| Gladiator - Violent Retaliation Questions Posted: 10 Dec 2021 01:15 AM PST Hoping to get a Dev response or someone with personal experience. I need to know, for sure, if "attack damage is lucky" effects the damage roll for bleed/ignite/poison. Rysthlatha's Coil reducing/increasing attack damage effects bleed damage, which makes me assume that lucky attack damage would also effect bleed/ignite/poison. /u/Mark_GGG if you're around, I could really use some insight here. The Rysthlatha's Coil thing really throws me through a loop and I'm sure other people have the same question, especially since Gladiator is supposed to be this bleed/phys DoT oriented class. Thanks. | Posted: 10 Dec 2021 12:13 AM PST I have looked into hierophant cast while channeling builds and pretty much all of them have the cyclone Arc thing linked with faster attacks. That seems strange to me as neither mjölner nor cast while channeling scale with attack speed. In addition, mjölner has negligeable melee damage so what is the benefit of using faster attacks over some fat damage support? [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 09 Dec 2021 07:42 PM PST Hey all, this is my first league playing as a Necro. I have been following Kay's guide, and chose to go the route of her Skelly Mages. I have been able to get up to T16 maps fairly easy/quick, however I am now running into some quite often 1 hits. Just tried Sirius for the first time on this build, got him to about 1/4 health but that was as far as I got. I would really appreciate some assistance on what to focus on improving. I currently have 475C but only 2 exalts to spend. Appreciate anyone taking the time to help. | Explosive Arrow Heirophant - damage questions and theorycrafting. Posted: 10 Dec 2021 07:06 AM PST I'm trying my best to figure out some of the mechanics of explosive arrow totems, and the correct"ish" damage.
POB: https://pastebin.com/AwZ9QfJx Damage: https://i.imgur.com/0sBTI34.png With 8 totems at 2.66 attack speed I am hitting the 20 fuse detonation, I'm assuming each totem just adds to the stack? Would my damage just be an addition of the average damage + ignite dps? The damage per ignite and Combined total damage are useless here correct?
When I turn explosive arrow onto full dps tracking(with just 1 totem) I get https://i.imgur.com/tQqXbIY.png Where is it getting this number from?
According to PoB cruelty is almost as good as empower, Would cruelty be a good replacement gem early on before empower gets online? Or is it a trap?
Not as much of a mechanics question, But if you took this build and had just spare currency, Do you think a 400k(ish) divergent explosive arrow would increase your clear enough to be worth swapping in/out for bossing/mapping?

| Help with Ascendancy choice for SC SSF Races (CF Exsanguinate) Posted: 10 Dec 2021 03:13 AM PST Hi, I enjoyed Endless Delve and quit at 85, i'm planning on doing Endless Heist at the very least as SSF. I'm looking at playing CF Exsanguinate self-cast, but i'm torn on the choice of ascendancy. I'm either going with Champion or Scion Glad/Nec. I'm unsure about the ascendancy order for the Scion variant though, and also pondering whether it's worth it if we get that insane 40% spell block shield in Endless Heist as well. Anyone got some input on this matter? Since it's SC, i'm not too concerned with some deaths later on, but I do want to be nice and tanky to be able to level smoothly later, i'm just conflicted on which variant would likely make for the more enjoyable experience up until i hit 75-80 and beyond. | Lightning strike Raider [SSFHC] Posted: 10 Dec 2021 05:36 AM PST Hey there, So I was playing my own Raider build but some stuff just doesn't feel right, for example the amount of life is sub-optimal as well as tree pathing doesn't seem right. Hopefully some of you peeps have a better perspective on how to approach this better! Cheers! Sidenotes: I build this build because I found a 664 eDPS sword. Gear is still sub-optimal, I am working on a +1.5 crit body armour piece as well as new boots with spell suppression so I can spec out of the nodes near acrobatics.
