using Vaal gems like no tomorrow. Makes me wonder, is our Exile truly sane, or are they now puppets being controlled by us, the player?

    i have made a search to find 8-mod red tier maps. You can get simillar results with much easier searches but i already made it so i figured i would share in case anyone needs it. This search is based on the mods on the wiki page. Also it is testet to not count any modifier twice, wich you can test yourself by setting the count to 9 and stare at the results of wich there are none. The second block is for the modifiers you dont want.

    So i leveling my first character in Flashback. I got some nice items from Cadibro. He give me Goldrim and Wanderlust for really cheap. I fell in love with this old man. And in Act 6 I started to hate him, myself, and all this world.

    In Wetlands (Act 6) he offer to me Exalted Orb for 5032 coins.

    I check price on poe.ninja. Great, he offered almost halved price! How much coins i have? 537? Crap. Maybe i can farm them?

    I create another Wetlands instance. Cleared it. Refresh instance with Exalt. Repeat. And again. And again. And again... Crap, hour ended and mods changed. Maybe The Riverways has Cadiro mod? I'm lucky! So now i run Riverways and refresh instance with Exalt. Hour gone pretty fast. Cadiro mods ended. I stuck in Wetlands instance with Cadiro and around 1000 coins. I dont remember how much coins i have at this point. I have some currencies, but not enough to get over 4000 coins.

    I run another Path of Exalt client. I create new character on another account. I start leveling him to reach Wetlands for holding instance open. Every 5 minutes or so i check another client with Cadiro and my first character. I level around hour and check, maybe zone mods changed. At this point i can't remember when where what mods i did. Some time i level another character. Some time i clear Wetlands and Riverways. At some point i realize. I have enough currency to buy all coins i need. I have around 1500-1600 coins and a lot different curency. Most of my chaos orbs come from selling 6 exalted shards, but not enough to buy all coins i need. So i sell everything i can sell. It was not enough. I bought only 3000 coins. Currencies almost ended. No-one sell me last coins i need. I keep doing Riverways. I was overleveled. Zone didn't have harbinger mod, from what most of my currency come. Only Cadiro, Rogue Exiles, and something else, can't remember. It was around 20 minutes before hour end. I miss harbinger. This dudes at least always drop something. I got almost no loot. Only coins. I wanna sleep. I really want sleep right now. But i need not too much coins. While collecting coins i time to times refresh trade site. Maybe someone come online, someone who really want sell to me his coins? And this good person arrived. I bought last 420 coins i need. Give all coins to my main character and bought Exalted Orb. I didn't get happy. I feel so empty. I hate myself so much. I didn't enjoy what i did.

    Now i go to sleep some time. Maybe tomorrow i will play again. But when i reach maps and Zana ask me: Still sane, Exile?

    She got answer: No, no more.
