Posted: 09 May 2020 11:27 PM PDT Hey there, Im starting this league extremely late due to the fact I work in the hospital and its only now Im getting some time off. Anyways, a friend of mine gave me 10ex and 60 chaos and some leveling gear for now. Eventually ill start a golementalist build, never tried it and im quite excited for it. Im currently just using zombies, flame totem and purifying flame. Though, since my skill tree is centered around minion damage and defence I wanna focus on minion during leveling. However, Im new to it and Im wondering what skills and support skills i should go for. I got a tabula and can easily get other leveling items at the right colors. | Help for a Ice Crash + Vaal cold snap meme build Posted: 10 May 2020 02:46 AM PDT So I've been playing a ice crash berserker, and I would like to incorporate vaal cold snap into the mix. Now I know that might sound like a very weird skill combo, but hear me out. I went crit with warcry stacking. I also use Secrets of Suffering to apply Brittle instead of Freeze to easily cap my crit chance. However, all of this means my attack speed is relatively slow. I like the playstyle of one slow, big hit so I'm not really looking to change that. However, having to do that one big hit against tons of small enemies is tedious. I rerolled to a scourge arrow pathfinder which has been using Plague Bearer. The "mini righteous fire" playstyle helps a lot to clear small enemies, letting me focus on rares with scourge arrow. So I though, why not incorporate that idea into my ice crash build? Vaal cold snap is a RF-like skill that deals cold damage over time around you, exactly what I'm looking for. It would also be a great support skill to apply bonchill, and it alsos bypass Secrets of Suffering and lets me chill enemies, letting me run hypothermia on ice crash. However it's a spell, and my build is clearly an attack build, so scaling both would be pretty hard. This is where I'm looking for ideas. So far, I thought of using crown of eyes to scale both spell and attack damage, but that would require me to change the whole tree, maybe go occultist for the cold damage over time? I'm not against rerolling, but I'm not sure where to start. Oh, and I would also need to find a way to sustain a very long vaal cold snap, maybe with soul ripper? Or chill of corruption+venopuncture (that ring is very nice, it also allows me to run herald of ice even though I can't freeze) Thanks for the help! [link] [comments]  | ||

| How do I calculate rage generation? Posted: 09 May 2020 04:46 PM PDT Before I was using rage support I had bloodscent on a large cluster jewel to generate rage stacks. Now that Im using rage supp I cant tell if I still need bloodscent or not since its not really giving anything else other than rage as far as I can tell. | Need some help/direction (Warcry and Bleed builds) Posted: 09 May 2020 03:04 PM PDT Need some guidance on how to improve my two builds. I like playing each for different reasons, and switch back and forth when they start to feel stale. My bleed build ( https://pastebin.com/u1QLDmtS ) is going well, can to t16 without much issue, but really seems to lack damage for bossing. Haven't been able to complete wave 20 in similacrum, and haven't been able to take down Sirus (which is partially just me not knowing the fight). My warcry build ( https://pastebin.com/YGgmj3zi ) I find more fun to play, but it's lacking defense and damage. It's not geared by any means, and still very much a work in progress. What I'm asking is for people that know these types of builds well, and point out to me what I'm doing wrong, where my gear is holding me back, where the weak spots in the builds are, etc. [link] [comments]  | ||

| how does pob calculate storm brand damage? Posted: 09 May 2020 08:14 AM PDT So, i've been following a top dps build and for the most part, they don't use any cluster jewels, but I began to look into some of the brand notables and found a few that caught my eye. Namely
But when I put this into pob, its actually less damage which took me by surprise. So my question is, the "total dps" shown in pob per brand? If that is the case, wouldn't adding 2 additional brands be a big dps boost? Or is there some limit to how many brands can be attached? edit: ok i should've looked before asking, yes theres a limit to 1 brand, taking runebinder allows for 1 additional brand attachment [link] [comments]  | ||
| Sweep with Gladiator - First "successive" build Posted: 09 May 2020 02:52 PM PDT Hey all, I am new to this subreddit and I don't know if you're supposed to link your own created builds in here, but I made my own build, which I'd say is successive compared to what I've been doing. Lol. It's not a too expensive build. You can decide to use up to 5 ish ex on the build itself which I did. I don't really care about the amount of currency, since I am bored and I've had my fair share of the league. The main damage source is Sweep and the main hand weapon is 6L Starforge (you can also go with a Voidforge, but then you have to tweak the build (I have a build with that weapon too if you're interested!)). I don't really care about the hate or negative comments I'd get from this, if I would get any at all. It could maybe have been made much better, but I don't really care. I had fun making it and leveling it. I had the shock one in I think a t16 map that absolutely shredded me. I'm sure I probably didn't play that well either, but I still don't think I should have been deleted as hard as I was. I know I can just get more ES, but I'm wondering if there are any defensive options that I can stack with es instead of just increasing the amount? My damage feels okay, but I wouldn't mind any advice on things I could do to improve it. I'd like to get a better bow, but for now what I have works more than well enough for mapping with T16s. I have to kill Veritania and then I can have my first Sirius fight and I want to make sure I have my best chance at killing him. Any help would be appreciated! [link] [comments]  | ||
| Help Improving my Herald Arc Guardian Please! Posted: 09 May 2020 09:07 AM PDT Hey all - as the title suggest I could use some advice on how to improve my herald stacking character. Originally this character was a Archmage Hierophant but I got a couple of really lucky drops from Awakener and I decided to try this imba build before it was nerfed. My single target feels lacking however and I also feel a bit squishier than I 'thought' this build would be. In some ways I feel my archmage hierophant was a bit stronger! Can you please check out my character and offer some advice as to what I am doing wrong? This is my first low life style character so I know I must be doing something wrong with my build setup! I'm currently playing a max block impale hollow palm cyclone gladiator and the aoe feels just bad, that might be, because the last time I played cyclone it was fresh after the aoe buff to cyclone.
