| Second build this league (mjölner) Posted: 02 Aug 2019 03:20 AM PDT Heyo, Had to stop playing the league after leveling a tec slam chieftain to lvl 90 in first week. As I passed all my exams ill have some time to play after the weekend and am looking for a build. Budget is quite low, probably around 2ex iirc. I really want to make a mjölner cwc build. Do you know good builds I could get some inspiration from? The idea is to use arc in mjölner and cyclone cwc BV with physical to lightning in chest. Thouht of going CI elementalist. Is this a good idea? I want to boost my dps using call of the brotherhood and get some extra chaos through amu and shield. Any thoughts about that? Also: would ball lightning be better than arc? How about wave of conviction instead BV? Or maybe both? Appreciate any input [link] [comments]  | ||
| Looking for build // ~70ex budget Posted: 02 Aug 2019 02:56 AM PDT Hey all. As I'm bored of MF TS running burials ( cant find single doctor since 3 leagues ... ) and glaciers ... I'm looking for some new fun. What I played this league:
Leveled characters: Marauder ( 92 ), Witch ( 88 ), Shadow ( 93 ), Ranger ( 87 ) I'm not too fond of leveling so looking preferably for build for one of above class ( but I can level new one if build will be worth of it ). My budget: around 70ex and some items I have on my characters What I'd like this build to be capable of?

| perma vaal Rain of Arrows incoming fail Posted: 01 Aug 2019 09:37 AM PDT edit : here we go it failed :) nonetheless if you have ideas to improve the build (even though we cant reach 0 soul cost it can still be fun) feel free ! Hi ! For those who dont know it's actually possible to reach 0 soul cost on vaal skills ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-lRuTN40Aw&feature=youtu.be ). I know a 32% flask effect timeless jewel would be needed, and there's probably only few existing and they'll reach stupid costs. But such build might be pretty fun already without perfect 0 soul cost, if you can get numerous stacks of the vaal skill. That would allow to run most of the map and the boss with vaal skill only.Anyway I wanted to design a build around this 0 soul cost and chose Rain of Arrows as I really like it. The issue is that I'm really bad in build theorycrafting : https://pastebin.com/hDE3gEy5 I think it lacks of survivability a lot (4.4k Hp) and damage (yeah sounds bad). On the other hand I have no idea about what to do with so much sockets --'. Maybe Kaom's heart could help but as we're going cold damage it's a bit sad. I know the current watcher's eye would cost a lot (~80ex) and the bow (cold dmg per dex and reduced soul costs) actually does not exist on the market even on standard, but this is just for PoB. My goal is to make this build viable to run high tier maps, in softcore and without care of the exp. But still I don t want to die too often. In a first time I have around 30-35ex to put in it. I have somewhat low budget of 10 ex because I put everything into my main build, FP Totems (to include Atziri's Reflection). Not sure how HoWA (es) builds fair for this content with such a low budget. I usually prefer spells or ranged. The only skills I really don't like is Molten Strike and cyclone but I can force myself to play cyclone if needed. Thanks! [link] [comments]  | ||
