I have noticed a solid portion of people having trouble clearing the endgame,simply running high tiered maps etc. and,given i'm basically done with the league,was wondering if anyone would be interested in a beginner-friendly guide aimed towards gearing and character progression on a low budget (10-15ex max.) build.

Main goals.

My main goal would be to present a build that can :

Clear the endgame (UE,Shaper,Sirus A8,Delve).
Clear maps in a somewhat respectable fashion.
Run on a fairly affordable budget (10-15ex range).
Be user friendly (No crafting focused gear,mostly uniques).
Have respectable DPS and survivability.

Given the above points my main choice would be Hierophant Storm Brand (Either Life or LL version) and follow a progression from A1 (budget twink or untwinked) up to red maps and endgame bosses,now,since the whole experience would be aimed to beginners or simply people who want to progress further and are currently stuck,i also have a couple questions about preferences.

Preferences.

Would you prefer a twinked leveling experience or a clean one ?
Hierophant LL with Ivory Tower or Hierophant Life on Defiance ?
Breachstones focused XP progression (up to 85-88) after Acts or full maps progression ?
Is the budget (10-15ex) mainly affordable ? should it be lower/higher ?

Guide details.

My core idea would be to not only show the character progression and gearing towards being map ready (in a twinked or non-twinked environment) but to also give some personal insight on what would be different in a fresh league scenario (so spending more time on early league economy,choices and progression).

Let me hear your feedback and suggestions and i'll work from that.

Idle Exile | An incremental game based on PoE

Hey, so I wanted to brush up on my JavaScript/jQuery, so I decided to create an incremental game based on PoE. I thought I'd share it here.

Recruit exiles, grind currency, upgrade your guild through gear, and general upgrades, and generally just aim to get a lot of currency. There's flipping, delving, and basic crafting.

It's not meant to be a multi-day game like other incremental/idle games. It's a 2-3h playthrough. Once you unlock the final mirror craft you're basically done. I realise the end game is pretty silly.

One thing I'll clarify here is the "map currency upgrades" give a global boost to Efficiency, but also when consumed every 0.5 seconds provide an increased drop rate of currency. Early game they're probably not worth it, but defo is later. I'm not sure of a better way to convey that to the player so I'm listing it here.

Hey all,

Just a friendly reminder Method Rush picks up again Saturday May 2nd Noon EST with Day 2 of our Season and the last day will be May 3rd at Noon EST.

At the end of each race day we've been doing a Meme Race to cap us off for some extra fun. On the qualifier day it was a ZiggyD & Gilbertamie vs Cutedog_ & Empyriangaming Conversion Trap + Default Attack 45 Minute XP Race which you can watch here and on the first day of the season it was a Scuffed Endless Ledge Featuring: Datmodz, Piebypie, Baker, ds_Lily, DonTheCrown, Asuzara, CatmasterOP which you can watch here .

This time around we're doing a Pick & Ban style race which first showed up during Havoc's Community Event, in a 2v2 with our current Top 4 Points Leaders. Havoc616 & DeadandDoom vs Tytykiller & Chip_idiot.

The goal of this race will be to push top racers on to non meta picks and see how they do! It will be fun to see what these guys cook up for their opponents with bans and themselves with their picks. The race will be to Vaal and will be a 2v2 style format. First team to kill wins. They may work together etc.

in other words, if you're anywhere in the northern half of the skill tree and doing a league start (or want to use kaom's heart), there's pretty much no reason to self-cast over using this cheap setup. it's more dps and you can proc curses with your attack (and get free powercharges/culling strike if you use power siphon). furthermore, if you link 4 separate spells with different travel times you can control the order they land which means you can get elemental equilibrium to work, too, which is about 50% more dps on top of everything else.

I propose to collect screenshots of all Unique item in this topic, the cost of which will increase many times if they are with good corrupted. DON'T USE THE TEMPLE!

P.S. The cost of unics can vary greatly depending on the relevance of the builds and how much time has passed since the start of the league.
