Posted: 02 Jan 2021 10:08 PM PST Ive been theorycrafting and testing a fully self sustaining infinite loop summoner autobomber for the upcoming league and ive noticed that explosions from occultist ascendancy dont count as my kill and even breaking the loop in some cases but for some reason when the explosion applies poison it count as me applying poison for herald of agony... very odd after a lot of independent testing TLDR if u dont wanna read comments - intended or not secondary explosions count as your hit for application of stuff like EE / ailment / on hit effect etc... but if the hit kills the mob it does not count as your kill in fact it does not credit the kill to anyone at all, the only theory i have who gets the kill from explosion chains is the mob that was killed and exploded and since the source of the explosion is dead nothing happens [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 03 Jan 2021 01:27 AM PST Hey guys, very quick question. I came back after 2+ years and am playing skeletons. Since me and my partner both play the same character I noticed when watching her play that the apes using 2 of each no longer give 3 charges due to this nerf. I mean they do on a boss after another 6 seconds but that's pretty rubbish no? (Yes I am linking them to Blood magic) So my question is this, what is the new go to for spectres if I can have 3 or 4. 3xChieftains and 1xArena? Or just use damage spectres on a 4L or psuedo 5L helm? And if yes what spectres (I am pure phys build using MoM). I did play around with my 4L Helm and tried Bone Stalkers, Colossus Crusher, Vendigo, crazed Driver, Kitavas herald and some others and found Kitavas heralds to be the best because of AI without feeding frenzy and high life pool. But not sure if it's better than 3xChieftains 1xArena....for mapping half the time chieftains giving my skeles nothing, even vs the slightly tougher mobs like delirium, legion etc. But vs tough bosses its waaaay better. | SSF Fire BV Assa (League Starter) Posted: 02 Jan 2021 10:31 AM PST Hey guys, I made my own build for the next league (SC SSF) which reaches some decent dmg on pretty basic gear. Obviously there is a lot of room for improvement with better gear, e.g. getting a Carcass or using a shield instead of dual wand for more life. Maybe you guys can check out the PoB and point out any flaw, pretty open for critic :) Not sure if I need skill duration on the tree, quite passive point starved already. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Cremator cluster notable question Posted: 02 Jan 2021 06:18 PM PST Hi, for those that used Cremator on a build, it reads "ignited enemies you hit are destroyed on kill". Does this mean the enemy has to be ignited beforehand and then hit again for it to proc, or can the corpse destruction apply from one single hit that ignites? Asking because I'm planning some meme doryani's touch stormfire build focused on single big ignites and slow attack speed. Cremator would suck if I need to hit a pack twice to destroy corpses. | Figuring Order of Notables in Large Clusters on Trade site without PoBing? Posted: 02 Jan 2021 11:12 AM PST I'm talking about 3-notable 8-passive Large Clusters, from my understanding the order in which Notables appear on the ring is determined by IDs of notables (and not by the order the appear in cluster description/order they're rolled into the cluster). This is obviously matters because for my build I don't need all 3 notables, just 2 and if they're both on the sides of the ring, I can save 1 skill point. I've heard that flame dash totems aren't working very well anymore because they don't pass through rocks and the like. But it's the damage still good? I'm generally playing clunky builds, would this really be that bad? The other two are pretty safe bets with little that can go wrong i think. I can't figure out which to choose.
